Quirky & quaint little coffee shop. Nice staff. Interesting mock parquet flooring.

I popped in to get some soda and a I was served by a very polite gentleman, who checked for me if there is a cold one, but then I was offered a glass of ice for free! Thank you for the great service today!

Eddie and Zaky are really helpful they turned down the music especially when I was having my interview, as a regular customer they even remembered what’s my fav coffee. They truly show what a hospitality service should be thank you!☺️

This is my third visit to Costa Coffee, and I really enjoy their hot chocolate. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. On both today and last Monday, I experienced poor communication and unhelpful service from a particular staff member who works on Mondays. This has impacted my overall experience, and I hope the management addresses this to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The shop is very small, and the coffee, as usual, is very good. The experience always depends on the barista, but the size of the cups varies from Europe to the Middle East!! It is clear that distributors or franchisees are making a change, according to what I found. Also, the application in the Middle East is different from the application in London.

This Costa is in a great place just outside Goodge Street Station, so I can always pick something up when needed. The staff are friendly and very quick too. Only notes would be that the outside of the store is a bit tight and grubby to sit down at, so instead I went to find a bench elsewhere.

It's a Costa Coffee so the quality is generally the same everywhere. There are a lot of drinks on offer so it's not easy to choose, especially since the screens change at regular intervals. I find it a bit stupid that the two screens side by side project exactly the same map on the three available; two different ones should be projected so that people don't have to wait too long to access the card that interests them. The drinks are good but sometimes lack explanations or have an unclear name. The Mango passionfruit refresher is a smoothie whereas I was expecting a more iced tea style drink. There aren't really any photos to tell you which product is which. The service is good, the staff are friendly and efficient. The room is not pleasant at all. It's in the basement, barely decorated, and the toilets don't work. There is no wifi either and it's quite gloomy since there are obviously no windows. I recommend taking out instead. However, the presence of electrical outlets is very practical. The prices are reasonable for this type of brand.

Only downside that there is no toilet in this branch

I'm glad to review this Costa. My main reason is that from our entry, we were treated like old friends. Our guy at the counter was Salvatore. Polite curious and totally professional. We were asked how many shots we required in our coffee, now that's perfect. The Barista gave us the perfect coffee. The food was at the correct temperature. All in all I can now recommend this Costa establishment and baristas, with total confidence. PETE'S HONEST REVIEWS.

Every time I come here (to the Costa in Tottenham Court Road, opposite Centre Point) the service is bad. The staff are not welcoming or friendly. Today (despite the shop being busy) they closed the upstairs seating a whole hour earlier than closing time. I understand the staff want to go home, but to actively ask everyone to leave their seats in the middle of our coffees is terrible hospitality...plus very unnecessary. In such a prime spot I'd expect better...

I ordered a small size hot chocolate, but was charged the price for a large size. It's a pity that the service is not friendly and the taste is bland.

Very welcoming. The delicious holiday special hazelnut cappuccino with cream and "stardust" on top lifted my spirits)

The baristas here are the sweetest and they make amazing hot chocolate💕

Warning: No toilet! As a, very frequent, Costa customer, this is the first one with seating but no toilet that I've encountered. After having driven for over 2 hours this is very frustrating. On the positive side, the staff helpfully directed me to local facilities including a competitor.

I have not had anything to eat here, but if the food is as good as the coffee, then great stuff 5 stars all round...

Could you please fix your alarm. Second time this week the alarm is running in the evening and it is hard to sleep. Edit: happened again several times after they "fixed" it
