The service here is just unexistant. A lot of waiters walking around, but nobody talking to clients. No hello upon entering, no seating, no menus,... The food was alright tho!
20 Hanway St, London, W1T 1UG, United Kingdom, England
This has to be the dirtiest dingiest place I've ever came across in london the only good thing was the djs and system. When you opened the tiny toilet downstairs I was met with a cracked toilet and a influx of flies, vomit and pee on the walls no locks and a mirror on the back of the door that you couldn't see through. The bar downstairs had no stock or bartender so you had to go upstairs to the seriously miserable bartender for whom smiling was beyond his remit. There were wires all over the floor by the entrance a serious trip hazard. The stairs to downstairs are so narrow and the ceiling downstairs so low if your 6 ft or over forget it. The filth in the place is tangible it's grotty and unwelcoming I'm just shocked it's allowed to operate it's a health and safety hazard from the minute you enter if I could leave minus stars I would just checked other reviews the owners must have got them to do them as seriously people
The response from the owner is a sad reflection of their lack of professionalism I don't think expecting the basic standards of hygiene and safety makes me no fun your response is ridiculous
Maravilloso.
381 Oxford Street West One, Unit G15, London W1C 1JF England, England
Whilst staying in London again, we had been enjoying a busy morning shopping along Oxford Street. By early afternoon, we were both hungry and a bit tired. Consequently, we decided to take a short break for lunch.
In search of something to eat, we popped into the small shopping arcade located above the Oxford Circus tube station. Here we came upon this Pret A Manger outlet. We had purchased their sandwiches a number of times before at their outlets elsewhere and had been quite satisfied with their quality and so we decided that they would “do the trick”. This particular Pret A Manger outlet has two separate sections. One shop section is for eat in diners whilst a counter section in the arcade caters only for takeaway customers. We decided to purchase takeaway sandwiches and drinks.
The choice of sandwiches and drinks at the takeaway counter was somewhat limited compared to other Pret A Manger outlets we had patronised. Despite the fact that there were lots of hungry customers, service at the counter was fast. However it was also abrupt and lacking in courtesy. The prices charged were the same as we had experienced at other Pret A Mangers. When we got around to consuming to sandwiches, we found that they were fresh and tasty.
This Pret A Manger outlet was OK for a quick “grab and go” snack. However, there can be little doubt that there are better alternatives in the vicinity!

The hotel is well located, the service is good, and the room looks as expected. However, the windows are very poorly insulated. If you're a light sleeper, it might be difficult to sleep because the street is too noisy.
