Dim T - West End in Camden

What a lovely find! We stumbled across here by accident. Food was delicious, there was a great menu to choose from, staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a lovely time. It was a slice of quiet on busy London and we will definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely evening!

When we're in London we often spend more time here than we probably should - sampling the various different Dim Sum. The staff are always friendly and helpful, giving good advice about the dishes.when in doubt. Recommended

Me an my daughter went for dinner. Service was super good staff was very friendly and all the food was delicious.

Great staff, quick service, excellent presentation, loved the lemon grass tea and honey, reasonable prices, food was very good full of flavour. Great decor and great place to have dinner with friends. So extreme good! I'll be going back with friends and will recommend.

Great food, and fantastic service even though it was packed. The char sui dim sum were great, pork and prawn ones also very tasty, but a touch salty for my liking. Guava Bellini was delicious and just what the party needed. Would highly recommend for a relaxed dinner in a friendly atmosphere.

This was my 5th visit to this restaurant, have been for meetings and also socially. The place is a bit all over the place - music doesn’t match decor, staff are a bit hit and miss (they do have a lovely Italian waiter who is always very attentive) and there isn’t a huge focus on service. The food though, makes it all worth it, and then some. I find this to be a great place for some dumplings (duck and ginger is amazing, the prawn ones as well), so if your focus is on food, then don’t hesitate to go - I will certainly be returning on a very near future.

We stumbled onto this small restaurant near our hotel. The food was excellent and the service fine. I recommend it highly.

We came to dine at Dim T before going to the theatre. We arrived at 5.30pm and there was only one other group in the restaurant. It took the waitress 20 minutes before coming to take our drinks order and we then had to call her over to take our food order. The starters and mains all came out together, which was not made clear to us when we placed the order. We were not provided with cutlery. My wife’s vegetarian Katsu curry was awful, with the sweet potato being raw. No apology and when we left the restaurant, not even a bye or thank you from the waitress. Shocking service and will never come again

We brought friends here for dinner on Sunday night and couldn’t have been happier. Our server, Alex, and the rest the team made our whole dining experience excellent. The food was delicious, the recommendations were spot on, and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly!

I have been to other Dim T's and enjoyed them, this one was particularly unimpressive. The food was somewhat tasteless, the portions small and although the staff on the whole were pleasant; there was not the care we have had before in other branches. The coffee was weak and its expensive for what it is and what we got.Would not return there.

Had a meal this evening here. Have been meaning to go back since a great meal over Christmas when I came for a work Christmas do. Today the meal was bland. Service was good and the staff were lovely. Sake was good too - but the food was bland. The only good thing about it was that it arrived hot. We had Japanese Fried Rice and Sweet Coconut Stir Fry.

We came last year and were really happy with this place. Thé food, thé staff, everything was nice. This time thé food was a bit disapointing. And the staff really rude. The waiter wouldn't answer about food allergy and was really rude to me on several time. Won't Come back.

An easy-going and inexpensive place with good choice of dim-sum (there are other choices in the not that long menu). The basket contains just three items, so it is possible to try a good few. Beef with oysters was our favourite.

Simply the worst masaman curry I have ever endured in a soulless horror of a restaurant where staff swore behind the counter and empty tables spoke of the terrible quality of food on offer.

Die Bedienung kam erst nach mehrmaligem Winken obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Nudelsuppe waren eher Maultaschen und hatte kaum Geschmack - dafür ein riesiger Topf. Das zweite Gericht war sehr übersichtlich.

Had dinner there in Jan 2017. The dim sum were good, but not the best I have eaten. I would probably go back, but would still try another dim sum restaurant to compare. My other issue with the restaurant is that the tables are too close to each other, giving you the feeling that you're dining with the entire restaurant, not on your own.

Restaurante no no es el extraordinario Tailandés en Londres allí sin duda mejores. Hemos elegido la ubicación, ya que mi experiencia fue buena esposa (1,5 años). El lado era escaso y ordenados fideos así el curry estaba más cerca de una sopa con contenido que a lo que yo estaba experimentando en otros restaurantes Thai-food. En casa curry de gambas gambas es siempre con King y no las cosas que tienen que buscar.

Platos abundantes y sabrosos, lugar con lindo ambiente, cómodo, buena atención. Muy recomendable para sentarse a conversar.

