A brutal place! Burgers of 10! The best potatoes I have ever tasted. I will return without a doubt! Watch out for the spicy breaded chicken burger!!

Small burger and not tasty at all

The location is great, the service even more, and the food is amazing! We thought to only order one burger because we weren’t that hungry, well, we had to try another one as the first was so good!!! Coleslaw and rosemary fries were the cherry on top. It’s now saved in favorite place to eat in London!

Nice service, a big plus is that everything here is gluten-free (even onion rings), but you have to say extra gluten-free about the bun for the burger. 😃 Food very good, just a few places to sit...

They make GOOD burgers. All the flavors were melting in my mouth. The rosemary fries were also delectable. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well salted. It's an awesome portion size and there were ketchup and mayo bottles on the table. Friendly staff, quick service, and good food!

Tonight I’ve been here for dinner for the first time ever and I’m glad I’ve discovered this place. Food was great and so was the service, all the staff was very kind, patient and attentive to our requests and needs!

Excellent sandwiches, we tried several on various days, they also offer gluten free service (smaller but really good sandwiches). The truffle sandwich was the one that left its mark, which is why we returned several times.

Both the fries and the burgers are good

I'm not really a fan and here's why 1. Way too much salt. I tried the honest burger and also their vegetarian burger. Two different places. Same 2. They might boast they source their potatoes from fifth generation. Farmers but they cook the.poratoes more than once which makes them tasteless. You might as well use cheap potatoes because we can't tell the difference. This is obvious because of the look and also taste. Tastes like it has been overcooked and really crunchy. A bit like those chips you always get in places because they've been cooked too long. Some people might like it this way. It I don't. I'm sure it's also far less good for you. If they were to improve these two things I feel I can return but as it stands for the high sodium content alone, i need to allow my blood pressure to settle for a few weeks first Hope you take my comments on board at constructive. Apart from nice burger overall.

Great place for gluten free burgers

Excellent!! One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Small and pleasant place. You can't reserve but, you don't have to wait long. We were 8 people and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be available. The attention is a 10, friendly and patient, and we ordered 8 burgers and all different and changing ingredients. They invited us to a plate of wings just like that, a great detail!!!! Good music, but to put it another way, it was a little loud.

Small burger restaurant with three types of meat: chicken, beef and vegan. The burgers are very delicious, as are the fries. 3 hamburgers, a soft drink and a beer for €65.24. I would repeat without a doubt. If there is no room, you can wait at the door, there is constant rotation.

I got the beef burger and chips, Omg I was so surprised on how delicious this food was the burgers are banging and chips are sooo surprisingly tasty and good, if you live or go to London I would 100% recommend this place

Ordered medium burgers. Burgers were red raw in middle. Couldn’t taste the rosemary on the chips and they were overcooked, very crispy with no potato filling, just spikey scraps. Onion rings were very overdone too. My son was sick all through the night later that night with a fever and my husband was extremely ill too with an upset stomach and feeling sick. We had to travel home 7 hours on a coach the next day feeling like this. We paid £87 for the experience. A Cider cost £5.90. Very overpriced and overrated. Won’t be revisiting any branch of Honest burgers.

Honest burgers has some of the best “fake meat” veggie burgers around! They’ve got 3 veggie options, which is more than most- this time I went for the “bacon plant” which was good, but I think prefer the regular plant burger. The Diet Coke feels overpriced at over £3 and I was charged around £1.5 for buffalo sauce which wasn’t mentioned when I ordered it (servers should always let customers know of extra prices if they’re not listed on the menu- the buffalo sauce is not)! Despite that, our server was very friendly & accommodating

Burgers are not my favourite but it suited a family gathering with the young ones and I was suprised how good they were. Fresh, fat free and very flavoursome. I had the chicken which I can recomend. Excellent service and good value for money.

Visited on 12/3. Only a few tables taken when we arrived, but within ten minutes the place was full. This did not stop or slow down the wonderful service from the two waitresses. I would recommend the gay farmer burger and bacon gravy !! Burger was cooked perfectly. Would definitely return. Only down side is we could not book a table in advance.

Worst burger experience ever. During my London trip I was looking for best burgers in city to try and I read some good reviews in the internet about honest burgers. So I decided to try one. I was with friend heading back to hotel on last saturday evening, so I did not want them to wait for me and I ordered burger to go. Employee (brunette woman) was very unpleasant since I entered the restaurant. She was not friendly at all acting like she hated this job. I ordered medium beef. She recommended me to wait outside like I was not customer even there were free tables and it was cold outside. While I was waiting friends went inside and decided to order some beers. After that I received my burger. Because my friends had still theirs beers I opened my burger to try it and I noticed that employee is pointing at me and talking about me with coleague. Then she came with a problem that I ordered to go and now I am eating inside... She came back threw a plate onto table and poured out my fries onto it. She told me that it is not ok for other customers and may make them uncomfortable to see me eating burger from paper. 😅 what the... it is burger bar with 3 tables not an elegant restaurant... Guess what? That lady made my whole visit uncomfortable since I got in, she was not ok for me as a customer. What is more meat was not even close to medium. It was totally raw. I just wanted to finish burger as fast as possible end leave that place. But the best was at the end. Cook was sitting outside smoking cigarette. Some homeless guy for sure after drugs talking to himself on the street TOOK MAYONAISE BOTTLE FROM THE OUTSIDE TABLE AND PUT IN MOUTH AND SUCKED MAYONAISE FROM IT! Guess what. Cook neither reacted nor took the bottle from table to throw it away. He left that bootle on the table waiting for next customers to use it... Its a review according only to this experience in this place and its employees. Not according to whole Honest company. I ll give them a chance next time I visit london in some other localisation but this place and its employees are 1 star.

