Their products are Expensive and tasteless. The purple rice mochi is particularly poor, very bad packaging, warping with a cling film in a non recyclable plastic case.

I read multiple "poor" and "terrible" reviews on TripAdvisor that I almost cancelled my reservation. I am so delighted that I proceeded undeterred. My two dinner guests and I had a fabulous time. Great, attentive service by management and staff of many different nations. No request was too much with the food and drinks orders. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals: I am of a disposition where I have little or no interest in photographing a meal serving plate, so no visual evidence. I would not hesitate to return to Smith's Bar & Grill. Yes, the toilets are clean too.

cute little place by sawyers arms, staff are very friendly, we were alerted as soon as we came in the toilet was broken but no matter because we were served very quickly and efficiently. the burger was very good, simple and filling very much did the job after trekking round london. seems like a very pleasant environment to work in. would definitely come again :)

A very reliable location throughout London! Free Wi-Fi, good quality, products, and good prices. If you are on holiday and do not have any sort of Internet access, this is a great option to figure out where you are and how to get to where you wanna go!

Llegué para el té de la tarde en febrero, muy golpeado y falta con la comida. los sándwiches son muy pequeños, obtendrías más relleno y un mejor tamaño de una oferta de comida de supermercado. El de pollo estaba muy sabroso, el de tomate tenía pan empapado así que me hizo preguntarme cuando se hizo, el de pepino es muy estándar, el de ternera tenía un poco tan delgado de carne de res que no se podía saborear igual con el salmón, el pan se sentía como si hubiera sido refrigerado después de que se hizo el bocadillo ya que se habían secado por fuera. Los bollos estaban buenos, lo más destacado de todo fue el bollo de frutas con mermelada de fresa, el matcha solo sabía liso y parecía que el matcha era solo para color. Los pasteles estaban bien, el macarron estaba bien hecho y descrito como de temporada en sabor, no sería capaz de decirte qué sabor era y sabía extrañamente salado, la tarta de zanahoria se sentía mal cocida y stogy con un sabor extraño y de nuevo no era muy dulce, la gelatina tenía un sabor ligero de mango y lichi y era lo suficientemente agradable, el coco y la frambuesa era el mejor y tenía un buen sabor. En general, se sintió decepcionante, ya que hay tantos tés de buenas tardes disponibles en todo Londres que hacen cosas increíbles.

Absolutely great place to stay. Rooms were clean and cosy bathrooms were beautiful and shower was piping hot.

value for money - less oly next time please

This restaurant boasts a lovely location next to the canal and has recently been refurbished, but sadly, the service left much to be desired. I visited a few days ago with my son, hoping to take advantage of their half-term offer where kids eat free. A large poster outside advertised the deal, and I confirmed it with the staff upon entering. After we were seated, i had to wait for a long time for someone to actually take our order (i had to ask someone to come). The restaurant was not busy but we still waited for a long time for the order to come. They brought the appetizers but no drinks. Again i had to ask. When the mains arrived but son's pizza only had 1 topping (they forgot the peppers). I told the waitress, took the pizza and when they brought it back it was burned to the sides as they baked it again with the peppers on top this time. Food is average, not bad but not great either. When the time came to pay, they had charged me for everything (even my son's free meal). I also noticed that they charged me £4 for apple juice. When taking my son's order (5 years old) they asked him if he liked orange or apple juice and he said apple. When i refused to pay the extra charge they said that they served apple juice instead of apple squash but no one ever asked what we preferred or even informed us about this choice. They took the extra charge off the bill but still i left feeling very disappointed. It's such a nice location but the staff makes the whole experience very uninviting.

Friendly, Fast the food was heavenly, A must visit for a short stay in London. We did enjoy a pizza but It was genuinely too good to pick up my phone. Grabbing a calzone for the journey home, Thank you 🇮🇹

El peor servicio que he tenido , el personal era increíblemente poco profesional y grosero y se mantienen gruñón , extremadamente caro para una comida regular ( 45 libras ) , por error tomaron mi pedido y el servicio era lento , no los recomiendo en absoluto ! !

Mal servicio, porciones muy pequeñas de fideos con el precio de £ 12. 95 . Invité a mi amigo a probar la comida de Malasia y pedí 2 platos, uno es char keow teow y mee goreng más el cargo por servicio con un total de £ 28. 95 . Creo que está sobre precio y las gambas no estaban frescas y huelen mal. Siento vergüenza como malayo que recomendó este restaurante a mis amigos. Definitivamente no volveremos otra vez.