Good food , good service and interesting menu. The atmosphere is lovely but the place is too small for the number of people being seated, not really intimate. But overall good experience.

Un bonito lugar para reunirse con los amigos en la ciudad, con un personal amable y una variedad de comidas diferentes. Ambiente agradable y aunque no es el más sofisticado de lugares, bien para el precio. Buena ubicación y fácil de encontrar probablemente volvería otra vez.

The food are great. I ordered the crispy duck it was delicious, clay pot chicken not bad and the lychee for drink of course. But it would be better if they have fresh juices. Omg, the noise here are crazy. This is the most noisiest restaurant I ever been in and the crowd here. Plus the electric was out half way I was eating. But I agree that the food are delicious here.

My husband took me & my 8 months daughter there for a treat. Amazing food, awesome service. Definitely recommend. And would surely visit again.

Even though we came in at 1pm we still got seated and served very promptly. I choose the Five Spice Calamari and he had the Goyza dumplings both of which were excellent.For main course he had the Duck with Spring Onions in wraps, I had the Clay Pot Chicken with Coconut rice which was 5 star.The service was excellent although at the height of lunch it was quite noisy, but the food made up for that

We came here for a quick bite to eat and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty, service was friendly and quick and great value for money. We will be returning.

My sister and I try to meet up monthly for dinner in an overture to seeing each other more. This place is down Charlotte Street which is replete with eateries notorious for mixed quality. We both like dim sum so, like proverbial moths, we walked in around 7.30. Plenty of tables so we sat by the front to people watch. Our server is a feisty (not aggressive) lady who clearly likes engaging with customers. We are cool with this but we noticed others found it surprising. We enjoyed the banger throughout the stay. We ordered mixed dim sum as starters and then the clay pot chicken and Japanese glazed salad as mains. All the food was good - notably the clay pot chicken which had a good depth of flavour vs my Japanese salad which was light (as a salad should be) but lacked complexity. It wasn't bad though. The dim sum was not exceptional - this is astonishing as this place not only claims to make dim sum, it puts it in its name over the door. Maybe we ordered badly. Overall with diet cokes this was £35 with £5 tip for witty, engaging and timely service. I would eat here again because despite the above it's not bad and the price point is about right. Given the competition it has on Charlotte Street, I'd encourage them to up their game.

We descended upon Dim T as an unplanned party of 8 and they were happy to re-jig the seating to accomodate us, which was a fabulous start. A good menu, not too many choices and all presented beautifully, with taste and flavours to match. Decent selection of wine, and the Sake is delicious. Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings and all at a fair price. A great night was had by all. Would definitely return.

used to frequent the chain quite a lot a few years back but at some point the quality slipped and so I stopped.visited this site one day as it's close to work and will probably not come running back.even though I was one table out of three in the restaurant the staff didnt look very interested and were busy talking between themselves. food was ok but no more- dim sum very thick and industrial tasting, wanton soup very salty and again industrial.relatively cheap but not very chearful

We came all the family.The food was excellent!The waitor was very helpfull and friendly.I highly recommend the green pathai and the veg dim sum.

Tasty and fresh Asian dishes. Delicious spicy veg dim sum and wok dishes. Great healthy options. Interesting drinks and desserts as well. Good atmosphere!

Interesting mixture of asian cooking. The service were very gentle and prepared us a table able to eat with two buggies and everything was very nice.The food was correct and not very expensive.

I came here for dinner with friends recently, and was generally very happy with the experience. The menu offers a good variety of Asian (mainly Japanese, Chinese and Thai) dishes at reasonable prices. I had several types of Dim Sum and, while they were all very tasty, the portions were quite small. The restaurant is a bit cramped, and it was a bit of a squeeze to get around the table. Very good and friendly service. Clean and pleasant bathroom.

Food: Dim T has a great selection of main courses to choose from. The noodle bar offers you the flexibility to construct your own dish, you can choose from you favourite type of noodles, toppings and sauce which is a nice, personal touch (especially for fussy eaters like me). There is also a great selection of healthy dishes and teas for you to have if you are on a restricted diet, which is a lovely change considering that some of the sauces and toppings in the other main dishes can be quite heavy....

nice place for Dim-Sum....and really good Pad Thai....
