Burger Craft at The White Ferry in City of London, Westminster

Spent £40 pounds on 2 burgers and chips for it to be horrible and under cooked and all messy I couldn't even eat my burger it was full of cheese waaay to much it was more cheese then meat lol was just pure disgusting!! Nothing like their instagram post

Lunch special £7.50 for cheeseburger and fries Good tasty burger just got the impression someone went to the local burger joint and bought it for me Can't complain for the price though

Great hostel to stay in London, the staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and has a great quality-price ratio. Metro 5' walk to Victoria station or bus at door C10 to get to the metro. The breakfast is simple but for this price you can't ask for more. Good beds and layout. I will repeat

I have nothing to add to the title of this review . In my opinion, This is the best burger in London and one of the best burgers you will able to get anywhere: kids love it too .

i've had there just one burger, but it was very fat and, well, kinda tasty but not worth my money tasty. They have a lot of interesing positions i havent tried tho.

Bom atendimento, comida gostosa, opções vegetarianas e variedade de bebidas. O hambúrguer vegetariano é na verdade queijo de cabra empanado. O meu veio meio frio, então o sabor ficou esquisito. O restante é bem gostoso. A batata frita com chili é muito boa. Recomendo a limonada rosa da Fentimans.

Extremely disappointing! Describes it's self as craft beer and burger pub, unfortunately in all areas this is in correct! Food was missing several elements and when we questioned staff they said "it had ran out, what can we do about it now?" In all honesty the food was not great anyway and the beer is certainly not craft. Add to that the arrogant staff, not wanting to put a football game on in world cup and year and the irritating pub quiz MC shouting, I would avoid this place. Plenty of nicer pubs around pimilico!

Really bad for brunch. Quite disappointing. Just to give an idea...staff didn’t know they had a brunch and had no knowledge of the menu, despite there only being 7 items. Ran out of several things, sauces and bread, for example.

Staff have no idea about the menu. Walk in and order 2 burgrers at 1pm. 3 other people in the bar at the time. 1.50pm comes and still no burgers, yet people that have come in much longer after us have recieved their meals. Patricia wont be getting any tips from us thats for sure. 1 burger has now come out. Dry, flavourless and burnt. Still waiting on the 2nd burger - i dont have much hope for it tasting any good. I 100% do not recommend this place.. go find a mc donalds or kfc instead.

Looks like your random pub, but burger was amazing

As I was staying in the hostel upstairs, I decided to use my resident discount and try some of their famous burgers. I wasn't disappointed. I went with the bacon one, really delicious. The price was around 10 pounds, which I have found quite alright, taken it's in the centre of London.

Burgers were good, they offer both chips and hashbrowns! What a treat! Service was a bit slow, but that's probably because we had such a large party. Hostel was nice as well, beds were comfy and bathrooms were fine.

Prezzi contenuti: 8£ per il cheeseburger, e gratis l'acqua se del rubinetto, disponibile off limits. Bagno (almeno quello degli uomini) da evitare. Consigliato!

Ocurrió en el pub con hamburguesas, que está cerca del hotel windermere y Pimlico de lavandería. Muy impresionado con el servicio y el jugoso ba * tard burger. Los dos compartían una hamburguesa- SAR Financiamiento Interno la salsa barbacoa, mayonesa casera en vez optando por Mac y queso y una ensalada de aguacate. Nos tuvieron que romper la puerta. La calidad de la carne a la parrilla fue una sorpresa.

Stayed in this pub which has a hostel in the upper floors. The burgers are probably the best deal - made on the premises by Portugese staff. Locals and travelers mix here with a good pub atmosphere (with decent craft ales) Quite small with plenty of seats, benches and tables in and outside.

We stumbled on The White Ferry by chance, and what a lucky chance it was. These are the best burgers I have tasted (including gastro-burger chains) - excellent crispy chips with enough potato in them, and super tasty home-made burgers with top quality toppings. I had the Bacon Dude - £10 including Chips. Very nice - thanks guys! My only negative was the beer pumps were being cleaned, so not much variety of different drafts.

