Mamá quedó encantada con el chico del frente que empujó y empujó hasta que entró. Mamá tiene pasta con pollo, lo cual estaba bien. Tuve pollo en salsa de champiñones. Mi salsa se había partido y no sabía a nada en realidad. Las patatas fritas estaban grasientas y frías. Comí aproximadamente la mitad de las papas fritas y nada de pollo. La comida era sosa en el mejor de los casos y la mía era horrible. A pesar de que se devolvió una comida casi completa, no se hicieron preguntas por qué. Picados al final de la comida con un cargo por servicio que no nos habían advertido y que no hubiéramos pagado si lo hubiéramos visto. La peor comida italiana que he tenido

Solo he tocado una estrella porque cero no era una opción, y al menos los baños están limpios. El servicio horrible: una camarera tan rudo! Demasiada actitud, y cuando le dijeron que una moneda antigua de 1 estaba en el cambio, ella dijo "¡Entonces, puedes cambiarla en un banco! "

Me and my friend were there for a great breakfast. The girl was outside and said what do you wish ? So we said we want a croissant but i cant see it on your menue and she said.... ahhhh we have it here look! So we stayed there and were so happy really great service very nice ! And thank you to your team from yesterday morning! You made our last breakfast in london special ! Thank you !

Perfect every time!! This time I tried their amazing tiramisu!! Meatballs were lovely too! Chicken spinach parmigiana was a little bit dry but forgiven on account I ate it after it had cooled. Thanks again Sappore! Your tiramisu is legendary 😋 Irina

They participated to the Sicily Fest and as I was craving some seafood, got some octopus from them. I was quite shocked to see how each (very little and pricy) portion was weighted. I do cook octopus from time to time and there are parts that are not edible, shouldn't be served. They included pretty much everything (excepting the octopus eyes which were removed on the spot). I had to throw half of my portion. The plastic chopping board was overused. They were probably serving octopus with microplastic. I really regret that I didn't wait longer to see all these things before buying from them.
