SOHO Coffee Co. in City of London, Westminster

We dived in here during a walk around Oxford St for a quick drink and snack. Not entirely sure if I was done….. The barista was less than welcoming but took the order, inputting each item into the register before starting to dispense anything. Two drinks were ordered along with two cakes. She promised to bring the goods outside to where we sat. Drinks appeared along with one cake. After waiting to see if she was returning I went inside to ask where the second one was. She claimed to have forgotten to add that one to the order meaning that I had to reorder and pay again. The menu behind the counter is vague and difficult to read and I received no receipt either time after paying via contactless card. The price paid - even at inflated Soho Coffee prices - suggest that I may have been done. Trouble is, I’ve no way of proving so.

Staff miserable. Rubbish milky cappuccino. Was made to wait. Got our order wrong. Was given no spoon for my cappuccino. No shaker for cinnamon. The place looked a mess, Was not a relaxing environment. Didn't need the staffs negative attitude. Don't bother coming here.

A hot August day in London, dropped into Soho Coffee Co for an iced latte. It was a great tasting and refreshing coffee. There is seating inside and out and it had a nice chilled ambience. There are no toilets at this cafe / coffeehouse which to me is a downside for any eating and drinking establishment and is in fact in breach of section 20 of the 1976 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act, which states that 'toilets should be provided if food and drink is being sold for consumption on the premises.'

Ok standard, average service, but amazed that no toilet available for eat in customers even though it is a legal requirement

They have nice english styled menu🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I definitely recommend. Coffee. Was fabolous. Best of from bigger chains

The Bircher was good - some sort of soya pudding thing Coffee OK But flithy outside even when I asked for table to be cleaned

My colleague ordered a bacon roll in the morning with a hot chocolate(greggs was closed) the bacon roll was chewy and way too overpriced for the size. I ordered a hot chocolate also and both were not even hot? The prices in this place are stupid, never again

Located closely to Oxford Street, this coffee shop was a convenient find for us to stop for a drink and something to eat after a good amount of walking, we walked straight in and sat ourselves down in the seating area. After deciding what we wanted to order, I went to the front and ordered the food and drinks, my smoothie was not available however the staff were friendly and helped me decide what to get by offering me the other options. The drinks came very quickly after I sat back down and were very nice! My partner ordered an Ice Latte which was great. Our food came shortly after, everything on my full english was cooked very well, and it was really tasty - my partner had a toastie which was very enjoyable! Overall, the service was good, the food and drinks were very nice; the only thing I would say is a negative is that if indoor seating is offered it would be nice to have a toilet available too, to my knowledge there was no toilet for customers however I could be wrong.

I felt sick after visiting here with a friend. I had ordered a smoothie and it had separated within 30seconds of receiving it. My friend got a yoghurt and granola bowl and the best by date was written on paper and we peeled it off to find it had expired. And the waiter was rude.

Standard central London cafe' - decent coffee, good choice of cakes and sandwiches and salads, indoors and outdoors tables, average prices. I fully understand business is slow right now and they might no offer the full service, but the waiter's grumpiness and slight irritation to the most standard requests will not help increasing business.
