A great place to have extremely good food prepared in a homemade way. The place is very simple, staff not particularly friendly but polite. Food is offered in a canteen style way, meat plates excellent, same for vegetarian dishes. In total about 15 different trays offering different food. It is very difficult to eat good vegetables when eating out, here vegetables were excellent. All ingredients were high quality. We ate inside at the cost of 10 pounds for an all you can eat, drinks excluded. Cash only. I am Italian and my standard is usually high. Will come back any time I will be in London.

I've been going here for many years and buy their £5 takeaway box. Food is both tasty and healthy as they have a good amount of vegetables included. Other nearby similar restaurants have £8 for their takeaway boxes with less healthy choices. So I would recommend this cheaper and healthier place.

Terrible service from the store manager. Instead of being willing to serve, it makes the customer feel as if they were doing a favor by being there since the restaurant exists because of the customers! The customer has the right to say where they feel best in an establishment, but he wanted to put me in a hidden place. When I said that I was uncomfortable and preferred to sit near the buffet, this same manager also said that he didn't feel like it and that I should sit where he said. That day I was so hungry and I just wanted somewhere where I felt good and would pay for the service. I told him that I didn't like the service and he shouted for the whole restaurant to hear that “we don't like you either”. I left the place, went to Jolibee for lunch and received great service! I hope it doesn't happen again and that this gentleman is aware that foreigners may also stop recommending or frequenting this establishment! You should also be aware that there are many tourists and that the image of China Town could be tarnished due to the poor service provided at Mr Wu.

Food was bland with no taste, such as the stir fried noodles, rice and bean sprouts tasted like they were boiled in water and that's it. Meat quality isn't the best, I found more than one very dry chicken that was brown and extremely dry, inedible, in my sweet and sour chicken. Salt and pepper chicken wings also isn't prepped properly, still had hairs all over it (meaning it wasn't cleaned properly) and the meat is just strange and chewy. It's pretty basic, didn't really enjoy it and only got one plate. Mr Wu's used to be really good for its price, but I guess they can't afford to maintain quality anymore. The most important thing was that after washing your hands, you disinfect them with alcohol and then you cannot touch anything except food. When someone fixed their hair or scratched their nose, they had to go out to wash their hands and disinfect them. In this buffet, a young man with disgusting acne on his face serves customers, touches dirty money, and then wipes the customers' plates with a dirty rag. Like in Bareja's comedy. We were looking for a place to have dinner and came across this restaurant. The set meal options displayed outside caught our attention. However, when we were seated, the staff informed us that the prices listed were per person, with a minimum of two people required for the set meals. This detail was not clearly stated on the menu outside, making it feel a bit misleading. Despite this, we decided to stay and ordered the Set A, which was about £21 per person. The meal itself was enjoyable, and the service was decent. However, one thing missing from the service was follow-up feedback after the meals were served, which could have improved the experience. Another point to note is the 12.5% service charge, which is already included in the bill. Despite this, when paying by card, there’s still an option to leave an additional tip. This feels unnecessary unless the service charge isn’t going to the staff, which I hope isn’t the case. I suggest they make it clearer on the menu that the set meal prices are per person to avoid confusion for future diners.

I hadn't ordered from Yum Yum Pimlico for a couple of years so with family from overseas and Yum Yum just around the corner I thought that it would be worth doing a takeaway order as the food would still be hot on arrival and the food was always good. That was a mistake I won't make again. I ordered £56 of food to be delivered, after ordering it I received a call asking if I could collect it instead, which I did. Upon getting home with the order I and my family were appalled with the quality of the food. Three portions of egg fried rice which were completely brown from what I am guessing was soy sauce were inedible, mushy and devoid of anything looking like egg. The spicy garlic chicken was bland and more onions and bamboo shoot, I expected the onions and bamboo just not the lack of spice or flavour. The bbq ribs weren't very good. The meat was dry and the bbq sauce bland and it left my hands stained yellow, rather like turmeric would. The cashew chicken was more onions than chicken but apart from that not particularly objectionable. The sweet and sour chicken was sour. Far too much vinegar and nothing to sweeten the tang with a few token pieces of tinned pineapple for appearances. The spring rolls had been cooked almost to mummification. We threw the lot in the bin. After trying it all, looking for something that might redeem it we chalked the effort and cost up to experience and went out for dinner. Only the cashew chicken put up a gastronomic fight but was clearly not in the running for a happy meal award. I am embarrassed in the eyes of my family and utterly disappointed because I used to love their food, how close it was and quickly delivered. Never again.

Hit and miss, but you still pay expensive meals nevertheless. Staff are incredibly rude, will just shove you out of the way with mop buckets or scauld you for not ordering enough food.
