Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

Very mediocre Pret. Little effort put into making it a nice place to dine in. The offering is the usual same tired and overpriced Pret but it was the only option I could quickly drop into for a five minute bite.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff spoke in a foreign language amongst themselves, they are all very confused and mix-ups customers' orders. The team members are very unprofessional and rude, with one staff member addressing me as "boss." I recommend choosing Pret across the road for better service. Avoid this place!!!

I am sick and tired of ordering a Pret chicken soup to find it does not have one piece of chicken within. Not a one. For £4.50 there needs to be some chicken in there. Its not the first time and now I want my money back. Its unacceptable. And to top it off the server was unruly and rude. Never again. Pret used to be good years ago, but now its horrendous and a total waste of money. I have a video, too, where it clearly shows not one piece of chicken in a chicken soup. grrrrrrrrrr

I love this Pret. It’s my favorite one. It is a very good location on Marylebone High St and has a larger selection of food and drinks including iced beverages compared to some smaller Prets. I’ve always had a good experience with the service, the workers are nice and efficient with drink orders. There is ample space for seating inside and outside plus a restroom. However sometimes it can be quite crowded.

Left the bad review other day, BUT... FINALLY came across decent EFFICIENT staff.. Took order, got the beverage nearly right away! All male staff.

Waited 10 minutes for my drink had to ask manager for my drink in the end because they weren’t making anything

Very rude staff,especially when asked for manager and tells you that he is “manager” Even took the step further by physically pushing me outside and telling me that shop is closed when at the time door was wide open! There is recorded evidence from my side

They misheard the shake I asked for and the service was a bit slower than other branches but overall great and friendly service

FYI, this one doesn't have any plug socket here despite the many tables and seats.

One guy serves and the same guy makes a drinks at 5pm on Wednesday evening!

I’m sorry to pile on the hit parade here but as other’s have stated there’s some staff issues. I wanted to be compassionate to someone perhaps having a difficult day or life but later that day I saw the particularly “rude” person very happy on the phone etc so I took it personally her appearing to be annoyed with me simply asking and paying for coffee.

Very bad service & when I asked them to use the toilet They said broken every day

What a horrible Pret. First time I visited this one. The staff are so so rude. My tea was Luke warm & when I asked for a fresh hot tea the manager was outrageously rude … I think his name was Arek!! The tea maker was rude the girl who served me was rude.. they were like a gang of abusive bullies!! Avoid this place the staff all need to be sacked. Terrible Prets Terrible service!!!!

I'm sorry but I have to give 1 star because I can't give 0 ! Went in today for breakfast with a friend, we were having a coffee on the stools by the door and by the windows, we saw the most repugnant thing ever.... One of the staff went outside cleaning the outdoor table, he spitted in a tissue and clean the table with you ! I couldn't believe my eyes 👀 ! You guys are absolutely disgusting !

I'm the 'Grumpy old git' and use the place everyday, I have never experienced nicer staff or service.

Very rude team, I order a cappuccino and something to eat, the Assistant Manager was very disrespectful and rude to me. When I asked him why the actitud his answer was well you have you headphones. I just found it very unprofessional for a Assistant manager to talk to clients this way and also your team having fun and laughing cause they think is funny that the manager is treating a customers they he did to me. I will be sending videos I have to Pret with an other customer details as she stop me outside the restaurant in case I want to do the complaint.

Too busy to get some change, instead they just said they will take a card only...

Very bad service. The coffee makers are always missing your order and making you wait forever, they never go in order for the orders they receive and the managers always got a moody face

Bad service, every time I go or the ice machine doesn’t work, or they don’t have cream. I ordered a Frappe, but they didn’t let me know that they don’t have cream, in fact they never do! So they should remember to say it or to put a note on the bord!!! And they were annoyed when I asked for the cream when I had my cup!!! But I paid the same price.

Barista was wearing her mask below her nose while exchanging money with her bare hands with a customer who was not wearing a mask. She then turned around to make coffee without washing her hands. This was just too much especially during covid time. I left without ordering coffee.

Lovely coffee had a cappuccino and a lovely smoke salmon and cream cheese sandwich met a friend nice sitting area xx

A new Pret on Marylebone High Street, a little unnecessary as you can see the old Pret from this one. Staff is nice and it has clean toilets, and tends to always have a few seats left. Go for the hot croissants!
