Rude, wrong order given, staff don’t even listen to you when you try explain they just walk away. Also feels like your in a foreign country, the staff don’t even speak in English to each other, I had Burger King in Europe and they spoke better English. 0/10 dirty store 1/10 staff they’re awake 0/10 good - cold soggy wrong order Don’t waste your money

Bad, they keeping close! Why? I don't know! Covid 19 has nothing to do with it. It is the same in Victoria station...they are loosing..and customers too...because pasties are expensive and are not fresh...meaning that the station supports food that has more chance to be contaminated with Covid 19.... This is what make us British...

Se quejó a Burger King sobre esto en ese momento (antes de Covid) pero no recibió respuesta. . Horrible lugar con pésimo servicio al cliente. Se olvidaron de darme aros de cebolla por los que había pagado - no hay problema, simplemente volví, con mi recibo y cortésmente dije "disculpe, se olvidó de darme mis aros de cebolla que pedí". La persona que me servía me atacó, diciendo que cuando había estado esperando mi pedido estaba parado en la posición incorrecta en el mostrador (para ser claros, no había carteles que indicaran dónde pararme y en ningún momento preguntó que me parara en un lugar diferente, solo estaba apartándome del camino). En repetidas ocasiones dijo "estabas parado allí en lugar de aquí", como si eso explicara de alguna manera equivocarse en el orden. Nuevamente, para ser claros, solo había una persona sirviendo en ese momento. Luego me quitó la bolsa de comida, le agregó aros de cebolla, luego regresó y me dijo que me parara en el otro extremo del mostrador, solo para que él pudiera caminar y devolvérmela. Sin una palabra de perdón, por favor o gracias. Otros clientes se sorprendieron por lo grosero que fue y me lo comentaron después. Para colmo, creo que me cobraron de más ya que me cobraron casi 8 por una comida.

Complained to Burger King about this at the time (pre-Covid) but received no response.. Awful place with awful customer service. They forgot to give me onion rings which I had paid for - no problem, I just went back, with my receipt and politely said "excuse me, you forgot to give me my onion rings which I ordered". The person serving then had a go at me, saying that when I had been waiting for my order I was standing at the wrong position on the counter (to be clear, there were no signs indicating where to stand and at no point did he ask me to stand somewhere different, I was just standing out of the way). He repeatedly said "you were standing over there instead of over here", as though that somehow explained getting the order wrong. Again, to be clear, there was only one person serving at the time. He then grabbed my bag of food off me, added onion rings to it, then came back and told me to stand at the other end of the counter, just so he could then walk along and hand it back to me. With no word of a sorry, please or thank you. Other customers were shocked at how rude he was and commented to me about it afterwards.

I went there before the corona vırus and ı realy feel relaxed ıts safe place for LGBTQ and familys .

Too many pigeons inside this Burger King

For some reason Google refers to this as hamburger, but based on my understanding of reading English we pronounce it as "burger king". Frankly it's massively overpriced on an every day basis, even before they smash in a London premium. I'd say unless you're a fan of burger king, steer well clear, 2 mins around the corner you'll find a maccy D's selling big Mac's for half the price (and you won't wait a week to be served!!! :)))

I was told the vegan burger is cooked in the same oil as real meat. That is unacceptable, I'm afraid.

Ate here for convenience while attending a training course with colleagues, who fancied a Burger King for lunch because we only had 20minutes, and ended up wishing I'd spent 5mins looking for somewhere else (there are loads of other places). The staff were not rude, but not exactly polite either, the prices are ramped up as it's at a station and much that I've not had loads of Burger King meals, I'm sure the quality had dipped too. The seating is minimal at best, but it was clean, and the service was quick enough too. Won't be rushing back and if ever I am near there, I'll look for alternatives first. A shame as it's located really well, but maybe that's why the service was lacking, as they know they have the footfall anyway.

WAY OVERPRICED compared with other outlets

The price was clearly marked on their menu and tried to overcharged me 30p on the till. Assistant manager only charged me the correct price when i told him i would contact trading standards. Burger King Head Office was informed but as it is a franchisee they are not interested

I bought a quick meal here while waiting for a train. There was very limited space to sit down and nobody clearing the tables, which were a mess. There wasn't even a bin for customers to throw away their rubbish.

