Joe & The Juice in City of London, Westminster

Fui a tomar el jugo en Guilford el 21 de septiembre y me cobraron £ 20. 30 por 2 jugos. Entonces el gerente de la caja dijo que el pago no se realizó y que tenía que hacerlo de nuevo. Repetí el pago y luego pude ver en mi aplicación Joe the Juice y mi extracto bancario que efectivamente me cobraron dos veces £ 20. 30 (total £ 40 . 60 ) para dos zumos. Me dijeron que enviara un correo electrónico a care@joejuice.com y que me reembolsarían los gastos, pero ya he enviado esa dirección por correo y aún no he recibido respuesta. Este es un terrible servicio al cliente. La mayoría de las empresas se disculparían mucho por su error y harían todo lo posible por reembolsarte. Terminé sin disfrutar de mi bebida en absoluto, ya que estaba loco por cobrar dos veces, y ahora me he sentido muy incómodo, ya que tengo que enviar esta dirección de correo electrónico repetidamente y seguir revisando mi banco con la esperanza de algún tipo de acción. Esto es actividad criminal. Si robé 20 . 30 de ellos, tendría acciones legales contra mí.

Me encanta J&TJ y uso regular para bebidas y comida, con un personal generalmente excelente. Sin embargo, tuve una experiencia terrible en este medio. Pedí un chocolate helado, que cuando llegó estaba caliente (creo que habían hecho un chocolate caliente y le habían añadido hielo en lugar de hacerlo frío). Aunque no fue gran cosa pregunté cortésmente con el miembro del personal. Cuando hice esto, la máquina de bebidas se acercó, se inclinó al otro lado del mostrador y agresivamente y con explosivas me dijo que estuviera agradecido ya que no estaba en el menú. Cuando desafié su enfoque se volvió más agresivo, así que me fui rápidamente. Me he quejado a J&JT - una salida a evitar!

This company has the least concern for you as a customer and terrible ethics. Should be avoided at all costs.

Tried Jo The Juice in Sevenoaks today as our normal coffee stop was full…..I wonder why! Ordered our coffee asked my name music was so loud she couldn’t hear me! Went to ask where our coffee was as we had waited quite a time and the cafe wasn’t that busy. Then I realised quote a few were still waiting and some people even walked out. When it did arrive one coffee was cold - no apology had to wait for coffee again. Tables and floor were dirty staff behind counter seemed to enjoy talking among themselves than delivering customer service. Lady behind me asked where her smoothie was and they practically threw it at her she said she wouldn’t be back. The girl making the coffees had dirty fingernails and lacked any eye contact at all. The toilet needed cleaning with toilet paper over the floor and basin dirty. This place is a shambles and I see by other reviews people feel the same. We really do not need another cafe in Sevenoaks so let’s hope this one shuts soon.

Joe & the Juice is so much better a bet than most of its neighbours for a quick beverage in relaxing surroundings before a nearby Wigmore Hall concert. First there’s every chance you’ll get a seat. Second drinks are made promptly. Third the staff are both friendly and efficient. Pity then that the otherwise pleasant ambience is at times interrupted by the wholly unnecessary intrusion of rap music with mindless lyrics, a heavy beat and entire absence of any proper melody.

I was in search of a quick coffee of a Sunday morning just before my visit to the Wigmore Hall. Although a number of customers were already in situ there was no queue before I was able to order a flat white. It arrived very promptly. The efficiency of this place is only underlined by the fact I had already waited several minutes at another cafe down the road only to have been ignored by baristas occupying themselves with other orders. The flat white here was exemplary. It was served in a plastic cup rather than china. But I will not hold that against the establishment here.

I love Jo The Juice very tasty and fresh drinks, but my experience at this store was very disappointing. I am exempt and struggle to breathe in a face mask, which is dangerous for my health. Upon entering the empty store, I informed her straight away I did not have a mask and that I was exempt, I then asked her if she had any mask just out of respect and policy. She did not even welcome me, she was on her phone when I first came in, her rude response simply was "No I don't and I'm not going to serve you with out a mask". I just turned around and walked out with out any purchase. In the Mayfair branch they kindly provided me with a mask and were really nice. This girl was the only one in the store and is so un professional and rude!

The staff were more concerned with their phones than service tbh. She kept stopping to make the drink to check what her friend was showing her on her phone.

Great juice dirty in general not so clean. Wall has food on it and chairs dirty. Good music but slow service with the sandwiches

great location very cute cafe, went there for a cup of good coffee but their coffee machine has been broken for two days, no coffee in a cafe! had a juice but this was weird!

Visited this place for the first amd last time today. We ordered two sandwiches at the counter. Not being a local/regular, I asked should I wait at the counter but was told to take a seat and I'd be called. To which I made sure to tell the (nice) woman at the counter we were sitting outside. After 10 mins or so of no call or order I wandered back in when a different (male) member of staff hollered was I Alan and he'd been calling me for 10 mins. When I said I was sitting outside (in plain view by the way) I was chastised and patronised in front of all the other people in the place. Told I needed to listen more. Food was obviously cold at this stage. There was also no cutlery, plates, trays, milk, sugar etc provided at the counter or within plain sight (ie sub-Burger King ffs). Coupled with the lack of even the most basic table services what the hell was the premium sit-in price for? Then when another friend arrived afterwards she went in for a coffee and soy milk and was also patronised and told soy milk is no good for you! Even the silhouette on the logo looked depressed. Avoid this place.

There’s no shortage of competition for hot and cold drinks in Wigmore Street with branches of Ole & Steen, Natural Kitchen and Pret A Manger. It was a bit empty this Sunday morning but its sofa seats were inviting. There was a rather silly rigmarole having to give my name before collecting my beverage from the counter when I was the only person in the whole joint. Not sure too why I was given a cardboard cup rather than a proper cup and saucer or mug given I was drinking in. Downstairs the only public toilet was marked ‘Out of Order’ so used one of the two marked ‘Staff Only’ next doors along. The flat white itself was fine.
