The food was great and super speedy! Our waiter Vitor was great, he added some extra sauce for us to try as we were unsure which to go for and it ended up being our favourite, so glad we trusted him!

We had Vitor as our waiter and was a wonderful experience. Got the combo for 2 option and was a fantastic choice.

Had a really good meal here. There is lots to choose from on the menu, and the staff were really helpful with recommendations. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food could have been a bit warmer, it maybe sat on the pass a little too long, but was still delicious. The wagyu beef croquettes in particular. Special mention for Katia and Tango who looked after us.

This is a good spot to come to if, like me, you're in the office till late and need to eat some food before you go home. Saying that, there was very little lobster in the lobster roll I ordered so I did come out of the restaurant still hungry. The roll is largely empty with lobster lined across the top of the roll so you're essentially paying £30 for bread with, at best, two tablespoons of lobster. The chips weren't great, but I still ate them as I was hungry. In a repeat scenario, I might return to Burger & Lobster, but otherwise, it's not really for me.

The food was simply outstanding. The lobster was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, while the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had—succulent, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. The combination of high-quality ingredients and expert preparation made for a truly memorable meal. A special mention goes to Julia, our server, who was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. An incredible place, very good atmosphere, the waiters were super friendly, they explained everything to us very well. We made a burger and 1/2 lobster which was delicious, I honestly think it would have been better to have the whole lobster because it wasn't much but if you're not very hungry it's more than enough, the price can go up a little depending on the drinks but the experience is worth it

Burger & Lobster is an excellent choice if you want to try a classic lobster roll. The Combo for Two menu is perfect for a couple—priced at €40 per person—and the portions are so generous that we couldn’t even finish everything. The location is fantastic, but the service was even better. A special thank you to Carlos, who welcomed us warmly from the start with a bright smile and genuine kindness. Highly recommended!

I enjoy this place after a long day at work. Service is always lovely and it’s never too busy! I usually get the combo of burger and lobster or a lobster roll and a burger and it’s dab. The only con is now it comes with a smash burger as opposed to what was previously proper burgers which now come at an additional cost and you have to pay to add cheese to your burger which makes this trip so so expensive now and maybe a once a year thing. I recommend the roll and proper burger and they have fabulous chips and salad. The lobster is great but honestly so scarce it is a struggle to get enough lobster to make the price worth it. I will also recommend their prawns as starters, those are insane!!! Wish I took a picture but if in doubt, get those prawns!

Well, if you love lobster or burger, then come in and get your impression. The beer is tasty, the lobster is not very good, the atmosphere is noisy. The price is not small.

We did have a great time in here. It was one of the most beaıtiful places that we visited in London. YOHANN has paid a lot of attention to us. Thanks for the welcoming environment he created. Burgers & Lobsters in London was a great experience! The food was delicious – the burgers were juicy, and the meat was perfectly cooked. Our server, Carlos, was very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. A fun bonus: he even spoke a bit of Flemish! Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and great service.

We dined at Burger & Lobster on Sunday evening and were warmly welcomed and served by Carlos. He was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service for our first visit. We ordered a whole lobster and a lobster roll as a combo, along with two smashed wagyu burgers. The food was fantastic, though the burgers took a bit longer to arrive. To make up for the wait, Carlos generously offered us complimentary ice cream, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return!

Ordered a 2 pax combo with upside lobster, a lobster linguine and a yuzu mojito. Decided to try the half steamed and half grilled. When we pointed out that the steamed side seemed slimy, we were being referred to the manager who simply brushed off by saying steamed ones are usually slimy. Really?!? We had a really impeccable service and food at the bond street outlet 2 nights ago and decided to come here. It was disappointing that our last meal in London before heading home was unpleasant.

We booked a table for Valentine’s Day and we were more than happy with the food but mainly with the top service that Carlos, the waiter, provided. he was very nice, helpful and friendly, so much so that I would be more than happy to come back and repeat the experience. Definitely recommended.

Been for first time at this restaurant, and was amazing!! For starters we got some Oysters and croquettes, then for mains for the beast burger and the whole lobster! Super tasty. Also we had a lovely service by Julia, JuJu and Yohan!! We will come back for sure!

I booked a table of five for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was excellent, with mood lighting, although some of my group commented that the music “seemed almost like a club”. It was also evident that this was a place to celebrate, with many people well-dressed and having birthday cake. Our server also should be commended for going out of her way to take excellent photos of us. Ordering was seamless, with drinks orders taken before food orders. The food itself didn’t take long to arrive at all and was excellent. For example the lobster claws were pre-cracked, so there was minimal mess and it was intuitive for the more inexperienced lobster-eaters amongst our party. Only thing I’d say are that the corners of the booth tables are very sharp, and difficult to enter and exit, especially if one has draped coats or placed gifts there. Something for management to look into perhaps?

I gave only 5 stars on the service just because that is the maximum, Daria was the perfect host, very friendly and competent.

I love Burger & Lobster! It is one of my favorite restaurants in London. The food, the ambiance and the staff is fantastic. I would recommend going there for lunch and dinner!

First time visiting Burger and Lobster and we would absolutely visit again. We only stayed for drinks and a few started and everything was simply amazing, down from the hostess, to the food and the lovely bartender Roberto who recommended what cocktails we'd like, he took time to understand what flavours we liked based his choice of that. Beautiful service from everyone we interacted with.

Sadly this was first and last visit to Burger and Lobster. I visited with two of my friends for dinner, got the set menu with half lobster and to my disappointment the lobsters looked very poor and over grilled, when I say over grilled I mean it was covered in charcoal and tasted nothing like lobster, it was more of a taste of charcoal and the smell was the worst. Looked as if they just tried reheating lobster that someone else didn't want. We didn't even finish the food. Very disappointing experience and not something I would expect in a place that specialises in lobsters. Even though chefs did their best to cover the burn marks, the food was not edible. We left disappointed and the taste of the burned lobster stayed with us for the rest of the day. Wouldn't recommend.
