Tipico cibo londinese... hamburger, fish & chips, patatine ecc.... Però a livello di qualità del cibo va bene, sicuramente sopra la media londinese! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

The restaurant was so cramped up, my friends and I were back to back with strangers. The waiter was very rude; when we asked for burgers without pickles and our order came out completely wrong. We then asked for BBQ sauce only to find out that we’d spent a total of £16 on sauces! Outrageous! I’ve heard many great things about Byron but frankly the food was average and you could find much better from places that are a lot more cheaper and offer better customer service. I won’t be eating at Byron again.

Visited Byron on Monday, prior to visiting a show. Our waitress Oliwia, was friendly, helpful and gave service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and she even took my hubby’s phone and charged it up behind the counter.Our food was lovely. We both really enjoyed the burger and fries and it was all nicely presented. We didn’t have long to wait before it was served.The restaurant was clean, spacious and modern looking. I liked the decor.Toilets were clean, plenty of soap, hot water and dryers that work.If I am visiting London again I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Visited here a few days ago for lunch prior to seeing a show. Staff were okay, not particularly friendly though. The menu has been drastically cut back from what I remember on previous visits to Byron. Service was quick, but neither the burger or fries were particularly hot. 2 for 1 on taste card, can’t say I would visit again in a hurry and I certainly wouldn’t be impressed if I paid full price.No hot water available in the toilets to wash your hands either, which is especially crucial at the moment.

Byron restaurant is a chilled burger house. The burgers were good, maybe a bit small if you're used to big portions but they were tasty. The superfood salad was really nice as well and quite "healthy" for a burger restaurant. Nice for a quick bite.

Excellent dining experience on a Sunday evening. Burgers cooked as required. Attentive staff good range of drinks. Lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Great choice if you want a decent burger and fries. There is also a salad selection if meat is not your preference.I had the double cheeseburger and skin on fries. Very tasty.The Oreo milkshake is also a must for anyone with a sweet tooth, perhaps to share?!Top tip - don’t have the milkshake until AFTER your burger as it’s very filling. Perhaps to be had as a dessert.

We came here with my family for a Lunch and we were very surprised by the food, the portion were generous and staff kind. Only we waited for the food a bit too long

Absolutely brilliant food as always but the staff were miserable, sullen and unfriendly. Everything felt like an imposition and even the bill was a chore. I appreciate the hour or two before theatre shows star are full on frantic and busy but bad customer service isn’t the answer.

Popped in here for a quick burger. Really nice food, dirty fries in particular are a treat. Despite being busy service was good, the food was lovely and the staff were friendly. I’ve been here twice in the last 4 months and both visits were great. Recommend.

Went here for meal before going to theatre. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was brilliant and lots of choices. Even tho they were busy the meals came out quick and tasted divine. Atmosphere was relaxed and didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely recommend as prices were fair and value for money.

We were a large party all ordering a variety of things and the order got a little confused and came out wrong. Unfortunately I was left without a meal, it appeared as everyone else finished. The mistake was apologised for. We didn’t pay for it and were given 3 complimentary glasses of prosecco. So all was forgiven. Wouldn’t stop me from going back as I though this was excellent customer service. The food fabulous and different. Great location as well. Very enjoyable visit in total.

Just one person for dinner. Half buffalo wings and a burguer ( I don't remember its name) Both dishes came at the same time, Why???? Buffalo sauce hot but not tasty, and they were not really wings!!! The burguer was correct, but it had onion rings sticked and hard as a stone... The best thing, in 20 minutes I was outside of there.

I visited this restaurant for first time with my kids. Big portions, love the burgers, the kids enjoy chicken nuggets and the prices are good. Is very close to Covent Garden and is a nice choise in the area. Very friendly and welcome staff

Tu camarera Oliwia es única. Ella ha sido muy útil y satisfizo nuestras necesidades dietéticas especiales sin ningún problema. A pesar de una hora ocupada, ella permaneció burbujeante y atenta. It's a fast food restaurant, ok, that's not a problem. One problem is when the food is bad and the restaurant is visibly running down and in need of urgent intervention. The location is good and the service is diligent.

