Took over 1.5 hours to arrive. Initially stated 45 mins. Called up and spoke to 2 extremely rude members off staff! Delivery driver polite and knocked a few quid off. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! RUDE STAFF! LATE FOOD! COLD CHIPS! NOT HAPPY!

It took 1hr and 25mins for the food to arrive food was cold and tasteless.

They didn't read the order notes and I also never received my 5 pieces of hot 'n' spicy wings.

I did not know that the pizza sauce was going to contain any form of spices. I can't eat spicy food and the heat of the pizza left me feeling I had wasted money as I did not eat it.

Pizza was ok however the BBQ ribs was awful.At first I thought I was eating a tough liver in soggy breadcrumbs!! Obviously it had been put in the microwave for far too long!! To no surprise I didn't or rather couldn't eat it, so binned it. Waste of money!

Been coming to this place for many years and they never fail to deliver great service. Food was hot, delivery driver was friendly and the food tasted great. They actually read the notes I added to the order too.

Gave us the wrong pizza, was so hungry ended up keeping it. Such a shame

Ordered food 2hrs 30 after we got the wrong order, we got a 2nd delivery that was also wrong. So won't be ordering again.

Very poor service, ordered two meals and some extras and no pizza and after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting I called up and my order was still being prepared. Thankfully I didn't pay by card, when I told them food is taking too long I want to cancel they insisted it can't be cancelled. After some time of arguing with the guy he finally got it through his head that I won't answer the door if the food did come. Very poor service.

The best chicken fillet burgers you can buy in enfield. And you can not beat the price.

Best value for money for a takeaway in Enfield. Been a customer of Pizza Point for many years. Last time I called up as they forgot cans of coke and they brought it straight over. Friendly delivery drivers and also great customer service on the phone. The new management team doing a great job with the pizzas!

Nice food, good price but didn´t get the bottle of pepsi I ordered, instead got cans. Still got charged for the bottle even though I got less drink than I ordered,on the other hand the four cans I received would have cost more than I paid so it´s not all bad.