Terrible service, I ask what I could purchase for £1 they told me to "go away" Strongly advice against going here. MCDONALD'S RULES (want that sponsorship)

Avoid at all cast. The tables and the floor was dirty with food scraps littered around everything, although there weren't that many customers. Actually there were more pigeons inside than people. The food quality was way worse than in your average Burger King (and that's not a too high standard to meet...). And the service... well, we just didn't get what we asked for, not even on the second attempt.

The service at this place was terrible

Only 1 person serving. Service really slow even even when at the counter. Waited ages for a whopper to be cooked, but the other burger was put on the tray already- luckily I gave it to my husband straight away as I had a feeling I would be waiting ages and it would go cold. I was. The fries were stone cold. I normally love burger king but I wish I'd gone to McDonald's instead....

The queue was out the door and moved at a snails pace. The food was warm not hot. Not what you’d expect at that price.

Warm burgers and cold chips . Man did not even want to work. Lady standing there nothing to do. Not good management.

Everything is over priced, staff looked like they had better things to do then to accommodate and serve customers, food was average. Will not be going again and do not recommend. There's a McDonalds just outside the station for a quick bite.

Overcharged me instead of vhargjng me for the meal i was individually charged for each item. Being my 1st time in burget king i dint think much but then it kept comeing back to me why i paid £25 for 2 meals. Then i checked the recipt was overpriced. Also i asked what sauces there are in this burger and they just said bbq. Nothing about mayo and i can't eat mayo because it makes me sick.... so i was absolutly disgusted my the service from this place.

Nothing special for a railway station take away.

Just as disappointing as most BKs I've been to. Staff ignored my no ice request for the drink and when my partner went to ask for a sauce to the chicken fries(we didn't get any from the start) the guy just walked out without a word. The worst Burger King EVER in London. Staff are either absent minded or dreamy. Often it takes more than too long to get food for a fast food place, letting people miss their trains. We do understand it takes some time to prepare food but 5+ minutes turnover is just too much. The management has a very long way to go for this restaurant

Sign outside says opens 8:00am. Waited patiently. After a while, pushed doors open and went inside. Apparently they open at 9:00 today. No signage. Had to go somewhere else to eat, and consequently missed my train.

Terrible service, the guy behind the counter got angry with me because we were talking at one of the tables and apparently took too long to collect our food...

Unloved store. There was some rubbish even there were no customers. The biggest disappointment was the food. The bacon double cheeseburger was tiny, it looked like it was prepared without care, was rather cool and didn't look anything like advertising picture. £4.99 for it is grossly overpriced. Burger King use to be a place with nicely prepared food now it is pitysome.

Fui a este Burger King con mi compañero y su madre de camino al cine. Siempre tengo 1 comida de hamburguesa y 2 o 3 hamburguesas cada vez que visito un Burger King, tenía muchas ganas de comerlas porque las amo con pasión. Cuando le dije mi pedido al tipo que estaba detrás de la caja, dijo: "¡No, no! ¡No lo hacemos! ¡No, no!". Luego, simplemente se alejó y se hartó de mí, el segundo tipo detrás de la caja también me dio lo mismo. respuesta. Así que la mamá de mi compañero me dijo que solo tienen un Whopper Junior y que no tenía ninguna mostaza que amo y casi ningún ketchup y mucha mayonesa que no como. No volveré a visitar este lugar.

Well it's burger king, this particular branch though couldn't seem to get a grasp on orders and that people would have to get on trains when quoting order times. In this instance my order went to someone who had just turned up and I had to leave to get a train. Even in terms of burger king the Charing X branch is shoddy. Get a pasty instead.

Recieved food and upon opening it, realised that everything was cold! Sadly we were rushing for our train so didn't have time to get it replaced. On top of this, the cashier was very abrupt and rude when dealing with customers.

I prefer Burger Kings burger Whopper to BigMacs.

Staff were arguing behind the counter and were rather rude.The whole place just didn't feel welcoming compared to every other store I've visited. The food was thrown together with minimum effort. Best to avoid.

Disgusted that I ordered a fish burger but was given 3 fish fingers for a fish burger meal. It cost me £8.99 theives.