I was really annoyed by this chain of Byron. I was eating a meal with friends and my phone was next to me on the table. A man walks into this Byron through the staff entrance strolls across the restaurant to my table before distracting me to steal my phone! Why do they leave that door unlocked if they are going to have a member of staff on the main door. I thought I was in a safe space in London but apparently not. When I reported it to the staff the waitress thought I was accusing her of stealing it as she didn't speak very good English and proceeded to show me her pocket about 3 times. The manager of the restaurant took about 5/10 minutes to show himself before sitting downstairs checking CCTV leaving me to speak with police by myself without many details of the location. I understand I need to take responsibility of my possessions but incredibly disappointed by how he was allowed to get inside the restaurant round the back and the response by the team!! Terrible

Wij wilden eerst bij Byron gaan eten in het centrum maar hier was het zo druk, dat we de keuze hebben gemaakt om hier te gaan eten. Hier was het ook druk, maar gezellig druk.

I was starving after a long day and ordered a bbq chicken burger. When it arrived it was tiny and didn’t even fill the bun, this was not what I expected for £14! I also couldn’t eat it as it was seriously dry and chewy. When the waiter gave us the bill he said “the tip is up to you, tip or don’t tip” which made me and my partner feel really uncomfortable...

We chose Byrons and booked a table due to its location close to the theatre and Covent Garden. Just as well we booked as it was very busy. Burgers we had were nice (I went for chicken which was nicely marinated/grilled) & there was a gluten free bun option. If you have allergies they send a manager to take your order separately which meant a longer wait and we weren't too sure why as he didn't ask any questions just simply wrote down my order like the other chap would have! They also brought it separately to the table so maybe it's cooked somewhere else which might be reassuring for anyone with serious allergies??? Quick service. Restaurant a bit scruffy and very noisy/buzzy so not the place for a relaxed meal but perfect for a quick bite.

Horrendous experience in Byron Covent Garden. The Manager and hostess were both very rude, putting me and my family to the back of the queue after we did not want to sit in the basement! (Which is grimy and you can smell the toilets). Avoid at all costs.

El lugar estaba muy ocupado, pero el servicio seguía siendo muy bueno con solo un corto tiempo para tomar nuestro pedido y luego las bebidas y la comida llegaron poco después. Opté por una ensalada en lugar de papas fritas con mi hamburguesa de aguacate rota. Me sorprendió gratamente la ensalada, que estaba muy fresca con una buena lechuga, pepino, rábanos en rodajas y tomates cherry cubiertos con una vinagreta ligera y agradable. Definitivamente recomendado.

Pour une franchise les produits sont de qualité (viande, Frites). Grandes tables pour les familles. Service assez efficace.

I was quite surprised to discover that in 2019, we had to look at several places in Covent Garden before finding a vegan burger on the menu!

I ate here this evening with my two teenage children. Food and service was good but the restaurant now looks really shabby (I know it is going for an eclectic , vintage type look). The toilets were disgusting. When I am spending £45 I expect a higher standard. Come in Byron, you can do better !

First ever visit to Byron near Covent Garden very busy on arrival but got seated straight away had an offer and the lady said that we could also add sides with this which was very helpful when food arrived my daughter had just finished her burger lifted the piece of paper to find a like really large hair explain to the waitress Who came back from talking to her manager Victor that we didn’t have to pay for our mains as we had a voucher it came as two burgers so only charge for drinks it was very unfortunate that we found this as the meal was really good the waitress was fantastic very helpful very smiley so sorry I can’t remember your name went out of her way to help us with this problem but was very quickly solved and the manager was exceptional would definitely visit again

We were looking for a good restaurant in Holborn and we decided to go Byron my wife is a little picky so I wasn’t sure about it, the food was very good exactly how we asked to be cooked, and Memo’s service was outstanding, smiling all the time and a step ahead about what we might need. Next time we’ll try the milkshakes.

The food was ok but nowhere near the quality it used to be - the menu is so complex now it’s like they have so much - I thought it was a burger joint but the menu is so varied and wide now

Crowded, however, very well organized, so you are seated and served quite quickly. I appreciated the skinny version of burger with no bun. Mini salad instead.

We ate here on a whim! We were in the area and it started pouring. The menu looked good, american style, cheap beer! But it also smelled amazing inside too. We were greeted by a lovely set of women and seated immediately. They asked us over 4 times if we had any allergy, and brought water right away, just such amazing service from the start! Our waitress Sarah was unbelievably nice. She gave us amazing recommendations on food and beer, and just gave us some facts about the area! She was so kind, and sweet. She brought everything right over, and brought us extra, ice, napkins, anything else we'd need without us even thinking. Truly exceptional service without being intrusive, and while managing several other tables! Our burgers were delicious, and prepared fast. We could taste the quality in the ingredients used. It was an overall awesome experience for a whim decision. And the price is nice for the area for sure! They had options for everybody!

