As Americans and sometime New Yorkers, my wife and I understand bagels. Noxy's doesn't. No bagel should drip a thin goop that (I think) may have been meant to be cream cheese. My wife both had bagels with "cream cheese" and another filling. Noxy's does not know what a schmear of cream cheese is. We were both deeply disappointed and during a long stay in the Russell Square area never went back after our first and only Noxy's trip.

Ottimo caffè Londinese, luogo tranquillo vicino il Britsh Museum. Da consigliare per una sosta dopo una visita al British Museum. Troverete ottime cioccolate calde ma anche dei buoni bagles.

Worst service ever. Waiting for you to give a tip when they can't even say hello. 3 behind the counter and they can't drop the food to the table, it's no wonder there's no one in here

Lovely coffee, pastries and bagels, me and my family have really enjoyed this place while on a family break in London! We are definitely coming back again next year!

I feel like you can live with terrible service if the food is amazing. Or just fair food if the service is wonderful. The disaster of Noxy is that both are awful.. They're unpleasant and it is as though they've just made the food we ordered for the first time ever. The avocado egg bagel was a clump of unripe avocado on one side, a cold hardboiled egg dumped on the other side, and then a glob of mayo in the middle. And they had no knives in the entire restaurant to spread it out. Again, can live with bad food if they're pleasant about the issue of the food but they clearly resent being asked anything. What's really bizarre is it looks really upscale and high quality. Better the dive cafe down the block that cares.

I can't believe I just paid £3.50 for the most tasteless "Chai Latte" I've ever had! I wandered if it was because I didn't tip them that they made it tasteless! I mean who even does that? How can you be asking me for a tip when you haven't even served me yet and I haven't tasted my order. Thank god I didn't tip. Noxy Bros need to go to Black Sheep Coffee and let them teach Noxy Bros how to make a Chai Latte. This was just milk with bit of cinnamon and vanilla, no Chai spices at all in this awful drink! I want my money back and should be compensated for my time!!

This place is extortionately expensive - £18 for a sparkling water, a discounted orange juice, a bagel, and banana bread, but I guess its London. The OJ was lovely, but not worth the £6 something without a discount. The bagel was the not great side of just fine. The banana bread was the only thing worth how much it cost, and even then, it’s not good enough to make the experience one I would repeat. It was basically thrown at me in brown paper bags, at three different times, and the staff were totally indifferent. I think maybe there was a new guy on the till, who was the nicest, and then a zero personality lady in the background bossing him around. A man arrived who had his drink brought to his table, which is weird because everyone else had to awkwardly hang out by the counter. The interior is nice and the vibes would have been fun if it didn’t feel like I was somehow an inconvenience for being there. Will almost certainly not revisit, even if got the budget overnight for it; there are nicer more fun places to spend too much money. It is sad because I was impressed by the reviews that brought me here and it was close by to university.

There is a lot of great coffee houses in London, including some of the larger chains. But this place is over and above. The espresso is better. The pastries and food seem a lot fresher. But the best offering is the drip coffee - something I love in the morning. Most places can only make an Americano, which is a perfectly fine way to start the day. But Noxy Brothers also made a pot of the most delicious drip coffee I've had in a long time - so I was there every morning of my recent stay (about 3 blocks away).

I discovered this by chance. Really cool coffee shop. Fast wifi. Great coffee and small selection of pastries, cakes, protein bars and other items. Big selection of drinks. The americano was good. Cool hip music. Loved the dim lighting as it got darker. Great vibe and atmosphere. Fast wifi. Staff are pleasant. Not cheap. Could be cleaner. Would recommend otherwise.

Very good coffee, nice bagels and cake. They've kept it simple and do it well. What else is there to say?

Fantastic coffee, great vibes, wonderful staff. What more can I say it’s right next to my uni I can call here before my lectures/seminars in the late afternoon and have the boost of coffee i need in my flat white. Music can be slightly loud but I’m ok with that, brownies are to die for as well.

Criticise Starbucks all you like but serving a decent cup of coffee is the one thing that they do well - loads better than Costa amongst others. The only better one is Roasting Plant Coffee in the Strand but then that place is several rungs up the ladder

Nice pub/restaurent where the atmosphare is the best thing. Quite good food but the nice personal and the atmosphare is the best thing

Extremely overpriced for juices with basically mostly contain ice water! Charging £7 for this is pure cheek though they were busy so people are clearly willing to pay for it. Very loud, dirty tables as they don't have enough staff to clean and serve, and disappointing they do not have a toilet as they do serve food. Will not go again.

My mum and I popped in late July. Had a lovely milky coffee (trad caff order!) and we shared a few fresh pastries. Staff were polite and helpful and gave us a bag to take home what pastries we couldn't finish.
