Can't believe all these bad reviews!! Visited last Christmas and thought the food was fabulous. Asked for a penne arrabiata with extra chicken and pepperoni. One of the best italian meals my wife and I have ever had. Had an outside table just under a heater sat in Leicester square watching the world go by. Going to London again this Christmas and will definitely be returning.

Excellent service, went there as looked busy and inviting. We weren't disappointed. Everything was lovely. Staff were brilliant, all happy and helpful. Food was delicious.

Visited on Saturday, the food was very poor with basic Italian pasta dishes were of a standard much lower than even your typical Italian chains. We also found the staff argumentative and rude when we queried the food. For balance the atmosphere was reasonable...

The food was excellent! I had the steak, and it was cooked perfectly. The staff was lovely they were very attentive, they made a great atmosphere with the Italian music. Will definitely come back 👏

Awful Service, warm food, and likes to add a huge 15% non optional service charge , which I point blank refused to pay and did NOT pay, they are lucky I paid for our food / drinks as only a few mouthfuls of food were eaten, dirty toilets opposite the kitchen very unhygienic would never recommend or go back to them again!! Also can’t find this restaurant on Facebook or insta pages to leave feedback on think that says it all, absolutely terrible please do NOT waste your time or money here it’s awful!

A little slow but the food is not bad at all and although it is a little expensive, the place where it is, in part, justifies it.

The nicest pizzas we had for a while nice sauce and ingredients, sharing pizzas with others was no problem, nice drinks friendly staff.

The food tastes good, but the price is technically expensive. Gnoccai al pesto, with tomatoes.... this dish contained only 1 tomato. The dessert, see photo, was over €7. You can easily fit the size into your hollow molar. And an additional 15% service charge will be added to the bill. Which all together results in only 3 stars in terms of price/quality.

I ordered a margarita pizza and pasta, the pizza was made month ago I think that and microwaved the one in the markets are better oily soggy no flavor and when I ask the manager, she answered me it’s homemade (lie) with a cigarette in her right hand and the beer in the other hand (you are working) I mean it’s an Italian restaurant and they can’t make a homemade pizza.

I wish I had looked up the reviews before sitting down at this restaurant! The staff have no idea of customer service. The first waitress taking our order had an earpiece in so couldn't hear the questions properly, doesn't help that she didn't understand English very well!! We ordered one salmon, one cheese burger and one pasta with chicken and cream sauce. The price is extortionate being in Leicester Square but I wouldn't have minded if the food and service matched the price but they didn't! My cheeseburger had hardly any chips on the plate, which I mentioned and was told that is the amount provided. Plz note the chips are not chunky chips, wedges or anything expensive.. they are the fries you get from fried chicken shops!! Instead of just apologising and getting me more chips, one waitress decided to argue with me about it and said she can order me some more (£7 per bowl)! I said I don't want to pay for anymore chips, I just want a decent portion and so she brought some more but the back and forth was so unnecessary!! Dad's salmon portion was very small and the taste was not worthy of £22!! Stingy and rude restaurant!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Wow! Where to begin!? Staff consistently seemed annoyed by the fact we were there. Couldn’t be bothered to serve. Ordered bbq chicken pizza, which was decent, with drinks. We had to ask three times for our drinks and were told, “ya, ya they’re coming”. 20 minutes later our pizza arrived, still no drinks. Finally brought to us. When we were done we asked for the bill and staff were obviously annoyed. Guess we didn’t spend enough on booze. Bill included a service fee, which I should have had removed but just wanted out of there. While waiting for my husband to return from the bathroom and still seated, the hostess came and sprayed the table and reset it. I refused to move, returning the attitude. Just awful!!

Food was OK but i received two small potatoes to accompany my lamb. Lamb was supposed to be medium, came out blue!!! Was very costly fot what it is.....i would avoid.

I was deceived by the view of the restaurant from the outside and that it serves meals at 10:30 at night, but the experience was bad. I ordered salmon with potatoes and salad and they said it was with white wine, but they brought it with tomato sauce, and when I objected and asked to change it, they said we couldn't. Other than that, I went to the toilet when the order came and said, “Just come back and get the order,” but I was surprised that they put the plate on the table and I was not there, and I came and got it warm. They charge you a service fee of 15 percent of the order value, and you cannot cancel it despite the poor service. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention to his poor rating I do not recommend it. It is a disappointing experience and the price is high

Our pizzas and lasagna were really freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff was quite nice, but sometimes seemed absentminded... Prices are a bit high for the food and everything else.

