The restaurant was clean as usual, and I was privileged to be treated to the new offers on the menu, I also got wind of the upgrade to the new Subway app, so my points were allocated as expected while I also enjoyed a 30% discount on my purchase.

Horrible the sandwich was cold and too much sauce and messy no one can eat that.... they made me hate subways

Food is nice and it's not far from King's Cross, 4 minutes away. The girl who served me was very patient and doing a great job until the manager came, took it from her and literally drowned my sandwich in sauce. By the time i had reached the station, it was already a wet sandwich and the sauce was seeping through the paper bag. It was an absolute mess!

Staff lack basic training. Very little understanding in how to interact with customers. One guy making the food requires a dozen confirmations of the sandwich being requested. He also attempted to toast the sandwich with the vegetables in it, which required my intervention. The lady also behind the counter struggled with the idea of cutting the sandwich in half, wrapping it up and passing it to the guy at the till. She seemed uneasy as I had chosen not to include particular ingredients in my sandwich, one being caramelised onions. As a point of positive feedback, I’d suggest picking up more than 3 pieces of lettuce at a time as it might allow customers to get through queue quicker.

Visited this subway while waiting for my ielts exam. The shop is clean and tidy. The service was quick, i was served by a afro-Caribbean gent who was pleasant and welcoming. Was happy to eat in, would come back when im around this area.

We visited the Leyton mills branch, the customer service was really bad and the staff were extremely rude. The staffs response to asking for some extra tissue was so abrupt. Such service ruins everything and the brand.

Subway is one of my favourite places to get somewhere to eat when I am out and about as it is healthier than other fast food outlets. I always have the same thing which is a turkey salad and it is interesting to see how different places prepare it. I was in London and wanted to get something to eat before I went to a concert so I went to the nearest Subway. The guy behind the bar prepared it exactly how I wanted it. The only disappointment was that he was talking on his phone whilst preparing my meal so I was never sure if he was talking to me or having a conversation. That said the food was good so no complaints there. It would have been nice to have his full attention though.

A Subway that looks like a Subway. I suppose a cage of success. At least the service is friendly and smiling.

I visit subway everyday. I’m from india and one girl working there is simran she understands my language .. and she make my sandwich with very hygienic way . And food is always tasty.

Im a regular customer here I get served by a staff named sadik his customer service skills is very good. Always ready to serve as soon as you enter. He is also very fast at serving and he knows what he is doing. Defo would recommend this store.

I've been going here for years and it's so frustrating. Subway is great but this location is terrible. There's no attention to detail. I used to work at a Subway when I was in Uni. When you go to a good Subway they have a specific order for putting on your protein/veg - at this location they don't care. They can be barely bothered to serve you let alone make your sandwich in the "right" way. They're slow and disorganised. I'm not vegetarian but the employee today put on the wrong cheese on top of my meat today, when I asked him to swap it he just threw the "contaminated" cheese slices back into their bin. There's just no attention to detail and it makes a difference to how the sub should taste.

I've coming here for years they're changed the staff again the manger nice fellow and knows how to make sandwiches but his colleague hasn't had the training he can't make a simple sandwiche he's polite but clueless he needs to train up or leave kfc maybe suited for him Bottom line if he's going to make my sandwiche I will ask manger if no go grap Mark and Spencer sandwiches mmm better

They were busy and only had one person slaving away making all the orders alone.My food as result was cold , not cooked for long enough because they were rushing . They should have atleast 2 workers at most times especially in midday when I ordered . Disgusting work environment.

Went in to get some food, the store was empty , the manager was making an order for delivery. Wasn’t greeted for aprox 7/8min. When serving was very blunt , as I came to pay he asked if I needed a bag. I said yes , then he allowed me to pack my own food away which I do not mind but found it very unwelcoming. I would not hire this man to even clean my store. Subway is never like this. No name tag. Just manger label.

Had a breakfast sub and was stone cold tables were also dirty. Worst subway I've ever had. I would avoid at all costs not worth the money

So staff heated vegetables. Drinks dispenser was not working. Had to be fixed. Half the dining area is not lot

Making your own sandwich is always fun and nice. The servers were normal, one was friendly the other one a bit tired I think. My only real problem is the dirtiness there. The ground, tables and chairs look pretty dirty when walking in.

Nice Subway. Display and choice of filling was sparce. They did add extra when asked.

Sub sandwich was cold. I asked the manager to replace it which they did. But price has gone up too much.

I came in after a busy day to eat and then go back to work. Served by an individual called Gloria who refuses to change the plastic gloves which you are meant to after every sandwich. I found this individual more interested in her nails than working.

Why say you are open until 8pm when you are closed at 7.40pm.. it's on the door! Yet I get a man mopping the floor telling me to go away. Hate it when places do this.... So rude and unprofessional and false advertising. Going McDonalds now. Better service.

Unappetising, hot cheese sandwich melt was delivered cold and without cheese. All other items on the order were wrong or missing.

Always closes before time i am here at 18:45 and its closed while it says opening time is 10:00 to 19:00

Great customer service from the young man serving. Great hygiene changed gloves after every customer. The drought coke was flat.

They gave ne the wrong food on Ubereats and they don't even pick up their phone!!

