The best restaurants in Marylebone High Street City of London, Westminster London

We dived in here during a walk around Oxford St for a quick drink and snack. Not entirely sure if I was done….. The barista was less than welcoming but took the order, inputting each item into the register before starting to dispense anything. Two drinks were ordered along with two cakes. She promised to bring the goods outside to where we sat. Drinks appeared along with one cake. After waiting to see if she was returning I went inside to ask where the second one was. She claimed to have forgotten to add that one to the order meaning that I had to reorder and pay again. The menu behind the counter is vague and difficult to read and I received no receipt either time after paying via contactless card. The price paid - even at inflated Soho Coffee prices - suggest that I may have been done. Trouble is, I’ve no way of proving so.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff spoke in a foreign language amongst themselves, they are all very confused and mix-ups with customers' orders. The team members are very unprofessional and rude, with one staff member addressing me as "boss." I recommend choosing Pret across the road for better service. Avoid this place.

¡Un servicio de atención al cliente absolutamente asqueroso y una señora llamada Lola me habló de una manera tan repugnante! ¡Una desgracia! ¡El servicio de atención al cliente ignoró las quejas que les presenté! ¡Lola sirvió la comida en una caja y bolsa y luego la puso de nuevo en la olla de cocina! ¡Los reportará a los estándares de higiene alimentaria!

No sé qué está pasando con la gestión interna de Joe & Juice, pero el personal que trabaja en las tiendas es extremadamente infeliz, por lo que ser grosero y desagradable hasta el punto de que siempre me prometo a mí mismo nunca volver. Buen jugo peor trato por la gente nunca. Pagas £6 por pequeños tragos y ellos sacan caras cuando pides hacer una taza llena no la mitad. Ridiculous.
