Honest Burgers Soho in City of London, Westminster

Just finished having their limited Beef burger with rosemary fries and it was really good. The beef patty was not ground but slightly chunkier which made it taste even better. The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere is really inviting with its rustic interior look. There are Halal options as well. This little Burger spot is located in a beautiful alley near Soho and Piccadilly Circus area. Definitely recommended.

The food is delicious. I ordered the honest burger without bacon because it is pork and butter. The tastiest beef burger in London without exaggeration.

This is the best burgers I've ever had. So delicious and everything was amazing.

The place is extremely small, with every inch squeezed tight. You end up bumping elbows with the person at the next table. There’s little to no ambiance, and the food was underwhelming—not the best honest burger I’ve had by far. Service was slow and came with a bit of attitude, making it clear they weren't too interested in helping. Overall, it’s not a spot I’d recommend. I’d keep walking.

Rosemary fries were good but not for everyone. Burger was nice: meat was super tasty and juicy. One of the better burgers I had in London. Place itself was clean but was nothing special from an ambiance point of view

Luckily we had a table outside and it was very pleasant. Very fair priced. The burger and fries were both extremely good, very tasty and really prepared on point. Absolute recommendation

The staff was out of the ordinary, they treated us phenomenally and the food was delicious. I wish we could go back, thanks to that nice waiter who would have taken it home hahaha

I had the chicken burger with blue cheese and chips. So so good. I love coming to Honest Burger because I know that as a coeliac I am in safe hands. Food is consistently good.

I ordered a beef burger with chips, the burger tasted well but a lot of the chips were too crisp to eat. Service was 10/10 the waiter was very nice and friendly, it is a lovely decorated restaurant and the outside seating is very cute

we had two double and one normal smashed burger, and it was amazing!!! also the waiter gave us an extra double smashed burger for FREE because they messed up our order just a little bit, they were really kind!

Extraordinary !!!!! The Shiracha Burger is a pure delight. One of the best burgers I have ever eaten in my entire life. The rosemary fries are also delicious. I can only recommend this chain for eating burgers. The value for money is simply unbeatable!

Dinner with family, 2 children. Small but welcoming place. Very good food, small menu but selected products. Excellent local beers. Helpful and very friendly staff, with specific kit for children.

I'm leaving this review almost three years later because I never remembered to do so. The sandwich eaten here was delicious and at a very competitive price for being in a particularly tourist area, in fact we had to wait quite a while before sitting at the table, but it was worth it! If you pass by here and are feeling peckish, stop and eat a sandwich with the infamous "onion rings", it will leave you delighted!

Stopped by here for lunch with a friend's end after visiting previously with my wife. The food really is great. Beautiful burgers and the giant onion rings with a hint of fennel are great. I could literally eat about 3 portions all to myself. Their special bacon grave is also amazing and awesome to dip your burger in or your (also awesome) rosemary fries. You do sometimes have to wait for a table to become available but that's only because the food inside is so good. Really helpful and friendly staff too, and for Soho it's very reasonably priced.

Best burger and chips I have had in my life! The staff were really helpful and they were knowledgeable in terms of gluten-free options. This was my second time eating in one the Honest Burgers restaurants and again, everything was perfect. The ingredients were of high quality, while the chips were really tasty. The gluten-free onion rings also made my day. I tried the local special burger at Meard St - Soho and it was absolutely amazing.

Tasty food, fast friendly service, great value, thoroughly recommended. The restaurant is tucked away in a residential back street and has a great atmosphere. It was a Gorgeous day and managed to get a table outside. Revisited 4/9/24, still great food reasonably priced

I was vacationing in London. We were looking for a nice place to eat a burger. Honest burgers came up on my phone. We walked over from the Harry Potter theater. We loved the service and atmosphere. I had the veggie burger with fries. It all was delicious!!!

A great Hamburger place. Not industrial and the quality is great. Atmosphere outside is nice although only 3 table are available. Service is a bit slow. So don’t co e too hungry.

Gute Burger und die Rosmarin Pommes sind auch sehr lecker. Dazu gibt es auch glutenfreie Burgerbuns. Für jemanden der wirklich darunter leidet echt mal erfreulich das du bekommen. Die Hauslimonaden waren auch sehr lecker. Das einzige es ist sehr eng bestuhlt. Preislich auch noch im Rahmen.