Recommended by a friend. Awesome burger cooked how you like, rosemary flavoured chips were spot on, homemade lemonade was lovely too. Partner had similar food with added onion rings which he says were done right. Lovely service too - the lad who served us was relaxed and professional and made us feel taken care of without being invasive. Perfect dinner!

I bought a burger with 2 patties and the patties were very thin, almost as if i was getting a mcdonalds burger, they were also very salty and burnt, the chips were very oily, heavy and made my stomach upset for the rest of the day

I had food poisoning from the fries possibly. I was vomiting a lot after I left this place. I dont know how often they change the frying oil.

Service sucked big time (the guy there needs some manners classes), food was good. Overrated overall. Won’t go there as soon as they open next time - maybe 11:45 it’s still too early for welcoming guests.

Place is very small. We didn't have a booking and we waited 40min. Waited very long for drinks, discovered later they forgot. Waited long for food too and one of us got a wrong burger, so she waited even longer for the right one. They said it would be on the house but then it was on the bill. After asking about it they took it off the bill. Staff was friendly but not very efficient or paying attention to what they are doing. Food was ok. our table was the closest to the low and could definitely smell it!

The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the vegan burger was not as good as I've seen online or been advised. Cannot talk about beef or the other meat options, but the one I have was pretty decent, definitely a good portion of food for the price, but I was expecting something more filling or with a bigger explosion of flavour. Now, staff members are very welcoming and the waiting time is not bad at all. I might be biased due to having preconceptions as some people said it was the best vegan burger ever, which is definitely not, and I just think that for a vegan burger to be amazing, you would want to get a house made patty. No hate at all, loved the place, just being honest.

We decided to give Honest Burgers a try and man… They sure didn’t disappoint! Probably the best burger i ever had in my entire life 😅 No complaints on anything here. good good, friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. Nice small but busy burger place in the middle of Soho. When arrived restaurant was full but they found a table for me immediately, food has arrived fast and it was good, classic smash burger, rosemary fries could have been a bit better thou. Haven't stayed long, but liked décor and atmosphere. Top notch service but I feel for them, they are busy, working in hospitality is not easy. Would like to visit again in less populated time.

It was my first experience coming here and I went out of my way as really wanted to try it. I ordered a burger via the app as was running late for an appointment , forgot to use my blue light card 😩 The burger tasted nice but was really small. I ordered the I love bacon burger with rosemary fries and a side of onions ring which were nasty. The batter was not nice and looked like the oil needed changing or something. I had to peel of the over cooked batter. For nearly £20 for small burger, fries and onion ring… this place is not for me! I was in a rush so forgot to take pictures annoyingly

By far the best burger I’ve ever had - and I’ve tried many. This branch in particular is very cozy, the service was top and the food is to die for. I highly recommend the smashed bacon burger with some tasty rosemary chips. And that for only around £10. Honest(-ly the best) Burger.🙃

So to start with the welcome was very rude and we were just pointed on at the table Everything would be okey but I asked where are the toilets waiter points at then and then my friends told me they could hearm him say “Oh what an idiot he can read the sign” very rude and bad service avoid

Great burger - we always go for here, passing other Honest Burger franchises on the way, specifically for their house SOHO burger. The fries are usually the absolute best but lately they aren't as crispy and have been disappointing (they're usually my best in London).

Yummy food, THE best burgers and the waiters were VERY accommodating and obliging...we'll be back!

Went in Oct 2022. we had to wait to get in 'cause I guess it was packed that day, I understand it's for safety, but still kinda sucks having to wait outside. Anyway, it wasn't a long wait, and it was real nice once we got seated, had a cool vibe, and my friends and I had a great time overall.

Honestly, hands down, one of the best burger places in London. If you’re a bit indecisive about what to order, then the “Honest burger” will do just fine. The beef patty is cooked to medium, juicy, and complimented with cheeses + sauces. Alongside with a generous amount of chips / fries!! Can’t really go wrong with this place. Service is a bit lacking though during busier times, with less than a few servers present.

It's quite cramped and the kids menu burgers are disappointing. Nothing but chicken and a bun. Regular burgers were good and the fries - fantastic. No onion rings. Service was sloooooow. Altogether, probably would be better when it's not so busy.
