Nice hotel and staff were friendly and attentive. Room was big and even though it’s on the main road it was quiet! Gold member and got an upgrade to a larger room which had a bath as well as a shower. So close to the station too. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay, nice room. Phone wasn't answered when calling down to room service or front desk, and for blind users, thermostat was not accessible and hotel did not have braille on room signs, otherwise passable hotel. Bar selection was very limited, but food was decent

what to say: the hotel lobby is austere and bland, and the welcome is borderline cheerless and unsmiling. You'd think you were signing up for the war. We had a room at the back of the building, no daylight, nil. No slippers or bathrobes in the room. Everything was minimalist For a hotel that's supposed to be 4 stars, it's not worth it. I had a very good time in London for what I came to do. But in terms of accommodation, I expected more life, beauty and charm from this hotel.

Windows have poor sound insulation and honking cars/people on the street/clock bells made it hard to sleep before 23:00 and after 05:00. Nice hotel otherwise, but wouldn't come back.

One word: BUGS There was a minor but annoying infestation of flying things in my room. In the morning I would find them dead around the sink. The rest of my feedback is just cosmetic (torn curtains, missing piece in the shower, weird stain pattern on the light shade, etc etc) but the bugs were the main issue. On the plus side, the people working at the hotel were nice and it is a convenient location. But bugs are pretty gross.

A special mention to Monaliza in the bar who is very welcoming kind and attentive. Please ensure she gets a commendation well deserved. Absolutely stunning. Such a delight to finally see more staff than guests. At Marriott it is the opposite. In fact at breakfast there were three managers and 3 kitchen staff and 3 staff in the restaurant. That is more than the actual guests at breakfast. It was also good to see at breakfast that you treat all your staff well and are very inclusive. Respect to you. There is major works going on opposite the hotel during the day be aware in case you are expecting peace during the day you will not. The final work to the Ambassador will look wonderful one day....

The hotel itself is not bad. We had a nice room. There was water available in the room upon arrival. The bathroom was clean. We actually had working drains too. Unfortunately the staff was an absolute disaster. Unfriendly and not at all afraid to lie directly to the guests. I still have Diamond status with Hilton Honors. This includes a room upgrade, breakfast and free early check-in and late checkout. Usually in many other Hilton hotels it is always free until 4 p.m. Not here. Until 1:00 p.m. it would be possible free of charge. Of course, it would also be available until 4 p.m. However, only for an additional fee. After complaining to reception and consulting the manager on duty, late checkout was offered until 3 p.m. A fee would still have to be paid for 4 p.m. In response to a complaint to Hilton Guest Support, the hotel now claims that it was never available until 4:00 p.m. 😂😂😂 I received the promise that 4:00 p.m. was possible in writing in the Hilton Guest Chat. Pathetic. If you don't want to take part in Hilton Honors, the operators should consider whether it would be better to return the brand and terminate the license agreement. Unfortunately I can't say much about breakfast, as we preferred to sleep in instead of making full use of breakfast.

- location is awesome. -very weak hospitality. no bell boy, no doorman. mediocre front office team. except helpful Mr. Devaraj. - nothing extra offered or told us both in front office and breakfast lounge(such as how are you, how's your stay so far, would you like to drink sth. ) -accesibility signs are invisible at the entrance. hotel is not accessible friendly. -room(216) is tiny like most of the london hotels. 16 m2 max. - cleanliness throughout the hotel is weak. carpets in the hallway and rooms are prehistoric and worn out. Bed sheets were fresh but very old. Asked for a change and they changed the worn out ones. But I must say, there is no dust in the room/wardrobes/ at all. furniture in the hotel is generally very old and worn out. - water quality is weird in the room, probably they're doing too much filtering. soap is not going off easily when washed. -a senior f&b team member wearing a suit and glasses, probably manager, should be sent to a serious education. Very weak communication with us. Breakfast ends at 10:00 and at 10:35 this person from 10 meters yelled us: "guys there's an event coming up, if you don't mind". As a hilton investor, I tried to communicate with him but he was in another planet mentally. he'll remember me after reading this. I wish him good luck in his carreer. -breakfast lounge personell was OK except manager. - Hilton's double standarts are very frustrating. Most of the Hilton's in Türkiye(all lines from hampton to hilton) are incomparably better than UK ones in terms of cleanliness, breakfast quality, and guest relations. - I'll never stay at this hotel again.

