Beautiful birthday celebration for my friend. Service was fabulous especially from Milena who helped us make the perfect cocktail choice. I highly recommended the pistol punch if you like a rum cocktail. Food was delicious the Lobster with garlic butter was perfect. I left completely satisfied with everything this restaurant had to offer which is rare these days. Thanks to all the staff.

Been coming back for their Lobster Roll over and over again🦞 The combination of the soft toasted bread ➕steamed lobster➕ loads of garlic butter sauce is simply perfect. Their price has gone up quite a lot over the years, but still can’t help going back for the Lobster Roll once in a while

Absolutely beautiful food. Amazing waiting staff!!! The two lady managers on that evening (I should have taken their names) not very courteous. Unfortunately, their behaviour was quite hostile and quite sad to see. It put a small damper on the evening, but we're a happy bunch, so we didn't let it spoil our evening!!!

It is not a fast food restaurant, even if the signs indicate this, the food is of quality and of course the prices rise, the hamburger is one of the best, I have tried almost all of them in London... but you must be aware that at least €30 for a classic hamburger it takes between tax and change

We booked a table for our anniversary at 7:45, arrived 5 minutes early and were told to wait for 5 minutes or so at the bar for our table, along with many other couples. 30 minutes later and we and many others still were not seated. Left and ate elsewhere.

Had a fantastic meal at Burger and Lobster for our Anniversary! Carlos looked after us so well - he provided hot towels when I was feeling greasy and took care to ask us why we were there, and even sorted us a free sharing pudding to celebrate! We’ll be back for the next big occasion, and hope to see the lovely Carlos again!

We come here quite a bit. We always have a good time. Food is always great. Specially to Fabiola, yaz and Hazel on this occasion. We missed Johan this time but he is always the best host too!

Had a beautiful lunch here today. We had discovered the restaurant online and booked the table for our upcoming trip to London. It had such a great vibe, beautiful decor and wonderful staff. We were served by the lovely Hazel who looked after us so well. Everything was just perfect and we had the best time - we'll definitely be back!

We had 2 meals here in four days !!!! We really enjoyed it and definitely recommend everyone to come!!! We will come back next year for sure❤️❤️❤️

This is my favourite B&L! The restaurant is a lovely venue. Big. Spacious so you don’t feel squashed like a lot of places in the City. Carlos was our waiter. Fantastic service without being overbearing. Keep up the good work and will see you again soon!

Amazing food with a very disappointing mint tea which was just hot water and few leaves which have barely any taste

Awful food and poor / rude service. Scallops weren’t even cooked, it was like eating jelly Lobster was extremely tough and absolutely stunk of fish. Anyone who has eaten fresh lobster knows that it isn’t like this. However when we pointed out the issues, we were greeted with rude responses such as “it’s lobster, it’s going to be fishy, what do you expect?” We refunded most of our food and left promptly. Don’t bother coming here, unless you want food poisoning

The lobster served here is one of the best ones I ever had in my life, I highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience at Burger & Lobster on Threadneedle St! I arrived with my son and his friend, and we were on a tight schedule. From the moment we walked in, Carlos greeted us with such warmth and a big smile. I mentioned we only had 30 minutes and were quite hungry, and he reassured us they’d make it happen. True to his word, the team looked after us wonderfully, and our food arrived in no time. We were able to enjoy a delicious meal and still make it to our next stop on time. Huge thanks to Carlos and the amazing staff – outstanding service and food!

The food and service were really good but definitely felt packed in - wasn’t impressed with hardly any breathing space. The other odd thing is they’ve started putting some charity on the bills - I don’t think anyone is going to deny that charity is a good thing, but it doesn’t seem quite right to me to be silently slipping it onto people’s bills.

45 mins waiting time just to serve us our pretty standard order, 20 mins afterwards to get the bill sorted, wrongly ordered offered multiple times, no lobster cracker provided despite having requested 3 times, an insane experience, an utter waste of time overall!
