First in the kebab shop, Atmosphere is very chilled and pretty. My kebab was seasoned well, I’ll recommend the chill sauce to go with the mixed grill kebab.

Very expensive, very mediocre. Nothing like kebabs in Berlin. You're paying for their marketing rather than quality.

not usually someone to complain about speed, and I know it was an off peak time, but back in Germany a Döner takes max 5 mins to make, and here I'm already waiting 15... I'm hungry!! 😭 also, 3.70 für ne Fritz Kola, spinnst du

One of those ground beef kebabs, not actual pieces of crunchy meat. Avoid.

Food itself is nice. Everytime trying to order for 2 weeks now, never find order or never accepted order. This place for justeats orders is worse than worse.

Have visited by recommendation of a friend (who likes to consume Kebabs every week with his family members) I signed up for free kebabs when we arrived the time was 1.30 wasn't 2 o'clock at all .We were told by a young, very pleasant lady that they are overbooked, so no free kebabs available. Then I asked why we are not informed about it by Emails? She responded that it was in the terms and conditions. I answered back, who reads them now day's? I blame the management, not individuals. Obviously, they wanted us to spend money instead of give it away free of charge! Anyway we walked in and tried their kebabs. The quality of their products were decent it was well worth paying of ££££££ in Central London .VERY CHEAP for the location!! despite initial negative expressions of free kebabs promises turn out differently we will visiting them again... Ps.not trying to destroy hard working peoples images at all it was purely our experiences.

I had the vegan doner and it was amazing love it there

Decent Döner / Kebap, but is not the same experience as you get in Berlin ;) - the "special sauces" are not home made (we saw the packaging) and rather standard sauces (e.g. Curry Ketchup). However, everything was fresh and tased good!

The service is lovely the cashier is super sweet. The döner was like the frozen döner you get, does it fill you up? Yes. The beat thing was the fries and the spice on top, soooo nice. The salad was quite small. Expected a lot by the atmosphere and the modern look but nothing special.

The doner kebab was delicious and their chilli sauce was soo good! Could have given more sauce it only filled 1/4 of the pot. chips were way too salty but very crispy and fresh. Overall would order again!

Terrible food. Reviews are clearly fake. Multiple five star reviews on the same dates, the shop is always empty and only been around for 6 months, no chance they've received thiese many authentic reviews.

Delicious wraps and the spicy fries were excellent! I’d definitely eat here again.

Doner Shack is an awesome place! The food tastes super good, and they have lots of choices. The people who work there are really nice too. It's a fun spot to eat with your friends. You should totally check it out!

Haven’t had one of these since I was in Berlin 32 years ago. This was fantastic - so good that I was here 2 times on the same day- will be back before we leave London. Seriously only 7.95 for an amazing meal. All 5 of us LOVED the food

Great easy listening soft pop music vibes present you when walking in. Ordering is easy and the staff member serving my son and I was extremely pleasant and attentive. The chicken bites we ordered were fresh and flavoursome and the choices of sauces were great.

Taste of kebab it's nice but however I order extra meat for 2.5£ each in both kebab but portion was poor and disappointed btw. More salad than meat...

I walked in ready for a lovely kebab on my break.i go to order my usual chicken and chips and it’s priced at £14!!!!! FOURTEEN QUID FOR SOME CHICKEN AND CHIPS. are you having a laugh. that is a complete joke, not even a drink included. Completely disgusting. All these reviews that are 3 star+ are all fake without a doubt. everytime i walk past the shop it’s empty! This is completely ridiculous. Have a day off!

Amazing quick bite. Amazing in taste, high quality kebab - i would have given 5 stars if the portions were bigger to be honest. Very nice atmosphere amd recommend for a quick bite to go.