Visited Byron on Wellington Street in Covent Garden:

Decided to grab a burger after the ramen place we wanted to try across the street literally had a line out the door. The burger was cooked a bit too long but overall was okay. I ordered the sweet potato fries, which were probably the best part of my meal. Others at my table ordered regular fries, which were dry and bland. The onion rings we ordered were left untouched, as the batter was poor and they were fried in bad oil that smelled like fish. I’m sad we chose Byron since there are amazing restaurants in London.

Fuimos con grandes expectativas por los comentarios y fotos que habíamos visto. La verdad es que no nos decepciono. Yo en concreto pedí la bbq y estaba buenísima. Lo malo es que para mi gusto, un pelin mas grande estaría mejor, esta tan buena que te da pena terminarla. También pedí patatas con beicon y queso...mmmm..... creo que no merece la pena el beicon.

Cuando vamos a Londres siempre vamos a este restaurante, las hamburguesas están muy buenas, el servicio rápido y muy amable. Nos atendió un chico muy guapo y simpático. El precio 15 euros por persona aproximadamente. Hamburguesa, chips y bebida. Normal para Londres. Totalmente te recomendable.

Went with my family (my daughter have celiac disease) and we all enjoyed a wonderful burger - very serviceminded and sweet staff.

Had a super family meal, the food was great as I am gluten & lactose free always weary of eating out, they talked to me and showed me the menu, burger came with a flag so it was obvious that it was mine!

We were seated pretty much straight away, and luckily before the evening rush. We then waited over 45 minutes for our order, watching other people who ordered after us being served, we eventually had to ask when our order was coming, the server was very apologetic as it appears our order was overlooked, fortunately we weren't in a great hurry. My sister who lives in London raved about how good the burgers were and whilst they were Ok they weren't as good as we expected, quite small portions and expensive.

We use this Byron fairly frequently, and it’s usually been OK. Today, they claimed to have no red wine at all because they were “changing the menu”. This is either incredibly badly organised or the cash-flow problems they had a while back have returned. Pity, because it’s a nice space in a convenient location. But for the moment, I’d avoid it, because this clearly isn’t good enough.

The burger was great, juicy and delicious. We had great service but we weren’t rushed for time. It was a bit pricey but that was to be expected being in a touristy area.

Unfortunately we were running late to the theatre so needed to get something quick to eat, some places had queues so forced to go here. On the whole you would expect to get a decent meal for the money, especially a burger chain. The burger itself was tasty, if a little greasy but was very small for the amount of money you pay for a burger. Would have given this a 1 had it not been for the cheesecake which was delish and decent value for money

This was a first meal at Byrons Burgers for the 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The burgers were tasty, as were the side orders. Olivia, our waitress, was efficient & friendly. Certainly it is a busy place and yet isn't it great when your waitress is chatty & smiley? They don't add a service charge on automatically, which is the way it should be, so you can leave what you feel is fair and hope that the waiters get the cash, rather than it being kept by the restaurant owners. We would eat at a Byrons again.

While on vacation, I noticed a patron sitting outside eating a salad that looked intriguing. We decided to try it and I was so glad we did. It was simply delicious. I enjoyed it so much, we went back to a different location another day so that I could get the salad again. My husband ordered the classic chicken sandwich which he enjoyed tremendously. The service was great both times.

If you're looking for a good quality chunky burger go to any Byron. Make sure to add the sweet potato fries as one of your sides. Never disappoints.

My wife, daughter and I went here two times during our London-holiday this week. We had burger, choice and Mac&cheese.; The food was perfect to this price and both time the service was excellent. Just good smiles, nice chats and food cooked to orders both times. We will be back next time!

There are quite a few similar restaurants serving burger and fries and most, like this one, have friendly staff and tasty food. There are more upmarket restaurants that have a higher level of service and the venues are more stylish. If I order burger and fries from any of these restaurants they are always tasty and enjoyable with prices ranging from £12 (Byron's) to £18. They all taste pretty much the same, that is to say very good. Byron's stood out on this occasion however as my fries remained hot in the bowl. Fries served in other restaurants (usually in steel beakers) tend to get a little lukewarm after a while.