We placed our order it arrived fairly swiftly. What let the place down were the staff. Firstly the hostess on the front trying to entice people into the restaurant smoking. Whilst 2 of us were still eating they came and cleared one of the plates. A total no no. After we had all finished. It then took 40 minutes for them to acknowledge we had finished and asked us if we needed a dessert. This Whilst a member of staff sat less than 3 feet away from us eating her meal. We were never on her raydar that maybe we needed our table clearing. If it wasn't her job surely she could have told those who were responsible that we did But this was not before one of the waitresses decided to cleaning the windows on the terrace. The terrace in which our seats rested again. Total disregard for the fact we were still with dirty plates and also making is feel as we were in the way. We wanted coffee and desserts but decided against it when they had the cheek to add a 15% gratuity to the bill for such poor service. Avoid at all costs!

If i could give zero stars i would. Had breakfast for 2 on Sunday 14th July. Food mediocre and no different to Wetherspoons quality. No condiments offered. No check back. No knowledge of menu when i asked the bread choices. 15% service charge?! For what? Service was diabolical. Waitresses pre-occupied with their social life with no consideration of service to customers. Wish i had gone to McDonalds, half the price and better service and that's saying something.

Really enjoyed the food here and sitting outside it had a nice atmosphere. It was quick service and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We were brought drinks quickly but the servers never asked if we wanted anything else. I was a little surprised to see 15% added to the bill for service. I would probably have tipped as the food and service were adequate but 15% is very steep and I felt a bit ripped off afterwards and didn’t want to make a fuss.

This place is one to avoid. Looks the part with the outside seating. Shared a pizza with my daughter. Looked familiar, tasted familiar and was 100% a goodfellas pizza. I raised this with the server who told me this wasn’t the case and that he watched the chef prepare the base a matter of minutes previous. Not only charged £14.50 for a pizza you’d get in Tesco for £2 but they have the cheek to just lie when you raise it. Partners food wasn’t much better and she paid over £20 for the privilege. Hope the next time im in the city these cowboys are no longer there. Absolutely disgraceful.

AVOID! Ordered two slices of cakes and they tasted like they were a week old, they took them back and didn't care. I didn't get a replacement. Espresso tasted like hot water. It deserves less than one star but sadly Google doesn't have zero.

Waitress put her sleeve in my pasta. Food tasted cery plain like from a cheap bar. Not recommend at all. Not friendly very simple stuff.

The food was just reasonable. The service was the worst I ever had. The waiters, one female from Albania and one male from Morocco were rude and impolite. The tip was included in the bill and when we argued about that they said it was mandatory. Unbelievable. The guy from Morocco was aggressive and close to get physically. Once again, I still can’t believe it. Don’t go there unless you want to be mistreated

Tourist trap at it‘s finest! Nothing more to say. But the lesson is learned. Since i ate there i check each new restaurants ratings before going inside.

The food wasn't out of the world but not bad either. I was a bit skeptical after looking at the reviews but we'd already ordered by then. Maybe others had a bad experience but we had a decent meal.

AVOID!!! The service was horrendous, 1st they eventually took order then received food, didn't take all the plates away, didnt get asked if enjoyed meal, didn't get offer another drink, didn't offer a dessert menu, had to find someone to get the bill. When received the bill they add £11.50 service charge!!! Asked for them to remove an we will do our own tip. They then refused an said it was on the menu the service charge for any party from 1, i said I said I will leave this review and they said it was because they were busy! On which they only had outside seating and only 40% was fill... I would hate to see the restaurant busy.

I would be VERY careful if you choose to dine here! Myself and a friend dined here on 27th June. We were ushered in and seated very quickly, it took about 10mins for someone to take a drinks order and then they were pushy for us to order our food. When it come to paying we requested the service charge be taken off and we would pay our own. They point blank refused and asked if the service was not up to scratch to which I said no. I explained the above and then added that no one came to check our food was ok, they took 40 mins to then clear our plates, no dessert menu or another drink was offered and then after another 30mins I had to get up and ask for bill! Service was shocking. The response was as you can see we are very busy ( they weren’t as they were all standing around at front) I asked to speak to the manager to which I was told no one was around and there was no one of authority around which I found laughable!!!! I WILL not be dining here again just down to service and attitude. The food was average at best. No contact details for restaurant an be found either and I am not local!

