La comida no era mala, y habia un mozo marroquí realmente muy amable. Pero el encargado fue desagradable, nos cobró mucho mas de lo que correspondia, aduciendo que fue un error nuestro al pedir cuando hasta el mismo mozo reconocía que nosotros habiamos pedido correctamente. NO VAYAN.

The guy in picture did not allow us to sit for apparently being people of color. He refused to serve us. We were first time in London visiting from the US. He said he’s the manager of the restaurant. He verbally abused us and as you can see he was showing inappropriate behavior/actions. Discourage restaurants that discriminate based on color.

Very poor customer service. Hardly any topping on pizza. Not worth money.

Incredibly judgemental staff, treated my physically disabled partner very poorly. Staff visibly upset because we didn't order enough (appetizers & drinks), prices on menu incredibly overpriced.

One of the worst places I have eaten. I was with the children and they couldn't take it anymore so we stopped. Inside it is quite decadent, it looks dirty and then they charged us for a plate of Bolognese for the child as an adult, double the price. The bathrooms are disgusting, I went in and I lost my desire....well, don't go in, on top of that 102 pounds. A horror 😱

Was in a hurry (to make Jersey Boys at Trafalgar Theatre which is excellent by the way) and unfortunately popped in here without checking reviews. This kind of place just exists to rip of tourists and is not looking for repeat business. £6 for a bottle of Coke! Cheapest pizza and pasta dishes £20. Should have gone to Prezzo which is miles better.

Truly terrible. The food itself wasn’t even the worst part, it was passable, not worth the money, but passable. The service was seriously shocking, so bad it was almost funny. The short dark hair man with glasses, around 50 years old, might be the main man, is the rudest person to ever serve me. I’m guessing he’s the boss to be getting away with acting the way he was. The bald head guy, maybe his younger brother? Seemed stressed and annoyed at the glasses guy, the bald one was okay. Mr glasses literally looks 20 seconds away from a heart attack. Constantly rushing about, slamming drinks down on customers’ tables, sweating like hell. He literally said “come on” to rush me whilst I was ordering my drink. Madness. Also, this place adds a 12.5% service charge, hilarious.

Well, I should have e read the reviews on this place. We were in a hurry to grab something Italian wise. Even though the service was good, the food could have been better. Our pizza came out hot, and the crust seemed like it was homemade. It had a wonderful flavor. The chicken Caesar salad had a great flavor, but it had way too much dressing on it. The meatballs in red sauce weren't the best. The sauce and spaghetti noodles were delicious; however, the meatballs were really hard on the outside and kind of tasteless. The wine and beers were good, but you can't go wrong with those drinks. Would I recommend this place? Naahh.

I did not enjoy my time here. We ordered two sandwiches and two sodas and payed over £50: expensive food, terrible food and terrible service. The waiter seemed annoyed we were there, and the restroom was filthy.

Awful experience. Really BAD service they kept us waiting and they didn’t even know what was included in our order… we needed to tell them to bring the stuff.

I was demanded to leave my table due to a reservation, was nudged to order food over and over again which made me uncomfortable. Will not be returning. I don’t recommend you going.

Assolutamente sconsigliato, pizza surgelata e pagata 14£ per una margherita! Ordinato dell’acqua e una Coca-Cola, ci hanno portato un’acqua ed una Fanta, l’abbiamo resa e bevuto acqua. In conto però non è stato cambiato nulla, il cameriere dopo che gliel’ho fatto notare mi ha riso in faccia e mi ha detto che c’era poca differenza! Non andate, qua vi fregano! Una stella è già tanto!

We tried the fish & chips, to be safe. What a mistake! The fish was smelly; we asked what kind of fish and was told “from the ocean!” Upon arriving, we thought sitting outside on a warm sunny da would be great… turns out this place is a gathering spot for middle eastern FBoys!

Toilets were in an awful state - Noticed tiny flies around our plate when we had finished (worryingly other reviews from months ago have noticed this…) this place definitely needs a deep clean or to call in pest control. The food is way overpriced for what it is and the service charge is a disgrace to automatically be applied - this must be the only way this place is staying open as who would pay a service charge for run down facilities/average food and flies. One to avoid - won’t be back.

The service was poor and the toilets were absolutely filthy. The manager claimed they were cleaned every 30 minutes but that was obviously a lie as there is no way it could become that filthy in 30 minutes. There was also a pungent odor.