I would give it 0 stars if I could given the 0 service I received. Took 10 minutes to be seated in a 2/3 empty restaurant and then after being seated waited 20 minutes and no one ever came to my table at all!!

We went on a Saturday, without booking. We were seated straight away. The burger was tasty, don’t spend more to have the burger with an onion ring as it doesn’t come with an onion ring just fried onion flakes. The main was brought out before we finished our starters- food was nice, we just felt like we were being rushed along.

Loved the staff but I think it's overpriced for what you get. Not much better than McDonald's but quadruple the cost.

Byron’s,which is positioned slightly off the throng of Covent Garden is certainly worth a visit.

Stopped by Byron Hamburgers right after a show at Lyceum. The food is absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend the Byron and the brownie for dessert. The only problem with this gem is that the wait-staff is very slow. It took nearly 20 minutes for the dessert to arrive and then an additional 10 for the check to come after asking. On the whole the restaurant is great and the food is delicious, just don’t expect to get in and out of there quickly.

Fuimos a cenar antes de un show, había estado pensando una buena hamburguesa por un tiempo, y este lugar realmente golpeó el lugar. La hamburguesa estaba muy bien cocinada y muy sabrosa. Las batatas fritas eran deliciosas y la tarta de queso Oreo era increíble. El servicio fue estupendo, muy servicial y amable y rápido. No se ignore por 20 minutos como parece suceder tan a menudo. Dejé una propina del 20% y el camarero sintió que tenía que verificar conmigo que no lo había hecho por error. Chico dulce. En definitiva, una agradable experiencia culinaria que hizo exactamente lo que dijo en la lata.

First visit to the Leister Square Byron as we live close by. Staff were ok but not overly welcoming but did their job. We did take away. For the price paid I expected way better and was expecting a top Burger, I ordered the B - Rex. Quite frankly it fell way short of the marketing rhetoric and in our case the fries were served Luke warm and only 90% cooked. Will not be back or visit any others in the chain again. Con me once, never twice!

Can’t go wrong with the burgers here. Patties are juicy and flavorful. I like the simplicity of the burgers and how tasty they are. Try the milkshakes, milky and thick. Simply great!

If you are looking for comfort food, Byron's is the place. For a family type restaurant it is perfect. We were dying for a good hamburger and fries dinner and that's what we got. The food arrived hot and very delicious. Our food was accompanied by a strawberry milkshake which was thick and creamy. The service was very good as well. We enjoyed our meal and it hit the spot!!!

I last visited a year ago. I was seated outside as requested. Its great to sit in Covent Garden and watch the world go by. The service was excellent as was the food. A Byron with a Byron lager and deep fried courgettes which were excellent all delivered in about 10 minutes. £18 was a bargain.

My friend and I came to London with a budget and I found and offer on O2 Priority where you got two burgers, sides and drinks for £17. This was amazing as it had no terms and conditions with regards to days as we went on a Friday evening and the drink even included a glass of wine so it was an absolute steal! Food was good quality, only one issue which could improve coz you could see that the fries were pre cooked and just resting under a heat lamp so they weren’t of the best quality.

We were looking for a place to eat that catered for people with celiac disease and stumbled upon this amazing restaurant! The host asked if my friend was intolerant,allergic or if she had celiac disease and this showed us that they were prepared for anything! We ate 4 of the best burgers we've ever eaten! Amazing hosts,amazing place...just amazing! Keep it up guys!

Chose this for good central location in Cevent Garden for catch up with friends. Disappointed with food not hot and poor salad content in burger buns. No speciality coffees only filter and no sweeteners available. Staff pleasant but not very attentive. Maybe other branches are better.

Having booked a table it was fifty minutes after we arriving that food finally appeared on our table - and that was after prompting the staff. With kids aged 6&7 that feels like waiting a day!

Went to a Byron once before, when it was in Camberley, that was overpriced, over cooked rubbish, this was different. Had the mac & cheese balls for a starter, omg, I could eat 3 bowls as a main. Had the chili burger, cook as I wanted it, medium, lovely & juicy. Had a side of onion rings, not too good, thin onion, & greasy batter. Had the salted caramel milkshake, lovely. Also tried the chocoholic milkshake, very nice but too rich for me. Overall, a very nice meal with great service.

Visited with my boyfriend fairly early and were seated in a booth. Lovely server Oliwia approached us all bubbly and took our order, in the end asking if there were any allergies she should know about. We both work in hospitality so that last part felt that we were well looked after, even though neither one of us had any.
