Byron in City of London, Westminster

Byron Burgers is easily one of my favourite burger restaurants to go to simply because the food does taste that good. I'm a huge fan of burgers and I've always said I could eat them every day for the rest of my life. I love the burgers they make here, so I recommend Byron for that at the very least. The downside is that I can finish their burgers in a few bites as they are quite small. Not only that, but they are expensive for what you are getting. On top of that, anything that you get you will have to pay extra for since the burgers come alone.

Very good burger I’d highly recommend.

1st of all, I have to say this was NOT my choice of venue, as I don’t eat burgers! I had a medium ok Mac and Cheese. After this I decided, as I didn’t want “ dessert “ I’d have the Chocolate Peanut Butter shake - NOT AVAILABLE! Maybe a coffee? We don’t have a licence for hot drinks!!! So, will I come back to Byron’s? NO! However, the service we had by Findlay, was the gem in the coal dust. He was charming,friendly and helpful,

i really liked the house burger and the house slaw was delicious 10/10. would come again any day!

What can I say this place was something else from yummy chips to the brilliant burger if I had to pick one bad thing to say I would be like “well I’m going to be picky but I didn’t like all the condiments” but this very picky overall very good well done 😆

Greg was an amazing server !!! Awesome vibes with a great attitude, really helped the atmosphere. Food was amazing… which was a bonus!

It tastes like a delicious homemade burger. The Byron Burger was filling and tasted good. I ate mac and cheese and nuggets, but even though my kids eat a lot, I was so full! It's a shake restaurant, and the portions are large, so it's perfect for children. I visited a nearby place to eat before the musical started and was satisfied. I especially loved Finlay's friendly response :)

Proper, juicy and delicious burgers. I went with my friend, he is a airline pilot at Turkish Airlines. He always visit different countries and tastes different burgers. But he ate 2 of classic Byron. I think he loved it.

Good food, quick service, friendly staff. Much better now that ordering at the table service has been reintroduced.

Great veggie burger, fries, vegetarian gravy (and lots of vegan options too)! I bet the meat burgers are great too, they seem to really know what they’re doing. Lakshmi was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and accurate- really couldn’t ask for more. Nice place! No photo, I scoffed it so fast. A good sign, really.

Amazing service - Lakshmi was fab and very attentive. Running late for a show and they did everything to fill us up with fantastic grub before we headed a night on the town. Also bottomless fries was a surprise!!!

As a party of 7, we were pit downstairs on our own with no one else until a group of foreign men arrived. £12 for a small burger with fries at £4 extra is extortionate. The person at the door was rude to my girlfriend, ignoring her despite our booking. I recommend going elsewhere.

Good place to grab a burger if you happen to be in London

This popular burger joint is located on Tavistock Street near Covent Garden, just about a 10 mins walk from the Underground station, making it very convenient. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting. We ordered two burgers with French fries and a milkshake, and the burgers were quite impressive! I highly recommend this place!

Second visit to the Covent Garden branch and it was as good as the first. Staff are all incredible but Finlay, our server was outstanding. Burgers were amazing and arrived very quickly after ordering.

My wife and were visiting from the US and have always believed that we had the best burgers in the world. We went to Byron Burgers in Covent Garden and were humbled. The Smashed Dirty Burger and the Smashed Cheeseburger were, with french fries and the sweet potato fries, the best we have ever eaten! That and the service, provided by Kay, was exceptional. Thank you, Byron Burger and Kay!

Food was unbelievable. I had the ‘Byron Pre-Theatre Set Menu’ for £23.50 and for what I got I am very satisfied! Also a huge shout out to my waiter Greg, helped me out with some recommendations and just a really nice guy!

Excellent as usual. You should place tap water as an option on the menu. I was not aware I could get it and ordered a still mineral water. If it was on there, I missed it.

Really nice, sweet potato fries were sooooo yummy and crispy, full of flavour! burger was pretty good but not the best I’ve ever had. Could have been abit more generous with toppings in my opinion. Smash option is great, be prepared to get messy! Lovely welcome and felt comfortable!

I was dining on my own but did not feel ignored or self conscious. The serving staff were very attentive and friendly, particularly my server, Kaylighe who was a delight. I always swap the bun for a salad, you get loads of salad. A most enjoyable lunch

There is not a Byron burger near where I live, as my closest one has been shut down. I very rarely get to London and was really looking forward to having one of their delicious burgers. I can honestly say that was the most disappointing night of my life. The burger is roughly half the size they used to be. They no longer use brioche buns and use some wheat free, allergen free and tasteless burger bun, they used to put real chilli beef on the bun now you just get some vaguely pink chilli flavoured sauce. There was only two people eating in the restaurant, to which I’m not surprised while serving food of this quality they will not last long in business. New owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, but I don’t think they even care.

Food is simple but good (I had the vegan substitute. More American style in that if you want salad etc you need to order it. Very attentive service