Absolutely love this place! Took a table for two before a show at the Trafalgar Theatre; an impromptu choice, and a good one! It was instantly clear by the clientele that we were in the right place for good food, and weren't disappointed in the slightest. A little short on time so unable to hang out for a full multi-course meal, we enjoyed freshly made pizza which could well be up there with the best I've had, including those I've enjoyed in Venice. Service is excellent and the people are lovely; we were made very welcome and were well looked after. Will absolutely revisit next time in the vicinity; nice to have a few places we can be sure of for good quality food and service, and this is definitely on that list.

We found it a bit rude that one of our family member hasn’t finished eating yet the staff started removing empty plates from our table. Toilets were kept unkempt. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Posting this not only to share our experience but also to let the restaurant know where they need improvement.

My friend and I wanted to have a dessert and a hot drink, so decided to try this restaurant. Big Mistake! Whist my friend ordered the hot drinks order and was deciding which dessert to have, I went to use their lavatory, which may I add was revolting! They obviously don't have a cleaner! Having then returned back to the table, it was my turn to order dessert and for my friend to use the lavatory. A bald waiter approached me to advise whether I was ready to give my order, to then discover that they don't serve desserts during lunch time, only food?? There were no signs or information regarding this! It was rather strange that he had not mentioned this before, when he initially took the hot drinks order. Therefore, when my friend came back, I advised her of the situation and decided to leave. On leaving the restaurant as I open the door, the bald waiter, started asking me for money for the use of their lovely lavatory. I thought to myself, No Way! I carried on walking, and he then started calling me a Bitch, to that point I turned around and politely advised him to be careful with his words as there is no need for this language! He obviously refused to listen and carried on being rude " Bitch come here and pay for the toilet you used" This individual obviously has no customer service skills! The worst thing is that he advised me that he was the manager, which is even worse! Please Do Not Go To This Restaurant!

Food was good but service was poor !! Dirty glass and chipped plate ! 12.5%service charge added automatically therefore staff were not even trying ! As we left the restaurant we walked past our waiter and he didn’t even say Thankyou !! Shall not be going back again !!

The food was excellent, staff was excellent, the only downside was £10 service charge which was put on the bill, I don't mind giving tips to anyone but totally disagree with service charge when you ask to take off bill they don't like it.

The combination of drilling noise and airborne dust made it difficult to have a comfortable dining experience. The incessant disruption and the compromised cleanliness of the surroundings took away from the enjoyment of the meal. It was disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for the patrons amidst the ongoing construction activities. In light of these circumstances, I cannot recommend little sicily Restaurant until they address the issue of serving food during ongoing roof construction. Patrons should be able to enjoy their meals in a clean and pleasant environment, free from disruptions caused by construction work and dust contamination. Overall rating: Unsatisfactory.

3 My visit to XYZ Restaurant was overshadowed by the issues with the dodgy ceiling and persistent roof leaks. The constant dripping, unsightly buckets, and compromised food quality left me feeling disappointed and concerned. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safer and more enjoyable dining experience for future patrons. Regrettably, I cannot recommend XYZ Restaurant in its current state, as the dodgy ceiling and ongoing roof leaks significantly detracted from the overall dining experience.

The worst experience I have ever had.I been to this restaurant with group of friends and suddenly some sand fell down on our table and spoiled our foods.waiters were not nice as far as we observed.overall,the restaurants leaking ceiling ruined my whole day.

The staff was rude. The food was ok but with just a little help could have been much better. The bathrooms look like something from the dark ages. Save your time and money. Eat at Pizza Hut.

I went to this restaurant with 2 of my friends for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, except for the soft drinks (£6 for a soda can!!?). However, it was the waiter who made our experience extremely unpleasant. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. At the end, when we were paying for the bill, we refused to pay for the service charge and he became disrespectful by staring and smirking at us. I do not recommend this place at all, no matter how good the food is. You will not feel welcomed and respected at all.

Haben 1 Teller Spaghetti Carbonara und 1 Chicken Burger bestellt. 1 Bier und 1 Cola Light. Spaghetti: Menge war OK jedoch Geschmacklos. Und als ich nach Pfeffer fragte schnauzte der Kellner doof. Chicken Burger : Brot ok. Das Chicken war aus der Fritteuse und Der Burger wurde mit Seperatem Salat Serviert auf dem burger war keine Spur von Sauce. Das Beste war das Bier und die Cola auch nicht schwer. Defintiv meiden diesen Laden. Schreibe normalerweise NIE Rezensionen aber das Restaurant hat es Verdient.