Nice casual pub with great burgers. There was a trivia night in so the burgers took a while to come out. There is also a hostel at this venue. Free wifi available

Ive been here many many times. They specialise is three things and do a very good job at it: burgers, gin and beer. Their gin menu has over 25 options, so i had to go back several times to work my way through it. The burgers are good, fresh and very filling They are cooked as you like, which for me is medium rare, which they do properly - with pink inside and not just practically overdone as most English places. The place is not posh at all and that makes it great. It was a workers men pub but now but a better offer - but not a gastro pub! It's fun, quirky, but if you are not in to quiz nights, avoid the thursdays.

Dropped in with some friends to watch a match. We had beers and food. The staff were a bit non-communicative and gave a cold v warm welcome. The first round of beers/lagers were good. The second round was served in a different style glass and the larger was flat with no head! Had to request a change to the original glass for the Amstel larger. The burger menu was interesting with good choices. The fish burger, the farmhouse special, chicken burger and the "juicy b@$t@*d" burgers were enjoyed. Overall a decent pub with good burgers but lacking in atmosphere.

Just had an Order delivered by Uber Eats and the bag was smashed with food everywhere. I rang your restaurant and a very rude member of staff called "Ingrid" who told me: - food delivery is nothing to do with the restaurant - ring uber - too busy to deal with me as customers were in the restaurant - too loud, cannot hear me and hung up When I rang back she then claimed I ended the call, alas the order was for a group of people who all heard who rude she was then hung up. Would not recommnd this restaurant simply on rude customer service.

I went there with my friend for a burger and a beer. The food was disappointing, small portions, over cooked patty and re-heated fries. The setting is nice but the attitude of the bartender was so bad it was almost fascinating. No hello, no smile, got a very awkward eye roll when we asked to split the bill... really strange. Good thing I was with my friend and had a great time despite the weird service. However I would recommend this place!

Cosy pub, has two rooms. Burgers only, but the burgers are decent, and come with a choice of chips or mini hash browns (basically 'tater tots' or 'hush puppies' - yum!). Friendly staff (most of the time). Has become a semi-regular weekly lunch spot. Get the "juicy b*stard", thank me later.

Siamo stati in questo pub e lo abbiamo trovato molto accogliente. Buono il cibo, prezzi onesti e sopratutto carinissimi i ragazzi dello staff. Unica nota "dolente" (ma non è colpa loro) si trova in un quartiere un po' fuori falla vita mondana e quindi risulta fin troppo tranquillo.

We were staying just a few doors down from The White Ferry House and had read about the burgers online so we had to try it. Burgers were great - in fact my husband said it's the best burger he has had and we live in the US so that's a huge complement. They had nice outdoor eating space also. Price was right too. We would go there again.

Ordered The Juicy B@stard Burger, ideal burger and cooked to perfection. Juicy and tasty and definitely ranks the gourmet level.I also got the Hot & Dirty Fries, when arrived from deliveroo, the fries were very soggy to which I did not enjoy them.

Deliveroo delivered our burgers on time in a heat proof carrier, which was great.The food arrived in brown paper bags and as soon as i got it upstairs which took 2 minutes we realised the food was cold! The fries looked awful and where congealed, the burgers not much better!Well thank goodness we were not put off we pinged the microwave and it saved the day.The Burgers were lovely and very tastey, sad to say the chips were inedible, but my mini has browns where ok.The Pub needs to rethink its method of delivery maybe a plastic carton.

A friend and I stopped here for a pint on a Thursday lunchtime and decided to have a bite to eat. We both had the juicy b*stard burger. The hand-made burgers are great quality, extremely tasty and great value. They offer a 2 for 1 on Burgers on a Monday night so you can have a craft burger and a pint for about £9 - great value and highly recommended

I like going to this place with colleagues. It's good fun and nice place for gin and tonics and they do a very decent burger as well. Gin selection is great, but they normally put too much tonic in the drink so ask to pour it yourself

Just rang to ask the chef if he uses MSG in cooking, as my better half is super allergic.He stated that he can't answer that as he does not now what ingredients are used.Poor very poor, but at least honest

J'ai séjourné dans l'Auberge du même nom et donc j'ai pu gouté les burgers et pizzas servis dans cet établissement.Les burger sont plutôt correct par contre la pizza sort tout droit du congel donc pas terrible mais les prix pour Londres son correct .