Zero stars for the restaurant, one star for the entertainment. If you can snag some outdoor seating to watch the coked out hosts literally grab people off the street, it almost makes the £60 reheated McDonald’s chips worth it. If the horrendous quality of the food didn’t surprise you enough, wait until you get the check. Their strong-armed “service charge” really put the icing on the extortion cake. Avoid at all costs, though chances are you haven’t been able to look at reviews before you’re all but forced to eat here. At least I can officially check “Get scammed in London” off my bucket list.

Terrible food and service. I ordered a salami pizza which was actually pepperoni on a soggy shop bought base! Glass of prosecco clearly from a bottle that had been open for over 2 days! My mum had lasagne which looked days old and microwaved. No customer service at all despite the 15% service charge! I wouldn't recommend. It's not authentic Italian.

It's a bad restaurant where you don't get what you pay for. It's an Italian restaurant, but the pizza is like market pizza, we ate risotto, the onions are hugely chopped and there is no parmesan, it's tasteless.

Don't bother , may as well go to local supermarket and buy frozen and cook it yourself in a microwave It was hot on outside cold on inside ( beef lasagne) pizza was worse than local pizza shop , dough was soggy The services is shocking , if they bothered to ask how food was they find out how shocking it really is If I could I wouldn't even give a 1 star Have the nerve to charge 15% for service charge , customers should be charging for the very low quality food & service

It was fine. Not as bad as people are saying in my case. Food was warm and fine, and service was nice & pretty quick. Nothing to write home about, but worked well as a place to stop after a busy day.

Stopped at this restaurant for dinner to get some basic pasta. Tried the standard spaghetti and carbonara. Both dishes arrived barely warm about 45 minutes later. No flavor whatsoever and then it took 30 minutes to try and pay for them! Only good thing about this restaurant is the outdoor seating.

Pizza was £16.50. It was literally just a frozen pizza, couldn’t have been more obvious.

Wa visiting London and went to eat some food. Two chicken breast and fries was salad was okay taste. But place is overpriced so much two meals and 2pints beer cost 66.38£ And hide service charge as well nobody even told us about that they will ad 15% service charges That was surprising for us as wasn’t informed about that. For that price what we paid we supposed to know about that . F

This place is a disaster! We went there by mistake, and without thinking. A scam. Pizza worthy of a frozen pizza, tasteless salad, ridiculous garlic bread bathed in oil. Expensive and not good… shame!

Please avoid this place we had the worst experience we ever had in a restaurant now we understand why they only have 1.7 stars. I came here with a group of clients and the waitress that said she was the actually managed argue with us with no respect no customer services skills about a meal that we didn’t order. I guess they don’t care because London is London but if you can avoid it better plus the food isn’t so taste and is over priced

I ordered eggs Benedict for 9.5quid, it was awful, processed ham, frozen muffin, barely any hollandaise sauce. I will never go back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ashamed ! 100 euros for a frozen pizza, two dishes of spaghetti with ready-made sauce and drinks for 4 people including two children!! Flee this restaurant, it's a shame.

Pizza is shop bought frozen pizza. They add 15% on to any bill and its vastly overpriced.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. This has nothing to do with Italian food. There is not a bit of love in the food. Taste zero. Service justifies the fact that they don't have the same types of tomatoes as Italy. Stupid excuse. The chef simply has no sense of taste.

Please note that you pay 15% extra without mentioning it! Nice location, nice and warm even in cold weather. We had 2 pizzas, a burger and fish and chips Pizza with a thick base, good taste but baked too hard. Fish and chips, large portion, very hard crust, little flavor. Burger was ok. We had dinner, but it is not top cuisine. Very high prices for the quality you get. A tourist trap.

I experienced good service late on a Saturday night. Nice atmosphere outside. But the food was what most others have said...just bad. Had a pizza with more oil on top than anything else.

Super expensive for no flavor. For the price I was expecting a real Italian pizza but nothing like that, frozen! I agree with the previous comments. We hadn't looked at the reviews and I think we managed to choose the worst restaurants in central London. 15% more services billed. In short, avoid it. In addition, the restaurant has nothing Italian. Change your name and change your cuisine.

