Clean your toilets not very pleasant and the top of your food cabinets when you have people sitting upstairs and have to look at all of the dust on the top that when the doors open blow about everywhere, surely after the issues with germs in dust this should be a high priority

Love this pub especially as we are very well looked after by Pandy. It’s one of our locals, nice sparkling wine and beers, great food and lovely interior. Best time to be there when it’s quiet. For special occasions too

Bed very comfortable and room has all necessary amenities for a short stay, however having a bedroom window that looks into the conference room (image) is not ideal and the breakfast was mediocre with what I assume was fake scrambled egg.

I was excited to have the Afternoon Tea service here, and prebooked it with my ticket. I was greeted and sat right away and a server confirmed my booking and tea order, brought me the tea and milk (no sugar, I had to ask a separate server to bring some), the tea trays, and then promptly vanished. For 45 minutes absolutely no service, even when (as I said) I needed sugars for the tea, and had to sit awkwardly for at least 15 minutes just waiting for her to come around so I could get the check. The food was passable, not the quality I was expecting for the price point, though the tea was good. I would love to come back and see the museum, but I'll probably pass on this restaurant next time and use the money to go somewhere with better food and better service.

Rooms are okay. Air conditioning seems to not exist in the UK. Neither does a full shower door, which ends up with water everywhere. The mattress was very old & uncomfortable. The TV was also outdated & the breakfast wasn't anything great.

Pasé a comer algo. Pedí una pizza mediana, me cobraron £ 18 por ella y me dieron una pequeña. Sin mencionar que el precio en línea fue significativamente menor. Pedimos 6 desayunos ingleses completos, 5 nos sirvieron se olvidaron de 1 , esperaron otros 10 minutos. El desayuno era apresurado y la salchicha estaba cruda... realmente decepcionante

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en Riding House, gracias a un camarero fantástico, Anna! Ella era atento, amable, y se aseguró de que todo era perfecto. Su servicio cálido y profesional hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda volveré! 🥳🥳

No estoy muy seguro de lo que ha pasado, pero la sopa de pollo de coco se ha vuelto acuosa e insípida, ¡sin sabor a coco o especias tailandesas! Tan decepcionante con lo que solía ser un delicioso almuerzo.

Estábamos caminando de regreso de visitar el Museo Británico y caminamos más allá de Coco. Mi esposa se detuvo después de ver un cartel de su té de burbujas. De repente recordó que no había bebido nada en más de un año. Yo nunca lo había intentado. Creo que se pidió un sabor tropical. Aunque había una pareja frente a nosotros, no pasó mucho tiempo para que nos atendieran. Mi esposa disfrutó de la bebida, al igual que yo y definitivamente estará buscando un lugar más cerca de casa para probar más sabores

What a lovely find! We stumbled across here by accident. Food was delicious, there was a great menu to choose from, staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a lovely time. It was a slice of quiet on busy London and we will definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Extremely overpriced for juices with basically mostly contain ice water! Charging £7 for this is pure cheek though they were busy so people are clearly willing to pay for it. Very loud, dirty tables as they don't have enough staff to clean and serve, and disappointing they do not have a toilet as they do serve food. Will not go again.

Sehr lecker! Preis Leistung - top! Schnelle und frische Zubereitung. Bagels sind sehr empfehlenswert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, daher immer wieder gerne.