They had limited options, when I asked for drink they then (after charging me) told me they only have cup drinks and that Pepsi Max tastes same as regular pepsi. Didn't have Olives, any type of bread other than Italian. Worst Subway experience ever

The worst bread i ever had in Subway shop! I asked for wheat bread which the guy try to cut but got broken (probably was old bread) so he trying another one. I had to ask for tosted bread cos i had the feeling something wrong with the bread. The food was take away, so i started to eat and the bread was falling apart and hard to bite,disgusting . I don't recommend this shop at all.

Fresh food at really cheap price, polite staff but the place is not clean at all. Unfortunately it's the case in many Subways...

I've been to many Subway's and this is the worst by far. The bread was awful (flakey & falling apart). The cookies were overbaked, no bottled soft drink options. The tables we dirty and not being cleaned. Avoid it!

Order here all the time. They always forget dips, don't have the sides available and yet try to charge for it. Really poor. When someone orders 3 dips, how can they not provide it? Crazy.

simpe subway branch. all food halal. friendly staff. very small branch so you might not get a seat.

My favourite take away at kings cross! No other shop comes close to the customer service provided! Workers are so lovely and funny and always give more! Especially Dante and another worker who doesn’t have a badge but is extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend

Good service and good sized portions.

It was so unfortunate we came and there were nothing available in this place.

As for standard the food was fresh but the building was on the dirty side. The tables don’t get cleaned after the costumers used them so it’s hard to find a clean one at busy times.

Subway tends just to be Subway and there's not much variation between them all - but here the staff were a bit disinterested, tables were a bit dirty and the whole site just felt a bit below par.

Althoughthe taste is good, the service is so bad that when I asked for mega meat with 6-grain multiseed bread and cookies. They Are running out of all these three thing. It's only 4pm. It already happened twice and I won't go there any more.

Its since 14:15 pm in the afternoon i am waiting for the bread to get baked. Such poor management. Afternoon lunch time and so many people coming in and leaving in frustration coz of no bread. I do not want to drive through traffic and go some other subway so decided to stay but sheesh afternoon time peak time and no bread☹️😒

Standard subway branch but was pretty dirty. Considering I was the only customer, while there were 3 staff members, there was no excuse for it. They also only had 1 bread to choose from and I chose not to have lettuce because it looked old.

Not good at all. They have signs for "toastie bites" all over they place yet never have them in stock. So I decided to try the new nachos they only come with salsa, cheese, and jalapenos. I asked the manager if I could pay extra to add lettuce and tomato. He said that's not possible no matter the price. Terrible customer service. I am not exaggerating in the least bit. The manager (think his name is Jose or something close) told me its IMPOSSIBLE to add a subway toping (lett and tomato) to a subway product, the nachos, even of I pay for it. Go and try it if u don't believe me

You're in St Pancras, the 14:22 outbound to Walsall isn't for another 32 minutes. You're hungry but have been advised by a medical professional to "stop lining your stomach with fried chicken, chocolate, and continental beers". You grunt in such a way to suggest the doctor had been there, advising you once again from his qualified smugness... "ah, yes, the ol' Subbers... Subwhat? Subway!" - surely Dr Fadarts will be approving of this. Turkey breast and ham, bit of salad, the Dr is a happy man, your heart is singing, probably grab an extra cookie, why not.

I used to work here and management was absolutely awful: zero training, expect you to close and carry out other duties with insufficient training, never paid the right amount, I didn’t even get to collect my last cheque as the managers just deleted me from the work group chat with no explanation and this has happened to several of my other colleagues especially during the pandemic. And the owner is also awful. Avoid this place. But if you do go just try and be mindful that the staff may not know what they’re doing by no fault of their own but simply that the management/ owner offer no training

Never go in there again ever as my friends was waiting over 5 min as lady was talking to a young boy working in there and they see him was waiting and they didn't seem to care. When he ordered his food the lady came back and still taking to the boy working and not done his food as she jump the queue. Did not have many beard there I pick from. And he didn't give me no tissue. Where the top boss or who ever is in charge. It was about 6.30pm. Something need to be done or shut it down it disgusting.

Didnt have any selection when I went on everything I asked for was out of stock, the lady who served me was rude seemed like she couldn't be bothered with her job. Also the bread was stale and in the endni choose normal meatballs when i got home i found she had given me vegan ones instead its the worst subway experience I've had will not be visiting again.

We love Subway and use it often. This time we were passing around lunchtime and stepped in. My daughter insisted on nachos. BIG MISTAKE. The server pulled out an open bag of Doritos from under the counter and filled a box. Then added a ladle of marinara sauce and what only be described and a pinch of cheese and the microwaved it. So we ended up paying for partly soggy and stale tortilla crisps which was inedible rubbish. Why are subway not using airtight containers for their over priced serving of Doritos. Could of purchased the ingredients at a store and saved money, had multiple servings, and actually have cheese on my nachos.

Wir waren auf dem Heimweg zu unserem Hotel dort. Es gab nurnoch 1 Brotsorte und der obere Teil des Salates war schon vertrocknet und braun und die Wartezeiten waren unglaublich lang. Tut mir sehr leid aber deswegen nur 2 Sterne.

Lovely food unfortunately very slow service

The two guys in here are overworked. They were working quickly, but the queue was too long, so they couldn't get away from the counter to clean tables and empty the bin. They were doing a good job keeping it running, but the place was a mess purely because they needed another pair of hands.

Service was a bit slow by the time I got my sub it was pointless having it toasted as it was cold. Other then that tasted the same as every other subway

Italian bread was a bit off in my opinion. The salad never stayed in the sub when I started to eat it but at least the meat was alright.
