Super nice experience! Visited on a work lunch break with a friend; it was quick, clean, fresh, tasty, and the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to Make my order as I liked it. Cheers!!

Terrible place. It used to be good but they keep making the wrong orders and leaking plates, soups when you order to take away (it has happened already twice). The lady is also quite rude, so I don’t really see the point in going there anymore.

Disappointed with this - there were 4 large salmon bones in the fish, rice heavy and stodgy. I left most of it.

ロンドン観光中、やたら洒落た内装でカフェのようなitsuというお店を見かけるなと思ったら、有名なチェーン店で70店舗以上あるらしいと知りびっくりしました。 お弁当の寿司ネタは新鮮で、特にサーモン、そしてカリフォルニアロールのようなものは美味しかったです。麺はラーメンのようなものを食べたかったのですが、スパイシーなエスニック系のお味の春雨麺で日本食とは別なタイ風の感じでした。それはそれで美味しかったです。

Choix assez large et tarifs raisonnables. Pas de mauvaise surprise et on peu y aller les yeux fermés, cependant cela reste assez moyen.

日本のお弁当のようなものがたくさんありました。どれにしようか、迷いました。 お値段もお手頃で、お醤油などのソース類があり 、セルフサービスで使えます。 味も美味しかったので、ぜひまた行きたいお店です。

Had their chicken noodle soup, very good as it was LOADED with sliced chicken, glass noodles, peas, ginger, etc. Quick and easy ordering. Good franchise/chain stores.

I’m a big fan of itsu and my most recent visit to the Tottenham Court Road branch didn’t disappoint. The latest new menu additions are creative, healthy and reasonably priced. Tried the yummy salmon poke on a bed of rice. This might just be my new lunch of choice.

On peut manger sur le pouce des plats chauds ou froids. Les smooties sont moulinés devant vous. Possibilité de repas végétarien. Prix raisonnables avec réduction de 50% une demi-heure avant la fermeture. Pour se sustenter rapidement ou emporter chez soi.

Make no mistake - itsu is hardly gourmet Japanese. But what do very well is make the western public to think they serve good Japanese food in a way well accepted by them. But what took me by surprise was how well they made the Thai chicken rice bowl. It not authentic Thai, but it is what they do well - sufficiently Thai to call it Thai. It was delicious (but not the deliciousness u get from an authentic Thai meal). It was fast. It was hot. It was reasonably priced. It was clean. It filled me up and made me warm. All boxes ticked.

Been there on Friday afternoon for a quick light lunch. They never seize to amaze with there vegetarian choices and the prices still kept as low as possible! Friendly staff and clean environment!

If your are planning for a quick dinner you could consider this option. They offer 50% discount 30 mins before closing. Otherwise I would never go.

Second time I have the sashimi and second time I run to the toilet. It looks but but it's pretty tasteless compared to other nearby sushi shops and the immediate effect....well I explained that one above lol

Great healthy food! Always clean and staff are friendly. If you love sushi, you'll love itsu. A variety of meals including soups to choose from as well as hot and cold food.

Fast and effective service, and great pot currys. Substantial portions of chicken in the curry, and well flavoured. Will certainly come again

The sushi isn't bad, neither are the other options (hot pots etc.). The tables were dirty, not much care about the customers.

Great for all varieties of food. I choose an Indian dish which tasted beautiful. Served on a pile of rice in a massive take away carton this was just what was required for lunch after a long journey whilst eating on the move. Sushi and many other dishes available and the price was good for London for a change!

Tasty Italian food in comfortable setting. Great service. Pastas, seafood and pizza all good. Great desserts too.

I admit it, I love this place. A great place to get good food quickly on the go and easy to find vegan-friendly avocado options. I'm addicted to their snacks and usually have a bag of chocolate-covered edamame peas in my bag or on my desk at work.My only irritation - there isn't a branch in Bristol

I'm celiac, and most places are pretty up to date with gluten free menu's or options. Sadly I was informed even though they had two chicken noodle options, after five pm it wasn't possible to get them gluten free (we went at like six thirty ) I got some plain sushi instead but they didn't have gluten Free soy sauce either. I did like their seaweed and dessert options. But just be wary if you have any food allergies as they didn't seem to really cater to any of it. Besides that the staff did seem nice, the place was well kept and there was even USB port charging stations where you sit which is handy!

This is a great branch of this fast food chain. Inevitably I go for the Classic Chicken Noodles as it is clean, quick and wholesome. I find the "greens grains & glory" brown rice potsu can be a little stodgy & sticky - perhaps because it is not short grain brown rice? I notice there are some new dishes on the menu which I look forward to trying.The staff at this branch are always friendly and keen to be helpful. It is quick and usually easy to find a place to sit. (Some branches have ridiculously few places to perch for a quick lunch)Great value for a quick hot and light lunch.

Working in the area needed somewhere to eat quickly. Very good Chicken Jaipur, about £4.50 and under 300 calories. They also do a deal where if you buy 8 you get the 9th one free.

Nous avons pris 2 plats et un yaourt. Les sushis étaient bons mais sans plus. Ils n'étaient pas exceptionnels, j'ai connu mieux !!! Le yaourt était bon, après ca reste un yaourt.Nous avons payé 16 livres. Bon rapport qualité prix.A recommander pour un dépannage alimentaire !!!

Great that we have an alternative to so many sandwich bars around town. Food is always consistent and of a high standard, also love the calorie count on each item.

That was my second experience with Itsu and I do not find it as good as before. Yet another chain restaurant serving sushi, noodles and rice...

I wanted quick lunch but the queue was huge and the cashier was quite slow. Sushi is ok tastes but with so many shops along the road. This is not the best but one of the quick fix if there is no queue

Un fast food con menù asiatico, ma rivisto in ottica occidentale e "salutista". Idea carina che va premiata e anche con cibo discretamente buono.

We love this place. It is wonderful to be able to get healthy food on the go, what a refreshing change. The food is so fresh and healthy, brilliant concept. Healthy superfood meals and juices all under one roof! Quick service, reasonable prices and clean. Will definitely return and will look out for more in other areas.

Very clean tasting salmom teriyaki. Avoid the extra sauce included as there is lots of sugar...use in moderation.

The first Itsu that I ate in and I'm hooked! This chain is a great idea and caters very well for vegetarians. Their hot food range is delicious as well as their salad boxes. It's my go-to lunch place wherever I am in London

Sushi rice dry and rolls fell apart in chopsticks. Itsu usually hold very high standards. But not at this Tottenham court rd branch. Disappointing.

The food is excellent. It is one of the good Japanese restaurants in London. It seems quite popular.

As usual Itsu beats all the others for a civilised, wholesome oriental lunch on the go. Impeccable presentation, friendly counter service and delicious snacks at a very reasonable price.

Generally decent quality (if a little mass produced) Japanese sushi, noodles and snacks. Prices a little on the high side vs quality and portion size.

Sushi was fresh and tasty , however the selection box and endamame that had prices on...was actually more as the staff informed me that it would cost 20% extra for eating in. I don't know why but I agreed to pay but then tried to think why they would put this in place to annoy some diners. Be warned !!

Whilst wandering up and down looking at the shops, we decided to get a snack to eat, other than the usual pannini, or wrap.We came across Itsu, and thought we would give it a try. I had the 7 Veg Rice Pot, and my husband had the chicken Rice Pot. They were delicious. I am very fussy, but it had me eating it all - seeds included!A really good alternative to the usual snack and well worth a try.
