Superb, in the morning at 10 a.m. it's perfect after 1 p.m. lots of people. Extraordinary experience.

I love it, a must see. This time some Dr. Martens have fallen. Food stalls are essential. If it rains you get inside the transparent bubbles. Alternative clothing and curious things, although also a lot of tourist trap

I liked visiting Canden Town in general. We also went to the market and you can find cool and more affordable things than the rest of London to buy something to give as a gift. A different place to see original shops and you can eat well in the area. I recommend it to have a different good time.

An essential place in London...walk through the numbered stalls and get lost in its alleys, not to be missed...many food stalls at very affordable prices. There is no time to visit it any day of the week and at any time you are surprised by the hustle and bustle of the people.

Camden is a world apart from London, it is a paradise for the imaginative and getting lost in the characteristic market is wonderful. Not to mention the physical shops on the street that make us travel back in time. Top top!

A lot of varieties of food & other shopping. Best part is they serve a lot of Halal food. But could have been more cleaner.

Fantastic, original texts on sweaters and t-shirts. Good food, we had a photo shoot where you have the ability to be in a western, gangster, royalty or wedding. You buy the photo(s) at the end for a reasonable price, nice souvenir to take home.

Don’t settle for the market and food courts that are accessible through the steps, instead walk ahead and look for the bridge that has Camden lock written on it and look to the left and you’ll find a street food hub. Make sure you walk around and compare before settling for the starting stalls.

Historic London 'flea market'. Very busy tourist attraction attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors at the weekend. The market has changed a great deal over the years and continues to do so. In the opinion of this reviewer, not all of those changes have been for the good. On the whole it is a fun place to visit with a large variety of pubs and food vendors. The Etcetera Theatre above the Oxford Arms, Dingwalls, Nightclub, the Jazz Café, the Blues Kitchen, the Roundhouse, and others offer a diverse variety of cultural events.

Nice market to visit that's outside of the main markets in central London. Although has most of the same food and crafts as the other markets, this one seems a little cozier and less busy as the others. Cute river to walk along as well

Incredible place to spend the afternoon or day, it depends on how much you want to see, because in some places it won't be, it is huge and there is so much to see. The market is super nice and cozy, there are shops of all kinds although some give the impression that they sell a lot of the same thing; However, there are many notable things and places. On the other hand, go hungry as there are stalls and food places bursting at the seams and they are very good. Highly recommended to go if you go to London, you can't miss the experience. As an added bonus, there is a huge mini golf in the area and also an arcade that are top.

A Saturday at Camden Market is an experience, there is a lot to see, including of course commercial goods but also special features and a huge range of street food, including vegan. However, you have to accept crowds and crowds.

Huge market! You are bound to find what you are looking for, there are so many varieties of food, there is something for everyone, sweet or savory. The prices are fair, in some stalls you can eat for 2 for around £10! I recommend this market for eating, at any time of the day.

totally different, totally fascinating, one can find there from simple t-shirts to all kinds of food, from normal music to metalica. A huge number of people,well, I went on a Sunday. Nevertheless, people were respectfully keeping distance

Perhaps distorted from what it originally was, it appeared to me as an obvious market without particular characters or unique objects as happened twenty years ago.

Interesting market, more like regular little businesses trading from small shops between the arches of the old stables. Very good selection of clothes and artistic pursuits. If you want something out of the ordinary then this is the place to come. Some products are specifically customised. For the trendy locals and tourists alike. Lots of eaters and bars in the area near the canal lock. Also the Cyber Dog store and Coyote Ugly bar are also part of the complex.

The Camden Lock Food Market used to be an absolute experience with all types of different cuisines from all over the world. Sadly, the majority of it is mostly the same with oriental food stands dominating. They claim to be Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean but it's basically just the same Chow Mein Noodles, Egg Fried Rice, and the same meat dishes such as a beef or Chicken. Also, everything is Halal with no options to opt for non-halal meat. I will never go to this Food Market again. Terrible experience paying £16 for Black Bean Chicken, Rice and a can of coke. Barely warm and barely any taste.

Fun, crowded, diverse, nice artsy shopping, diverse food.

Too many crap food vendors there now that hassle people with a taste of their overpriced crap, not understanding that a good food place has a queue of people going there and don't need to hassle people.

Went many years ago and it was vibrant with wonderful options for food and shopping. Now it seems faded and dirty and past its prime.

One of my favourites in London. On a less rainy day it is so nice to walk around Camden and stop at the market to find treasures.

Camden Town has been a huge part of my life a good 30 years since I was a teenager. OF COURSE ITS CHANGED! Why wouldn’t it?? If it was still how it was in he 80s or 90s it’d be a ghost town because everyone would be old and past it and uncool! It was great then and it’s great now, it's just moved with the times just like the rest of London. I love how people from all over the world flock to it. I love how busy the markets are. I love how many food options there are and pubs like The Hawley Arms and The Elephants Head are still exceptional, world class boozers! Keep coming people! Keep loving it! Xx

great place, shopping and meeting new people

This Market is amazing!!! A 100% obligatory visit if you go to London… it is so big, so spectacular and so varied that you can easily spend a whole day shopping there. Even if you don't buy anything you simply have to go visit it but there is so much variety of everything that I would say that it is impossible to resist not buying anything. In addition, there are also many places to eat and drink whatever you want.

Amazing breadth of food stalls. I had a Lebanese falafel wrap, my son a Kolkata wrap and my wife bang bang chicken. All so tasty. Such a vibrant location and a real eye opened for my children.

Was once a diverse, alternative and interesting place where you could spend hours browsing through shops stuffed with antiques, bricabrac, unique hand crafted goods, ethnic items (that didnt originate in China) and retro and vintage clothing. Sadly its now a shadow of its former self, diminished by commercialism and gentrification with very few of the original shops and stalls clinging onto existence. If you believed that Dick Van Dyke was a cockney then you might think this is an authentic London market.

Here is another historic market that is dying of fame... the abuse of prices and the focus on tourism have made the market totally unattractive... Peculiar, alternative and singular but food and items are beyond all reason

Market that makes you miss the old days. When there was a crowd on Saturdays and they closed the metro stop due to too much chaos. When in the square of the street there was a huge used clothes yard and black leather jackets were sold. Today everything is more 'commercial'. Many of the stores are stores that you would find anywhere. Sin. The place is worth a visit but only one. In the past you always went back.
