The food was very tasty. I had a gluten free tribute burger and fries. The rosemary on the fries takes some getting used to, but it's still tasty. The service was top. A star deduction for the ambience. Compared to other Honest branches, I find the space here very cramped. All in all, I can highly recommend it. 😊

Having visited multiple branches of this burger chain, Bank and Soho branches are by far the best. I always order the smashed burger, they’re not the best in London but definitely among the top-tier, with juicy patties and well-balanced flavors. The buffalo wings have been inconsistent, only good once out of three tries. Overall, a great spot for smashed burgers, especially at these two branches!

An address that I absolutely recommend, the burger is just incredible. The service was top notch, an address to recommend.

The food was delicious and I really appreciate the vegan options, it’s great to see that there are almost just as much vegan stuff as there is meat! Really cool and super super delicious. The space is quite tight so we kept getting knocked around by other people walking by which is not ideal, and the music was very loud and pretty much impossible to have a conversation. Maybe it’s just this branch as it’s quite small. But the food was great and the mint lemonade was refreshing.

The food was great, fresh and very tasty. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Also perfect for people with celiac disease! Because the burger buns can be replaced with gluten-free ones. And there are gluten-free side dishes such as onion rings.

A very good experience. I am celiac and I ate whatever I wanted without any problem. There is no danger of cross contamination and all the waiters were incredibly friendly, especially one girl who spoke Spanish. They treated us very well. We will repeat and it is a place worth visiting.

We ordered onion rings and burgers. The onion rings were completely soaked in oil, and the potato chips were both dry and greasy at the same time. While the staff were very kind and provided good service, the quality of the food was very poor and not tasty at all.

Great smash burger and great rosemary potatoes! Three of us went for dinner, we ordered a double smarsh burger and two single smash burgers, all of them come with rosemary potatoes, and a jug of classic lemonade, all for €65! Very good service, fast and attentive, to return!

I had one of the most amazing burgers I’ve ever eaten here! You can taste the burger is such good quality and the chips were delicious. I’d never tried rosemary chips before, and wasn’t too sure if I would like it, but they were so good and I’m glad I tried them. The service was fast, even on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My friend who I dined with is vegetarian and she really enjoyed the food as well, there were multiple veggie options. Great value for money on top of all this. I will definitely be visiting again!

I ordered a beef burger and a chicken burger and they were really delicious! The seasoning is just right and not too salty!! You can choose how you like the beef burger, and we ordered it well done, but I think medium would be better. Lager draft beer tastes like ale. They were really kind. And the quantity is so large that you don’t have to order it as a set.

Went here because of the special available at this restaurant- a pesto burger. We ordered 2 specials and the waiter asked for allergies which I told him about - peanut and sesame. He showed me the pad with the allergies listed and I confirmed they were correct. At no time did he express any concerns that the burger I was ordering had any of those allergens, and I was confident that there would be no issue as pesto does not routinely contain peanut. Upon recieving the burger, there was no pesto in it. I asked the waiter why my burger had no pesto and he told me it was because I said I had allergies. We asked him to clarify, so he went to the kitchen and confirmed it was because I had allergies. After some back and forth we asked him to check with the kitchen what was in the pesto, and he came back and said it had peanut in it. So rather than the kitchen alerting me that the pesto contained allergens, or the waiter double checking, or really anything, they just sent out a random burger without the key topping which is the whole selling point of the burger. Bear in mind also this burger is more expensive. I was given the opportunity to order something else which I did, and my meal was comped from the check by the manager which was good of them, but it left a sour taste in my mouth and split the times when my partner and I ate - my meal was delivered and the waiter took my partners plate away because they'd finished. The waiter then checked on me later and asked "are you happy now?" Which I think was slightly inappropriate for the situation. I would have had absolutely no problem ordering another item on the menu if I'd been told before the burger was brought to me that I couldn't eat the hero ingredient. I have allergies and am used to having to change plans, and I completely understand the complexities of dealing with people like me, but I have never been delivered a meal with the key ingredient left off and no explanation or warning. A shame as my experiences at other branches of Honest have only ever been top notch on service and understanding of allergens. Also, who puts peanut in pesto??

If you have celiac or have gluten allergy/sensitivity, Honest Burger make life much easier traveling to London! This was the first spot we tried so it will always be special for me but all other HB's we tried were very very good. They have dedicated gluten-free fryers for the fries, and hosts were always accommodating to minimize the risk of cross-contamination/contact. Will always go back!!

Prepare to be surprised. We never have high expectations when it comes to finding Gluten-Free food. But this branch of Honest Burgers topped every expectations we had. We had the onion rings which we didn't have for years! The cocktails were fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff went out of their way to check every ingredient, including in the cocktails to make sure they are completely gluten-free. The quality of the food is very high and the staff prides themselves of maintaining the high quality. Best feedback I can give is that we're going back again today.

Went there for a little dine out with my girlfriend. We were seated almost directly. Good atmosphere with plenty of people which is always a good sign. We were quite hungry and even though the personal service was great the food took almost 25 -30 minutes to come. But the food was amazing and very taste rich.

Love an Honest Burger. The Soho one is small but delivers. It was full at about 7 pm on a Saturday. We were seated quickly (got lucky as a table left), and food was hot and delicious. Enjoyed a smash burger, excellent rosemary chips, slaw and some sort of glorious deep fried chicken with chipotle mayo. Music was quite loud, and service was a little slow to start, but it picked up and more than made up for the slow start. Cosy, buzzy spot. Oh, and the trendy, surrounding burger spots ain't all that!

Just finished having their limited Beef burger with rosemary fries and it was really good. The beef patty was not ground but slightly chunkier which made it taste even better. The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere is really inviting with its rustic interior look. There are Halal options as well. This little Burger spot is located in a beautiful alley near Soho and Piccadilly Circus area. Definitely recommended.

The place is extremely small, with every inch squeezed tight. You end up bumping elbows with the person at the next table. There’s little to no ambiance, and the food was underwhelming—not the best honest burger I’ve had by far. Service was slow and came with a bit of attitude, making it clear they weren't too interested in helping. Overall, it’s not a spot I’d recommend. I’d keep walking.

Via google maps dit restaurant gevonden. Op de dag zelf kan je niet online reserveren, maar een tafel voor 2 personen was bij het binnenlopen gelijk beschikbaar. De kip burger was erg goed en de union rings als side waren een goede toevoeging. Helaas was de friet wat aan de zoute kant (vandaar geen 5 bolletjes) Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt van Piccadilly circus bent