Randomly stopped in for lunch. We had the Margherita pizza, kids cheese burger with chips and the spaghetti carbonara. All were delicious and we cleaned our plates. We also had cocktails which were very good and had a “great pour”. As others mentioned…bathrooms could be a bit more kept up but you’re not here for the bathrooms. Great location so not surprised with a little bit more of a pricier menu.

Went in to this restaurant for a quick lunch after Trooping the Colour as it was so close to Horse Guards Parade. Before ordering went to the Gents to change into shorts as it was such a hot day. Toilets were so disgusting (smelly, toilet full of paper and faeces). Went into the corridor to change instead. Decided not to stay as if that was their level of cleanliness what would the kitchen be like! Ladies just as bad. Told the manager why we weren’t staying. He went down to check and said “what can I do, we check them every 30 minutes” The dirt was months old not 30mins old! He then accused us of making the mess in there ourselves! Nice way to treat a customer. Found somewhere else to eat that was nice. Not going back to Little Sicily. Giovanni Pernici would be appalled! Would have given this a zero if I could! By the way, looked at the price of a glass of wine and it was double what we paid round the corner!

We had attended the Trooping of the Colour in the mall and the location was perfect for a light lunch DO NOT ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT We took a table and headed to the restroom. The filthiness was so disgusting on stairs and washroom we were concerned what he kitchens looked like. Please be aware the photos attached are pretty disgusting but show the state on them. We decided to leave and advised head of house why. Instead of apologising he actually accused us of creating it !!!! Three 55+ year olds in morning attire. Quite shocking. Having now read the previous reviews we clearly should have done this prior to entering. Enter at your own risk !

Absolute scam, do not go here. Ordered Margarita pizza, it was just a normal cheese that had obviously come from a freezer. We also ordered lasagna that I can only describe as tasting like something from Chef Bogarde’s. Not to mention, the service was terrible. The food wasn’t only awful, but the price was insane, the lasagna was £20. We had a table of three, one of them was a child and the total price was over £50.I would give this place zero stars if I could. Lastly right before leaving we asked for a to go box for our pizza, and they bring this out.

Visited here just last night. Looked lovely from outside and right opposite Trafalgar theatre so we popped in for dinner as we arrived to London late due to Train strikes. WORST decision ever. Service was quick but purely because they must have all the food just sitting there in a pot or something ready to dish up. It was extremely bland hardly any flavours you’d expect - I had calamari for starter £11 !!! - batter was over cooked and had hardly any taste , mains I had chicken Alfredo £23!! Wouldn’t even pay a fiver for it - I ate most as I was starving and we had to get to a show but I regret it as we were eating at about 6.30pm by time I got home at 11.45pm I was throwing up so bad just thankful I wasn’t sick during the show. My partner had the spaghetti and meatballs and it had hardly any flavour and the meatballs were bone dry like they had sat their for hours. £90 for 2 starters 2 mains and a beer and it was not even worth £20. Little flys were flying around inside now and then and the waiters were rubbish didn’t once ask how the food was which clearly I now no why! They stuck 3 massive spoonfuls of Parmesan on top of the food clearly to give it some flavour as it had none. Do not go here avoid at all costs I wish we checked the reviews before Going like we usually would but we was in such a rush to not miss our show :( . Waste or money and it definitely made me sick and I’m just over 12 weeks pregnant so Thankfully It has not made me extremely Poorly. I would contact them and complain now I have time but they don’t even seem to have. A contact number online or an email. Awful awful awful. Also heard a couple behind us saying it tastes like a dolmio that’s watery and been heated up in the microwave just so bad. Such a shame it’s in a lovely area and right near a theatre so I’m sure many many people have been in the same situation and if I can I am Going to report the restaurant and hope someone inspects it or something because it needs shutting down

Food was ok, we just wanted a pizza and bruschetta for lunch. We chose the Margherita as every other pizza was super expensive, 16 pounds +. Bruschetta was ok. Margherita nothing special. BUT we later realized that they charged us double the price for the Bruschetta, just because we shared it. This is an absolute no-go. Also, it did not say that on the menu. Never again!

