Toast in City of London, Westminster

Solo he tocado una estrella porque cero no era una opción, y al menos los baños están limpios. El servicio horrible: una camarera tan rudo! Demasiada actitud, y cuando le dijeron que una moneda antigua de 1 estaba en el cambio, ella dijo "¡Entonces, puedes cambiarla en un banco! "

Mejor mañana temprano desayuno delicioso amor delicioso desayuno además tienen variedad de sándwiches, bebidas, desayuno, sopa y muchos más, solo tienes que preguntar.El personal encantador, muy cerca del mercado de carne smithfield y el hospital de baño, si no por que ellos quieres visitar decepcionó:)).

Tuve un almuerzo rápido en el mostrador por mí durante mi viaje de negocios. El camarero/barman fue muy atento y apasionado. Él los platos recomendados para mí y comprobar si me gusta después de terminar mi comida. Muy buen ambiente y comida deliciosa y buen servicio. Todo lo que necesitas para cualquier restaurante.

Desperate for a cuppa! Nice menu of drinks and paninis, sandwiches, smoothies, etc. Good service too!

The coffee here is delicious and the service very friendly. I asked if the chocolate eclairs were freshly made and assured that they were. Clearly the one I had was not that freshly made because although it was only 11am it was hard and dry like a toasted baguette. They replaced for free with a nice almond croissant. Much better

Watery cappuccino, and a toasted sandwich especially prepared to be completely devoid of any taste. Awful.

Service sullen and not interested. Had to ask for a menu, waited ages for food to arrive & then told the sandwich filling I had chosen wasn't available. Wish we had gone elsewhere. Wouldn't visit again.

Service was really slow, waitress was quite rude and disrespectful while not busy took 15 minutes to get our order taken. Coffee was ok but very overpriced,

Bread of the toast was the only good thing there. Everything else inside seemed to be not fresh. Got disappointed with 2 different toasts. The sweets were also bad. Can not complaint about service, quite ok for this kind of a place.

South molton used to have so many nice coffee places we only saw this in front of the magnum cafe so we sat down and took a table, got maybe 6 drinks there was no one there, as we drank our coffee the rudest waitress came over to tell us the kids were not welcome there because they didn't drink coffee and they take us space, we were 4 adults and three kids? A 3,5,6 year old so one was in a stroller and didn't take a space!!! I refused to leave after I already got their crappy coffee so the black haired waitress watched is from inside as we gulped down our coffee and I can't believe no one came to the defense of a 2 tired moms with toddlers but lesson learned! I frequent the area and will never sit here again. I hope they learn to respect moms and their bathroom facilities were disgusting, I imagine their kitchen is the same.

Paid £3.80 for a fresh orange juice which was 3/4 full and packed with ice, then I was told that I need to pay an extra 50p to pay via credit card once I got my bill which I had to walk inside to get because the service is slow. Overall, bad and rude service, I had to call the waitress to take my order, had to go inside to pay. It only gets 2 points because of the outside seating. Avoid!

We went out to Central London to shop for a while. Wanted to grab a quick lunch and walked past Toast. They have tables on the streetside. It was a sunny day so sitting outside seems like a good choice. I don't have high expectations on their food given the restaurant does look like one for a quick bite but still it took me by surprise as to how little effort they put in to try make their food tastes more decent and looks more presentable.My little one had a tuna mayo sandwich and there was no mayonnaise at all. My hubby had a salad and it was a small portion of lettuce with some cucumber and tomatoes. No green leaves. My spaghetti bolognese was small portion and tastes salty. Instead of giving you a good portion of spaghetti, they added salad on the side of the spaghetti bolognese. I felt like I had lunch at a very bad school canteen frankly. The bad taste still lingers in my mouth as I write this review.Coffee is also flat but since it's in asmall portion, I can finish it all notwithstanding.Won't recommend it at all.

The venue seems inviting & warm, with minimalist design. Coffeeroast is really awful - with a burnt taste, and the milk is not frothed properly. The toilets were dirty with no toilet paper. Sad, because it's situated in such a lovely area.

Arrived at 10am and they had no croissants. Ordered pan au chocolat and it was stale. They mix French customer service with London priced. Poor start to our day.

Asked for a bit of salad with my panini and was charged £3.50 for three slices of tomato, cucumber and lettuce on a side plate (no dressing). When I asked why it was so expensive (for comparison, a cheese s/w is £3.40 and slice of rocky road is £2.20) I was told they restaurant didn't set the prices (?!) and the ingredients used (tomato, lettuce and cucumber) were "expensive".I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on holiday. In her absence "we [the staff] are all in charge", so no one able to deal with my complaint.Avoid!

Just a quick snack before Winter Wonderland with our two grandchildren. All 4 "dishes" came at different times - the last 40 minutes after the first!No effort to apologise was made so I decided to ask for some consideration for that late, last dish - scrambled egg on toast for my grandson. After much argument the cashier did deduct the £5.50 (!) for the dish .... but any café worth its salt should not need to be so determinedly challenged. The food that did come was decidedly mediocre. The toilet is a disgrace with no soap or paper towels there.All in all, a place to avoid.

I was looking for a place to sit and rest my knees before a tricky evening of children, friends and alcohol. And came across this place.I used to walk through South Moulton in the late seventies and it is still as vibrant and trendy as it used to be. I only stopped for a coffee or as they say these days a “skinny Americano” plus a glass of water (not charge for). The two waitresses were charming and one obviously enjoys the music of Shakira!Good coffee, great location and a nice smile.Worked for me

this is the only cafe left in the street would avoid previously but no choice left on the streetvery very expensive and the service quite poorthey also charge a surcharge if using card to pay and your bill is under 10 poundfood is craponly positive is the seating outside for people watching

I come to toast before going to the salon. I only every get an espresso. If the weather allows, I sit outside, as it's the best place for people watching. The coffee is ok, but it's the people watching that keeps me coming back!

we were a party on our way to an auction. Tables on the pavement of South moulton walking street. Pleasant enough environment. However the food has no imagination. a toasted sandwich comes up flat with not a scrap of garnish. Each of our party of five was served separately with a fair interval between. Servers are inexperienced but seem to mean well. The food was about the same as an inexpensive cafe elsewhere.
