Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff spoke in a foreign language amongst themselves, they are all very confused and mix-ups with customers' orders. The team members are very unprofessional and rude, with one staff member addressing me as "boss." I recommend choosing Pret across the road for better service. Avoid this place.

After collecting my breakfast from this Pret this morning..I was very disappointed to find a lump of mould in the compote...not what you expect. #pretamanger #disappointed #pret #expectations