Mon expérience au restaurant Little Sicily, je commence par aller aux toilettes. Toilettes pleine d'un premier "passage". La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement et ne permettait pas d'évacuer les selles du précédent client. Une seule toilette homme de propreté catastrophique. Ensuite, décoration sinistre dans la salle, avec un plafond redécouvert de tuyau de climatisation. Pour continuer, des plats à la hauteur du restaurant, c'est-à-dire une cuisine abominable. LE PLUS MAUVAIS ITALIEN que nous ayons fait. Quant au prix, tenez-vous bien, des prix astronomique, à l'inverse de la qualité des plats. Bref, RESTAURANT ITALIEN A EVITER A TOUT PRIX.

Please please don’t bother….garlic pizza was rubbery, the main dishes not worth mentioning…we noticed that every pasta dish that was tomato based was coming out with the same ‘tin sauce’ look and ours definitely tasted like that. Tried to engage with smiles to the staff but they just were not interested!

I'm your customer, I've always been well attended. I'm a photojournalist and today I photographed the king's procession. When it was over I was at your door and asked for a table, I explained that I was just going to send some photos to the newspaper and then order. And the boys at the door were very polite. I would take about 15 minutes. I was also waiting for my husband to have lunch. There was a waitress who asked me three times if I was ready to order and the last time she was very rude and asked me to leave the restaurant. The restaurant was empty. This employee's attitude was unnecessary.

We arrived in London in the evening for a weekend away and went on a walk. Feeling a little hungry we went into this restaurant. There was a guy standing at the front door who I thought was just a member of the public. He took us in and to our seat. The waiter came over a short time later and he just stood there which created an uncomfortable silence for a few seconds. We ordered 2 meals and 2 cokes which they meals cost £45 but when receiving the bill it came to £66. The food was totally bland and no taste. When the pasta was put down to my partner the waiter put it down and went to take another order from a group who had just came in. Then halfway through her food he came back with a bowl of parmesan and offered some. I wouldn't eat in here again and I think it's completely over priced for very poor food. I would have been much happier eating a mcdonalds.

Allora, non ci siamo. Come si fa a presentare un piatto di pasta cosi? Non penso che sia un ristorante italiano, ma soltanto un imitazione fatta male. 2 consigli: -Il sale esiste per un motivo. -se volete mangiare bene venite in Italia, se da noi in Italia presentiamo piatti così, i clienti te li riportano indietro.

Firstly the food is not bad. Not great. Just ordinary and normal. Based on that the prices are high. However our order was incorrect. Out of 3 items 2 was wrong although to be fair the second item was corrected before it came. We do not eat beef on religious grounds. We asked for a kids chicken burger but given a beef burger and a few bites taken before we noticed. On informing staff they said sorry but actions said the opposite. They then told us we had to pay for the order in full. Very poor customer service from owners and staff who care very little about their customers. I would go somewhere else - there are a lot of other ptions available nearby.

I marked 3 stars because the staff were nice and it was clean. A typical pre theatre London Italian. The food was expensive for what it was. I ordered the avocado, mozzarella and tomato toastie with salad and chips and it’s exactly what I’d expect to be served at my local cafe for half the price however it was a generous size portion and did exactly what I needed in that moment by filling my tummy and giving me a quick bite before a show. Toilets were clean but only one was working. Thank you.

We stopped in here during one of April's cold and windy downpours. Food was lovely, restaurant was cosy and staff friendly however, the toilet situation was absolutely dire and from reading other reviews, it has obviously been this way for quite some time. Ladies toilet was out of order meaning I had to use the urine drenched mens toilet which was by far one of the filthiest facilities I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I used the toilet before eating so was a little put off by that. It really is something that needs addressing.

Schlechtes Essen was leider nach nichts schmeckt dazu noch sehr teuer und ein Eigentümer der wie ein Geier um dich herum schleicht. Leider auch billige Zutaten,l und überflutete nach Urin stinkende Toiletten wo leider nicht einmal das Waschbecken funktioniert. Eine Touristenfalle. Finger weg!

Toilette Damen defekt, Herren überall nass am Boden. Ekelhaft!!! Pro Person über 30Pfund bezahlt. Qualität des Essens unterirdisch. Schade das es keine Null- Sterne Bewertung gibt.