This place does really good burgers (even by nowadays high burger standards) and have a large selection of craft beers. They do buy one get one burger for a £1 every Monday which means you can have an awesome burger with hand cut chips, mini hash browns or salad for 2 for around £15 in total. This is including drinks (you have to buy a drink to qualify for this offer)! As this is only 5 minutes from our office, this place has become our Monday favorite lunch spot. Recommended!

My husband and I recently had lunch here. I had the cheese burger and my husband had the bacon and cheese burger. The burgers come with fries and the portions and burgers are good. The service however is not great.

Nice Hostel with Pub in an extra room. We stayed there with 6 people. The breakfast was poor but there are a lot of Restaurants close by that offer typical english breakfast...In the evening the have also very tasty Burgers.

The white ferry is off the beaten track about a 10 minute walk from Victoria train station. Our reason for going here was for the food. The burgers on offer from Burger Craft are superb. As a group we had almost every one on the menu and all were as good as each other. Even the vegetarian burger was so good - certainly not mass produced food here !!Add a choice of fries or hash browns ( the dirty fries are excellent with blue cheese and chipotle ketchup). The beer choice is good to with a lot of ales and ciders to choose from. Went on a Friday lunch and no problem getting a seat - there is seating outside if it's a nice day. Definitely worth a visit if you are near Victoria.

Great burgers! Great beer! Met a mate here for lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it. He has told me that he is now being made to bring his whole team from work here as the burgers were that good!

the burgers are homemaid. they are very good. The fries are also handcut. Sundae are good also but too stodgy and disgusting at the end

I had the house specialty burger - the Juicy B*stard - and it was fabulous. It was voted a top five burger in all of London, and I can see why!

Had a lovely chicken burger here, wine, gin and tonic and a dessert all for less than £25. That makes this a very reasonable eatery in the middle of a particularly expensive area, and so to be recommended for that alone. But it's not just the price that impressed, the food was great too. Really enjoyed the chicken burger and the dessert was a huge chocolate ice cream in a half pint dimpled glass - what's not to like?!Service friendly, board games available, good music. Highly recommended.

This pub has all the ingreditents for a great venue. Good atmosphere, good food, good selection of beers. However, the prices are a little bit too high and compared to the other pubs in London it is lacking in a touch of personality. Not amazing, not terrible...average.

We live about a 3 minute walk from here and have often commented on what a nice pub it looks.Finally bit the bullet and went tonight having read about their burgers on here.First impressions not great. Had to walk past a wide open ladies toilet door to get to the bar. Found a table and sat down to overbearingly loud rock music and far too bright lighting... not great at 7pm on a Friday.Menu sounded delicious - all burgers obviously. Both opted for the famed b*stard burger with fries.Cocktail menu was so tempting that my other half ordered their own delicious sounding take on a Bloody Mary - including Ruby port and horseradish infused vodka. Was clear the staff me member wasn't sure how to make the cocktail so he put the food order through and offered to bring it over. We heard him ask a colleague for some tips... she rather abruptly directed him to some instructions behind the bar. He then spent some time flitting between the two bar area collecting ingredients... Then informed us he thought he was out of one of the ingredients... then the food came.At this point my partner said he'd be quite happy with a pint. But no, the waiter insisted he could make the cocktail. Just as we finished our meal we were told that no, they were definitely missing an ingredient for the cocktail.So a pint it was. The waiter suggested his manager would sort a refund for the difference between a pint and a cocktail.. I had to suggest that a free pint was probably more appropriate. Service slips happen, but it's how they're dealt with that leave an impression. We had to wait even further for the refund, and not once was the "sorry" word uttered. Add this to the Sky Sports channel being put on alongside the harsh lighting and music and you've the makings for a hellish night. Shame really, because the burger was delicious.

Try the "Juicy Bast--d" it is a meal by itself. The interior is separated. The kids drinking and noise on one side and the dining and bar on the other side made it nicer experience to eat. This is a pub with a hostel up stairs and is not fine dining.

I burgers a The White Ferry sono eccezionali. Il più costoso (e famoso) è il Juicy Bastard, che ti puoi aggiudicare per 11 sterline, ed è enorme. Il menù è vario e si trova subito quello che più può piacere. Ai burger poi ci si può accompagnare una delle ottime birre alla spina che servono, artigianali comprese!
