We saw a dead mouse at the entrance of the restaurant while leaving, food didn’t taste fresh at all - staff was super rude and restaurant is super noisy with its AC

Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, but I can't recall a worse meal. The Singapore fried rice was disappointing (if I'm being charitable). The spices hadn't been cooked out, so you just taste the raw spices. The "Pad Thai" was a million miles from the real thing. There was no hint of any Thai flavours, and the noodles were just Chinese "ho-fun". Not only was it bland, but it was so greasy that it quickly became a solid, congealed mess. Post Covid, I didn't want to give ratings (no choice here) and I don't want to knock independents, so all I can say is, stay clear of the Pad Thai.

Staff were unfriendly and stood outside smoking and talking and not paying much attention to us. Food was mediocre at best - not very tasty and rather greasy. Toilets were unclean. I would not recommend to an enemy.

I ordered the Gong Bao beef which promised lots of Sichuan pepper. It was quite tasty but had no strength at all. Certainly not the "hot and numbing" experience I was hoping for. Also there was a shed load of MSG. I fear it might have been scaled back for my delicate western tastes!

Food was awful, I saw mice droppings in the toilet and the waiter stood outside smoking with the fumes wafting into the restaurant. Avoid! Do not eat here.

I had seen this place while out running so thought I would pop back and give it a try. It was a quiet Monday evening and there are no more than maybe 15 covers of which maybe five were occupied. The restaurant clearly caters for the local Chinese population with a range of quite different dishes some of which are on the expensive side. I ordered a prawn noodle stirfry dish together with a portion of hot and sour soup. The restaurant appeared to be doing a brisk takeaway trade but this did not delay the food being serviced. Both dishes were clearly freshly prepared and tasty although the hot and sour soup had a more sour edge than I have had else where and less heat. Although there were plenty of prawns there could have been more noodles which would’ve improved the value for money. Service was okay and I expect I will try the restaurant again to try some different dishes.

We ordered at 9pm. At 9:45 the food had not arrived (the restaurant is only a 5 minute drive). We called the restaurant and they told us that the food would be with us in 25 minutes. We called again 45 minutes later as the food still hadn't arrived. They told us "6 minutes". It wasn't until 20 minutes after that when the driver called us because he couldn't find the flat (not his fault). In summary: the food was fantastic and we would definitely order from them again. But we received our food an hour after it was supposed to arrive. This is unacceptable. The strange thing is that the exact same thing happened to us with a local Indian restaurant 10 days ago. Perhaps this is an issue with Just Eat and the restaurant didn't receive notification of the email, but if that's the case then the restaurant lied about how soon we would receive the food we had paid for.

I hadn't ordered from Yum Yum Pimlico for a couple of years so with family from overseas and Yum Yum just around the corner I thought that it would be worth doing a takeaway order as the food would still be hot on arrival and the food was always good. That was a mistake I won't make again. I ordered £56 of food to be delivered, after ordering it I received a call asking if I could collect it instead, which I did. Upon getting home with the order I and my family were appalled with the quality of the food. Three portions of egg fried rice which were completely brown from what I am guessing was soy sauce were inedible, mushy and devoid of anything looking like egg. The spicy garlic chicken was bland and more onions and bamboo shoot, I expected the onions and bamboo just not the lack of spice or flavour. The bbq ribs weren't very good. The meat was dry and the bbq sauce bland and it left my hands stained yellow, rather like turmeric would. The cashew chicken was more onions than chicken but apart from that not particularly objectionable. The sweet and sour chicken was sour. Far too much vinegar and nothing to sweeten the tang with a few token pieces of tinned pineapple for appearances. The spring rolls had been cooked almost to mummification. We threw the lot in the bin. After trying it all, looking for something that might redeem it we chalked the effort and cost up to experience and went out for dinner. Only the cashew chicken put up a gastronomic fight but was clearly not in the running for a happy meal award. I am embarrassed in the eyes of my family and utterly disappointed because I used to love their food, how close it was and quickly delivered. Never again.

We were looking for a place to have dinner and came across this restaurant. The set meal options displayed outside caught our attention. However, when we were seated, the staff informed us that the prices listed were per person, with a minimum of two people required for the set meals. This detail was not clearly stated on the menu outside, making it feel a bit misleading. Despite this, we decided to stay and ordered the Set A, which was about £21 per person. The meal itself was enjoyable, and the service was decent. However, one thing missing from the service was follow-up feedback after the meals were served, which could have improved the experience. Another point to note is the 12.5% service charge, which is already included in the bill. Despite this, when paying by card, there’s still an option to leave an additional tip. This feels unnecessary unless the service charge isn’t going to the staff, which I hope isn’t the case. I suggest they make it clearer on the menu that the set meal prices are per person to avoid confusion for future diners.