We spontaneously moved to the Hitlon after the other hotel was an absolute flop. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to drop off our suitcases in the evening before the room was ready. The gym is more than adequately equipped and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The freshly prepared omelettes were also very tasty. I would definitely choose this hotel again. MANY THANKS for saving our weekend :-)

A truly awful experience that ended with us being transferred to another hotel. We checked in quite late after leaving our bags earlier. Given keys to our room 425 with no mention of any issue. We opened the door to our room to be greeted by the overwhelmingly strong, nausea inducing smell of sewage! This was not just a slight smell but literally eyewatering. We checked the bathroom but this smelt completely normal and nothing in the toilet. Spoke to management who were exceptionally rude especially a manager called Amanda. We were basically told 'we have no more rooms, I'll refund and you leave. Find another hotel room elsewhere.' I was exceptionally upset as you can imagine but managed to talk to another manager who begrudgingly agreed to try to find us a room at another Hilton property. The process from getting the keys to our stinking room to leaving Hilton London Euston took around 1 1/2 hours! I have never experienced anything like this before. To offer a room to guests that clearly has a major environmental health issue and to employ staff with such awful customer service skills, is truly shocking. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

I recently stayed at a Hilton property and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a long flight, I discovered that the thermostat in my room was malfunctioning, resulting in a very uncomfortable first night where I woke up feeling cold. Despite reporting this issue to the reception, hoping for a prompt resolution, I was dismayed to find the problem unaddressed upon my return. Instead, I was offered complementary drinks, which, while appreciated, did not resolve the fundamental issue. Furthermore, my stay was further marred by discovering that the toilet in my room was leaking, and the sheets were visibly unclean. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the staff, I was informed that due to the hotel being fully booked, they were unable to offer me an alternative room. As a Gold member of the Hilton loyalty program, I had expected a higher standard of service and prompt attention to such crucial issues. This experience has significantly impacted my view of the Hilton brand, and I hope that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.

"We spent one night at the Hilton Euston. The location is more than fine, within walking distance of Kings Cross, Euston, and Euston Square stations, providing quick connections to all of London. The staff was friendly but possibly not fully trained; they couldn't answer whether an extra night could be booked and suggested calling later. The room (104) is spacious for a city hotel, featuring a separate bath and shower. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Unfortunately, the A/C was not functioning properly; instead of cooling, it kept heating. At one point, the room reached 24 degrees Celsius, only mitigated by opening all balcony doors. However, we had to close them when sleeping, causing the temperature to rise. Based on reviews, addressing this issue should be a priority for the hotel. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide and delicious selection of fresh items. In conclusion, we recommend the hotel, but urgent attention to the air conditioning is needed."

Stayed here two nights in January 2024, while in London on business. Great service from the front-desk team, who went out of their way to accommodate a couple of requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable — and quiet, even though I was on the street level. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, certainly not extravagant.

If you want to experience genuine English afternoon tea, the British Museum Great Court Restaurant probably is not the best place to go to. My brother was looking for the least expensive option to experience afternoon tea in London and this place offered afternoon tea for 40 pounds per person, as compared to Fortnum and Mason’s 82. You get what you pay for as the saying goes. So for this afternoon tea, we got hot water and tea bags, dry sandwiches, cold scones and stale cakes. The service was pretty hard to come by. But the ambience was nice for a museum restaurant. For 4 people the total bill came to over 200 pounds including VAT and tips. Absolutely not worth it!

We stayed here in room 304, a lovely smaller hotel in a very quiet location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing us with dental kits when asked and helping us to work the television immediately after asking for help. The room was very big with a lovely view out of the 3rd floor windows. The room was clean with the usual tea making facilities and bathroom toiletries you would expect. The room was well heated and heavy, thick curtains that closed well for a decent sleep. The bed was a super king size and was a little more firmer for my personal taste but a comfy night nevertheless. The breakfast was continental and plenty of it although we wasn't given the option for a full English breakfast other guests were but we had already eaten, so be sure to ask if you would like to add on a full English breakfast. Although the lift was out of use during our stay, the concierge was on hand to take luggage up to your rooms. The 3 flights of stairs were ok for myself and my husband but may pose a challenge for some guests, especially as the final flight of stairs are steep, spiralling, and with no hand rail. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return, especially as its location is about a 20-minute walk from Euston and about a 15-minute walk from the Aldwych Theatre.