We went to this restaurant thinking we were going to get a nice Italian meal. The staff couldn't break their face with a smile. I ordered a sharing pizza garlic break which I can only liken to a tasteless frisbee. The linguine with meatballs came out looking very dry and only contained 5 mini meatballs and had no flavour to it. My husband described his lasagne as the second worst he had tasted. Our friend ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. On arrival a very thin (minute) steak came out well done with a portion of chips (not even any salad or peas). Our friend questioned whether this was really a sirloin steak and how could they charge £29.00 for this - the waiter agreed it wasn't and replaced it, but by the time it came out he had already finished his chips and had to eat the steak on its own. The ladies toilets were flooded (although we weren't told this) so the ladies were having to queue to use the gents. We only ordered two alcoholic drinks - a glass of wine and a small bottle of beer. Our friend was charged £3.50 for a glass of soda water. When we got the bill we were charged £154.00 for 4 poor mains (half of which weren't eaten), two poor starters and a couple of drinks. They were obviously just catering to the tourist trade and getting people in and out as quickly as possible with no pride in the service or the food. Never again.

Extremely overpriced, dirty, loud music, unhelpful staff. Basic Italian food that's been microwaved. Absolute rip-off for what they present you with! £15 for a microwaved chicken burger, that looked like it had been dragged through the restaurant and the chef slapped his mum around the face with it. £15 for a basic 'Feta Salad', with wilted lettuce, a couple of slices of tomatoes and cucumbers is shameful. To top it off, their toilets were conveniently 'Out of Order' - code for, we're a busy tourist trap and our lazy staff don't want to clean the toilet after you all, so we'll just say it's blocked. So transparent. The restaurant was full of families with kids and the staff didn't care that they couldn't use the facilities for hygiene purposes. Just shrugged their shoulders and walked away from people complaining. Shame on you. Lesson learnt, never go to a basic, Italian restaurant in Central London. We would have been better off eating in a fast-food chain.

Terrible!!! Nothing to do with Italian food, I don't know if they ever tried real pasta and pizza, but what they offer is really very bad. Tourist trap... In addition, they bring food you didn't order and finally add an extra 25% service! Don't be fooled and don't visit at all

Awful place full stop! Decor falling apart, should have left then! Wine was like vinegar, mixer flat, pizza was flung together with Parma ham sat on top and some rocket flung on top of that. Very expensive and service appalling. Avoid like the plague!!!

This is not a complaint about the food this is about restaurant etiquette, we ordered a starter from the starter menu then our mains from the mains menu, they all arrived together!! This ruined our meal as we had to try and eat it all before it all went cold, it was absolutely ridiculous!! Just a little tip to the staff, there is a clue in the title i.e starter means you lead/start with this dish!! Very very disappointing, oh and don’t get me started about the toilets, I have never in my entire life seen such filth, just don’t go!! Oh and the young lady waiting on us was a bonus and worked very hard to help everyone, they need to look after her she’s a keeper!!

If I could rate zero I would! We ordered starters of garlic bread with cheese, not only did it arrive with main course, a church mouse would have struggled to find the cheese! Pizza was the same, very little toppings! Drinks consisted of one vodka, one coffee and a small water! Total bill £67.67 which I think is overpriced even at London standards! Then we looked for a toilet to find men’s out of order and only one cubicle in ladies which didn’t flush! I checked out why the men’s was closed to find urinals over flowing with urine and rubbish floating in them along with toilet blocked. This restaurant should be closed down!

AVOID - Food poisoning been sick since i ate here. It was either from how dirty the place is or the horrible barley warm food. Management was rude, Over prices and the toilets were the worst thing i have ever seen in my life. Worst restaurant i have experienced ever!

Food was okay but the Restaraunt was in a very bad condition. Men's wc clogged to the top brimful. In the women's toilet was a diaper in the toilet and also clogged. Sofas were worn out, sugar packets with holes in them. Service tried a little but was still miserable. We ordered a black coffee with milk, the milk jug was so dirty I would love to wash my mouth with soap.

Staff is very rude. Food is discusting, portions are small. Toilets are OMG.... They try very hard to overcharge you

Ive seen places on Hells Kitchen nightmares cleaner and nicer food. Manager of the restaurant was just sat on his phone next to us eating, Kept answering his phone talking loud. The Toilets oh my goodness they were HORRIFIC. Overflowing dirty toilet bowls, Sinks were filthy so couldn't even wash hands without needing to again after. This is where the staff use the toilet too then handle the food, No hygiene what so ever in this place they should be ashamed. Food was average at best, Costing £25 a main dish.

I never write reviews but i want to save someone else making the same mistake I did and eating in here. We ordered food and I went to the ladies toilet.. it said out of order on the door and I slightly opened the door...

