Pret a Manger in Camden

I really enjoyed my time here with the help of very friendly lady barista. She was very helpful and care with my condition, running from the rain outside. Thank you. The coffee was good and also the food.

Avoid this pret brought food today egg and avocado, when eating notices it had a tang taste to it. Was ill the whole day running to toilet at work. Never again will go to any pret

Have noticed that a new barista has joined a few weeks ago. Since then she makes the coffee shots in advance, leaves them out, and only does the milk freshly. If you step into the shop now you will see a few cups already standing with shots in them, and these will be used for your coffee. This makes the coffee taste awful. I’m sure its efficient making coffee shots in advance, but Pret you really need to train your staff here on how it impacts coffee! If that’s not important then you should reduce the price to £2 or less to match its quality.

Rude staff, made me feel awkward.

Nice Caffe shop for a quick breakfast, they have some nice hot drinks and sandwiches, wraps even fruits. It's pretty small but it's ok. Staff is a little bit arrogant with 'bossman attitude' .

Highly recommend this place if you want to have "Karen" experience!! I came here to grab a cup of coffee and a bite ( it was lunchtime) , and barista ''Karen"(she was hiding her name badge, now I know why...) decided it's a good time to let her anger out and scream and humiliate me jus for wanting to use the toilet and wash my hands before I order food. Dear management of this shop: I would recommend to send your barista to anger management course, also to other Pret's to learn how to talk to the customers, if that's not possible please keep her away from people, because no human being deserves to be treated  like this for no reason...

The staff are beyond rude at this particular Pret. Just save yourself from the ordeal and cross the road to the other Pret

Stopped in for a ham and pickle roll and a hot cup of soup chicken and rice, perfect pick me up on a rainy chilly day.

The stuff before the pandemic were very lovely and friendly people. Not sure that applies to the current team. They are mostly rude, and lack basic manners.

I'm amazed at how only two members of staff at this outlet can juggle their job tasks. I'm delighted how my regular order is known and I don't even have to ask for it as it's already rung up on the till whilst simultaneously a polite chat ensues. A constant stream of customers flows through the doors and the efficiency and customer service level is always at a very high standard considering how the majority of customers expect their precious break time refreshments to be served on the spot. Food is always well stocked, seating areas are always tidy and thankfully I have never had a bad drink or a disappointing snack. I hope outstanding team members like these two are rewarded for all of their efforts as recognition is not enough. I've visited other coffee shops in the area but they are nowhere near as well managed as Pret 350 Euston road I look forward to visiting again with colleagues, friends and family