Complete disaster! steak was so horrible and service was so slow!

Didn't eat there but in passing was looking at the menu when a guy came over trying to coax us inside. We said we were just looking and went to look at other menus at other restaurants. As we walked away the guy more or less shouted at us "ALRIGHT THEN" in a sarcastic tone. Absolutely no need for that attitude if you're trying to get customers to eat at your restaurant, and we won't ever come here if that's how your staff treats prospective customers and passers-by. If that's how you talk to people you're trying to get inside, I hate to think how you treat people who actually eat there and I won't ever come back to find out.

My husband had the steak and although he was satisfied I found it greasy and tough. I wasn't hungry, so I had a salmon salad, and it wasn't particularly bad. It was that kind of feeling. My husband had alcohol and I had a soft drink, and the total bill was 14,000 yen. impact! LOL It's our fault for not checking the reviews properly. introspection. The service wasn't bad, but the price was shocking.

Disgusting, and a terrible experience in our trip…

When we were looking at the menu outside the restaurant, they told us they had a halal menu. When we asked for it, the waiter mentioned all the vegetarian dishes and the fish. We ordered a vegetarian pizza that was warm but not hot. The fish and chips were both frozen. For the price we paid for, it should be fresh. Really disappointed 😞

To me it seems like a hidden and undervalued gem of tourism if you don't have that much money, the other reviews say that the food arrived cold but it didn't arrive cold to us, in fact, I even got burned🤣🤣, I give 4 stars just for the food because we haven't tried everything. Also, if you see that they say they charge you for garlic bread when you don't ask for it, ignore them, that's on the house. In service the best, they called me Justin Bieber but in a good way to tell me that I look like him, I have seen myself and it is true. In a rainy environment but it is the least of it in the United Kingdom. For everything else I have no complaints 9.8/10🫡

I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. The food was so tasteless that it was impossible to eat it, made from the worst quality products. Prices high. Moreover, the place was simply dirty. Even Mrs. Magda Gessler would not undertake a revolution here.

Went for breakfast... Service slow Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Egg - no wonder the egg was covered up....!!! Looked like egg fried rice with out the rice and the salad, what's that about no mention of this, think the chef slip with the LTR of dressing.... Cheap frozen bread for toast! Avocado with pomegranate on toast was interesting... missing seeds as described The only good thing was the orange juice (but not fresh) Oh, and watch out for the 12.5%. That ruined your breakfast service charge 😡

We came from Spain to spend a few days and we went to this restaurant, the food is not bad but at the time of paying they charged £5.61 on the bill, putting it as garlic bread and it is something that we did not order or eat and the waiter puts it I eat less than necessary but on the face of it It says it as a service without asking, it is a lack of respect, I do not recommend it because if that is the case, they deceive people.

Just avoid. The prices are surreal. Coffee is not the best, cinammon bun worst i ever eaten. Chocolate cake is just okay. The best things were the soft drinks.

Well, in a place like this, you do not expect high quality. At best filling your stomach. In fact, we wanted more than just filling. And it was not more. The food is so basic at such a high price. Staff was fine. And no ambiance. They serve you filling. Ok, again, what would you expect. I would avoid.

Had a lovely meal here on 2nd January 2024. We had the penne pollo and chicken Parmesan escalope and they were both delicious! Service was quick and friendly and they even brought my dog a drink of water. Nice little restaurant and good quality food.

Completely Overpriced garbage food. Terrible drinks selection at outrageous prices. Service was extremely sloppy. Horrible presentation from staff and generally a complete waste of time and money. Do not get conned into going here by the door men, they are scammers looking to get as much money from you as possible for as little effort as possible.

Disgusting place, this is not an italian restaurant. The calamari was frozen and fried up, the bruschetta was also frozen bread with tomato on top, the pasta was bland and the sauces tasted like bought from the supermarket. Disgusting experience, stay away if you do not want to have a food poisoning, it is a complete tourist trap, also 240£ for 6 people serving bad condition food, scammers

Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst und zu einem Platz gebracht. Die Preise z.B. für Cola oder Bier empfand ich als teuer, die Preise für das Essen sind okay. Das Poulet war zart und lecker, die Pizza hatte für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Käse und dafür etwas zu wenig Salami. Die Bedienung war okay.