AVOID THIS PLACE! The most filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. Just checked and they are also rated 0/5 for food hygiene, HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO BE OPEN?! Disgusting needs new management before they get shut down for someone being very ill.

£12.75 for two coffees which were awful. We asked for two flat whites but were given cups of best described as hot milk with a dash of coffee. I complained about the price £5.50 per cup so asked them to remove the service charge. The toilets were awful and my husband's coffee was served in a chipped cup. I really felt sorry for the staff as they must get a lot of negative feed back which is not their fault. Will we visit again - definitely not!!

Expensive, dirty. We had have pizza each and bottle of beers. They have charged for 4 bottles. We have confronted. They said that bottles were big when they were ordinary sizes. Nothing amazing, would not go or recommend there to anyone. Ripped off..

Worst food and premium prices with service fee extra. Felt scammed, Never going back again

I would not recommend this place, firstly the food came out cold and tasted of a cheap microwave meal, the gents toilet is a health hazard in itself with urinals over full and blocked clearly by visible looks alone not been cleaned for some time, the toilet cubical was flooded, totally in need of a deep clean. My other half had Lasagne the mince was clearly not a high quality £22:50 a Tesco or Asda special tastes better. The Calzone was cold in the middle clearly been a microwave warmed up dish. Not recommended and would advise a health and hygiene visit! Totally disappointed I have had to put one star in order to post, otherwise it would get any stars. Hopefully there will be no dicky stomachs even thou we both didn’t get past even half of the dish, we complained and was offered a free Shot! Paid £95 which included one drink each and a starter that to be fair was ok overall meal only worth £30 if that.

It is the worst place I have ever had a breakfast, they serve benedict eggs but they do not know how to cook a simple egg, you can see in the picture below. Besides, one of the lowest quality food I tasted. And last but not least, extremely expensive, we paid 40£ for literally two benedict eggs and two lattes. I hope they do not scam anyone else.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID! Bad service, bad bland luke warm OVERPRICED food, disgusting toilets, & miserable staff. To add insult to injury our party of 3 were charged £104 as each dish averages £23 & bottles of larger/soft drink £6. Also you are charged 12.5% service...

Good pizza, does have flop but pizza is well made, and cheese is excellent. Recommend

Avoid!!!!! Hair in the food, little flies everywhere and the macaroni cheese was more plain pasta with melted cheese on the top swimming in some white water. Drinks arrived after we had finished our mains. Considering a 330ml bottle of coke was nearly £6 and most mains were over £20 including simple pizzas. I’d expect better quality. Manager became abusive when i complained…..

Worst food I have ever tasted. Horrible food, with bad taste, bad preparation, and too expensive for what it is. In addition, they still charge a service fee of 12.5%. Please do not eat at this restaurant if you want to eat something minimally acceptable.

Consider this a warning: please avoid this place at all costs, eating at a fast food spot would be a better idea. It was the only restaurant that had seats for us and now I see why. The staff is unfriendly, the service is trash, and the food was also trash to say the least. When ordering a beer make sure you mention the small size as they will bring you a large which is not listed in the menu, the pizza seemed like a frozen pizza, but worse. The beer was room temperature and the chicken sandwich was so dry, may as well have been a beef jerky sandwich. They know what they are doing, it's a trap for tourists so please do avoid it. The "manager" was super rude and seemed as if he never ran a restaurant before, everyone was upset. Please avoid this place at all costs!! If I can give them 0 stars I would, 1 is too high for the experience.

Absolutely horrendous - tiny portions (starter portions as mains) for £20 plus - chicken pasta with little or no chicken - totally overpriced - avoid at all cost. Oh and they add a 12.5% service charge for the privilege of leaving starving. Poor attitude of manager as well

Not a bad place for breakfast! We stopped by the east and found this very cosy and Italian themed resturant! Food was good! Staff was great and the coffee was just like Italian coffee!

Came in for cappuccino because needed to use toilet and wanted to polite. Toilet was disgusting, toilet paper jammed in holder, toilet would not flush properly. When I came back to table cappuccino was poor, probably machine coffee. 1 soda for my son + my cappuccino was £12. Waiter could not figure out change, almost took extra £10. The worst, this place. Cannot imagine ordering food in this dirty expensive place.

Place is a dumpster fire. Service is god awful. Our server told us he couldn’t do cocktails because was busy. Yet restaurant is small and wasn’t a ton of people. Food was OK. Avoid this place at all costs .