I was disappeared. The service (i.e. wait to get the food) was too slow. I don't know if that's because they're understaffed or if the kitchen are inefficient. When the food came it was slammed down on the table without a word said. Me and the table looked at each other in shock then laughed. The food itself was actually worse than Five Guys, which obviously shouldn't be the case because this is a restaurant. The chips were over-cooked and in small bits, so it was more like having a bag of crisps. As for the beef? Well, there wasn't much of it. Would have been great to have more beef. This is not the place to come if you want to have a "proper" burger.

abbiamo girato l’intera serata per cenare a Londra ma tutti i locali richiedevano una prenotazione di giorni prima (cosa assurda ) abbiamo trovato questo locale bellissimo per caso con la sua fantastica manager ANIE , ci a trattato da veri amici ed è stata super gentile .. il panino era BUONISSIMO, e le patatine homemade condite con rosmarino erano FANTASTICHE, anche le Onionrings molto buone , tutti i prodotti erano di altissima qualità ad un prezzo super conveniente!! Lo consiglio vivamente e ci ritornerò spesso !!!!

This was stop #2 in our hipster burger tour in London, the first being Patty & Bun. We were happy to discover stop #2 was located around the corner from our Soho hotel, it made it really convenient to do takeaway and avoid the 45-60 min queue on a Wed eve. Honest Burger totally delivered with an outstanding burger but I'd still have to give the edge to P&B. I had the signature Honest burger made with a generous beef patty, bacon, cheese and all the standard trimmings. It was tender and flavorful with each bite, just not as inventive as the Smoky Robinson at P&B. My wife had their veggie burger and she testified that it was the best veggie burger she ever had, it "broke" her taste buds. It was a composite veggie fritter patty topped off with a fresh cucumber yogurt sauce. So if you fancy a veggie incarnation, this appears to be the spot. Onion rings were so-so and the chips/fries and chipotle mayo were good. Service was polite and on point, solid experience all-around! Sep 4, 2014

The burgers are very delicious and at a great price. Accompanied by many very delicious potatoes. To put it another way, the burgers may be a little small. Highly recommended!

Nice small but busy burger place in the middle of Soho. When arrived restaurant was full but they found a table for 3 people immediately, food has arrived fast and it was okay, Haven't stayed long, but liked décor and atmosphere. But i didn’t like the waiter who was rude and seems she didn’t have interes to serve us …

Went to Honest burgers on my 50th birthday for lunch what an amazing experience Adaleyna was a fabulous host and gave excellent service with a smile

Last Sunday night, my boyfriend and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat at a local shop. It was 10:15 pm, and despite the late hour, we were greeted by a kind lady who we asked if it was okay to place an order as we were hungry and in a rush. She graciously allowed us to sit down and promptly took our order. However, our experience took a turn for the worse due to the unacceptable behavior of one particular staff member.This staff member, a guy with short blonde curly hair, appeared disinterested and rude throughout our brief interaction. He was constantly engrossed in his phone, occasionally glancing up at us with an angry expression and shaking his head. While I understand the desire to close up shop efficiently, his demeanor was unwelcoming and left a sour taste in our mouths. It's worth noting that had it been closing time, I believe the accommodating lady would have informed us.To our surprise, our food arrived promptly, and we made sure to eat quickly. The lady even commented on the speed of our meal, acknowledging our haste. In an effort to show appreciation for her excellent service despite the contrasting behavior of her colleague, I attempted to leave a tip. However, she hesitated to accept it, mentioning a service charge. I explained my intention, and she kindly accepted.As we left the shop, we encountered the same rude staff member outside, disposing of rubbish. We offered a courteous apology and thanked him, but he merely shook his head without acknowledging us. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know firsthand the importance of providing exceptional customer service, and his dismissive attitude was unacceptable and disappointing. In conclusion, while the lady with dark hair and tall who served us was polite and efficient, the negative demeanour exhibited by the male staff member tarnished what could have been a pleasant dining experience. It is crucial for all staff members, regardless of the circumstances, to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Hopefully, this review serves as a constructive critique for the shop to address issues related to customer service and staff behaviour.

Burger was really tasty, veggie option is available. Jodie, the waitress, is SO kind and efficient. Just a comment, the plates are really small... But overall, recommended and it's very well located in Soho.

We ordered without bacon and it came with bacon. I advise anyone to check their order before eating We used to take it away and felt better when we opened it at home! I went back to them and they refunded my order and apologized But I slept without dinner that day, so I can't compare to the stars :)

Amazing food! And even though they were busy we were looked after like royalty! Our server Thomas looked after us like royalty! Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back!
