Malcolm was great and made our evening great with recommending the lovely food and cocktails 👍

We had an amazing experience at Burger & Lobster. I had my first Lobster roll here, it was delicious and the cocktails where also really good!

Decided to try something different so I ordered the Lobster Catalan Salad and it was surprisingly good, the Shellfish Linguine tasted good as well and portion was quite big. Also, very good deal for happy hour before 6pm. 😄

Burger and Lobster always has amazing locations and this one is no exceptions. You get the traditional good food and local beers. What I especially loved here is great, friendly, very welcoming staff. This was a great pleasure. Thank you to them for a nice moment there.

What a great experience - we went here for my partners birthday meal and the service was exceptional. They remembered that it was his birthday and brought out crème brûlée - amazing! Vitor was great and the manager on shift was also amazing. Thanks x

My children and I came here today and I just want to give a mention to staff members Carlos and Cassandra who were both extremely hospitable and displayed wonderful customer service from the moment we entered the restaurant to the minute we left. Carlos was very friendly and accommodating to my very fussy eater son. The food was also amazing as always. Would I visit again? Absolutely!! Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you guys, Carlos especially is a credit to your team.

Perhaps because the store is large and focused on groups due to its location, there is absolutely no sense of focus. Is it because they are accepting group guests? Even though I had a reservation, I was taken to the worst seat right next to the entrance, leaving all the seats empty, so I had to wait before the ceremony. I wanted to. Even though there are so many seats for two inside. Two adults ordered 3 mains and oysters as a starter, but we talked about it three times separately and only when we finished one of the mains did we get the oysters. No matter how busy it was, it was ridiculous that every time we walked back and forth, they kept hitting on us sitting in the hallway without even a single apology, and the staff in plain clothes who looked like receptionists and managers were generally like, eh? It's like that. I wasn't expecting great service for £136, and I thought it was a good value for money as I live in London, but I was upset so I deducted the service charge when paying. The food is also better at the Soho branch. Looking at the reviews below, I guess I'm not the only one who felt bad. :-)

I enjoyed this place. We had a combo menu for two, so we were able to try everything and definitely the lobster rolls were our favourite ... really delicious.

Had the combo for 2 and it was 😙🤌🏼. Great food, amazing staff. Only improvement would be to provide little wet wipes for your hands if you have the lobster because it gets messy!

The hamburgers are really delicious. This is my first time seeing such a thick patty. The patty is just a beef steak. The service is good and the store is very clean.

We went to this diner-style place for a late lunch and ordered a burger special (daily menu) and a chicken burger, grilled zucchini and lobster mac & cheese. Our waitress brought the drinks and was no longer to be found for the next half hour. When our dishes were finally served, they were cold and were only brought back to the kitchen after a complaint at reception, only to be served after another ten minutes - now lukewarm. The French fries now tasted dried out and the mayonnaise had a thick skin. We asked for a few sauces like ketchup, which were brought in smeared little bowls, which of course looked very unappetizing. When I finally asked to stabilize the wobbly table, the waitress, who had been there again, threw a piece of cutlery off the table, which she blithely simply put back down. Bon appetite! I'm usually a very generous tipper, but in this so-called restaurant, for the first time in my life, I even had the standardized 'service charge' taken off the bill. The 'service' here is just a mockery of the guest. I have never had such a terrible dining experience in London before. 👎🏻

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located next to Bank MRT station. A friend who came here for the first time recommended ordering the Combo, which has burgers and lobster 🍔🦞. The burgers are not greasy, and the beef is just cooked enough. It is very delicious when paired with pickled cucumbers. Personally, I think the burger is better than the lobster burger😋

The food was as usual excellent, top notch! However, the same cannot be said about receptionist. We didn’t have a booking and checked if we could get a table for five. We were told there are no tables as everything is reserved- the manner it was said was so dismissive and rude. We ask again and are told that it’s available for an hour - again felt non welcome. Then we were lead to the table and told by the same lady to hurry up and place the order with the colleague - we were still not seated and this urgency! Anyways, we do understand that we haven’t made a booking and take it into our stride but hey hey we’re past the allotted 1 hour and there are empty tables! Just felt unwelcome here…however, no complaints about the waitress…she was brilliant!

The lobster is very fresh and delicious, but it is very expensive at £38. A normal lobster drink costs more than £10 for a cup. I feel hungry again after a few hours after eating... There are also lobster bread, lobster croquettes, and pasta. They are all delicious too

came in for the cocktail and oysters happy hour as i was pleasantly delighted going last year but this time i was very disappointed. i ordered 2 dozen oysters and over half of them were shucked in a way that left so much shell debris inside the actual oyster and we spent most of the time trying to get shell out of our mouths, chewing on shell and trying to fish it out of the shucked oysters. not great!

It is worth having a bite at Lobster & Burger if you are in the Bank district. Very good food at pleasant prices and attentive staff

I’ve chosen burgers and lobster for a romantic night out. My wife and I loved the combo roll which gives you a chance to try their amazing burger and their signature lobster roll . We were greeted by Thomas and the bar that took great care of us throughout the night. We will definitely come back