Disappointing fake-German Döner place with inhumane live staff surveillance on huge screens. Is this a food place or a human zoo? Really surprised this is even legally allowed. PROs + Classic example of misleading marketing: low quality food does not get better if you call it German + 3 or 9 creepy kitchen surveillance screens were offline + Clean and modern + Wooden cutlery CONs - Staff forgot our drink even though the place had 4 customers in total i.e 2 orders on a Sunday afternoon - Terrible food: soggy and overly salty chips, dry Schnitzel chicken that not remotely resemble Schnitzel - Awfully creepy display video wall showing live kitchen staff - Not even close to German or Turkish Döner Kebab: it is closer to the standard trash kebab places for English hooligans - Too much packaging

Truly underwhelming. After waiting far too long for what is supposed to be fast food my food was cold. Clearly prepared hours prior to it being ordered. I complained and gave my food back. A member of staff asked if they could make me another but why would I want the same thing twice? I suggested they employ the use of a thermometer in the kitchen. Always happy to help!

Unbelievable, what a beautiful decor and quirkiness, but the food is absolutely disgusting, way too salty plus served cold. Seeing them in Instagram thought give them a try , I wouldn’t recommend at all for the money I paid to have this a sort of kebab. Very disappointing, I normally don’t like to put review but this I thought must. I’m sorry diner shack but far away to go . It wasn’t even busy shop how can you served cold food and away too much salt seasoning.

Great place, I recommend trying the chili ketchup, which goes great as a dip for the wrap. I asked them to put it in the wrap and the team was so flexible to call the kitchen downstairs and have it done! That’s service and customer orientation.

Have been at Diner Shack twice now and it has become one of my favourites kebab places around Baker Street. Food is freshly made and chips are very crispy and nice. They also have a variety of milkshakes that are so yummy 😋

Excellent kebab place! My Döner Kebab Was delicious, I felt almost like the ones I had in Germany. The schnitzel bites were super crispy and flavourful too. Highly recommended, they are even open until late hours.

Went in to get a milkshake whilst I was waiting for an Uber. The server that made my milkshake was incredibly nice, talkative and helpful. I will go back here purely due to the atmosphere the staff created

Still pricey when you have a family day out. Where I used to live on the German border, the kebab was the meal of the student, the poor.. It has become now a pricey trend. Good quality of product, I was expecting the bread to be softer but still good

The sizes of the doner is twice the size of typical ones in German doner shops. Spice and sauces good. Halloumi cheese is an interesting replacement for “kase” Love the milkshakes! Good pairing for the spice. Recommend smaller doner size and/or offering of “lacmucun” aka Turkish pizza since you have 95% of ingredients minus the thinner unleavened pita bread. Great atmosphere and music, but spacious and quiet. Wonderful service although seeing kitchen staff through a large CCTV feed is odd.

Mixed doner was seriously lacking in meat quantity for amount paid . FRC order on social media was far more and I felt a little disappointed to be honest. First and last occasion I’ll be visiting

Only good thing was can of Coke and decent fries, meat is cold and old, salad was soggy box is too big for the portion. Lady name nilofur was very attentive.

Great food. The wrap was freshly prepared n not pre packed or from frozen. The food also is calaries balanced. Customer service is exceptionally wonderful for a London restaurant. Quick selections via kiosk and dine in or take out.

Durch Zufall gefunden und was soll ich sagen, einfach toll. Modern, freundlich und auch wenn der Döner etwas anders als der Döner in Deutschland ist; ist er hier super lecker und kann meiner Meinung nach nur jedem "Döner-Lover" empfohlen werden.

The portion is big and the mixed bowl tastes good. The environment is pretty good, spacious and clean. The waitress is very friendly.

Great staff and clean facility. Chicken Schnitizel tasted like fried cardboard with sauces. The Halloumi salad box had lots of watery tasteless veggies and a smear of something resembling avocado with no dressing or condiment of any kind. The water was definitely H20 and was filtered. 😜

Really good Kebab! We had our little baby with us and food or her ( vegetables & fruits). We were made aware that we are not allowed to bring food from outside and eat it in… We told them that it was the food of the baby because she can‘t eat kebab, but still weren‘t allowed to feed her… This is a no go for me!!!

The food was amazing but what made our experience even better was a lovely lady named Jana, she made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant!! Her customer service skills are the best ever, thank you so much I hope I got her name spelt correctly will definitely come again !!

Very cheap food, people are nice except food. The managers don't even check the order they served me a wrong food. Furthermore the is very bad.All the five star reviews are fake bought from the influencers. Don't go to doner shack go to McDonald's beside it.
