Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away at All Costs! Pizza Gogo Camden This place is a complete disgrace. I was quoted one price over the phone, then charged more on delivery — no explanation, just blatant dishonesty. On top of that, the staff clearly struggle with basic English, which led to my order being completely wrong. They then argued with me, insisting I ordered what I definitely did not, refusing to admit any fault. Unbelievable. Rude and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it — no manners, no respect, and no attempt to resolve the issue. They just hung up the phone mid-conversation. Appalling customer service. As for the food — I found a hair in the pizza, and it was clearly not fresh. Absolutely revolting. I’ve also seen rats running around their shop before, which explains the lack of hygiene. Staff were handling money then immediately preparing food without washing their hands. It’s filthy and unsafe. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place entirely. It’s not worth the risk to your health or your wallet.

The most friendly manager / owner!! Real spirit of the road. He is smiling and chats to you. We were working across the road on a photoshoot and he gave me a drink and a little bit of pizza on the house. Delicious! An absolutely brilliant shop!

I’ve been looking for a good pizza shop around my area for a long time, and couldn’t find anything near me that didn’t feel like I regretted it the next day until I found this place. Friendly ownership, amazing fresh food where the staff listen to exactly how you want your pizza and really value the customer experience. Cannot speak more highly of this place, will be back soon!

I ordered a pizza from them and repeated the order 3 times. The pizza came and it was completely wrong, I called again to make a complaint and was told I would get a new pizza. I called at least 5 times after(3 times they hung up on me) the other two times they let the phone ring out. This is not the first time they have done this. Do not order from them.

Couldn't order a meal deal from the menu because apparently they don't do deals. Even tried to order a deal advertised above the counter but guess what. They don't do deals. Pizza was alright though which was surprising.

I ordered extra sauce which yet again I did not receive on top of that it has given me a really bad stomach and this is the second time that I’m getting a bad stomach. Extremely disappointed never have I ever come across a pizza where there is hardly any toppings. Don't charge if you are not going to serve your pizza as one would expect. I ordered a chicken hot and it hardly had any toppings on it what so ever. Was more like a marghertia. Also called them up to explain and they couldnt acknowledge or understand what I was saying. Absolutely disappointing.

Pizza was terrible had barely any tomato sauce wrong toppings also given, didn’t realise till later. They also gave us the wrong sides asked for jalapeño bites and got chocolate and they didn’t even want to give a refund at the start. Waiting so long for that pizza, didn’t even give a good cheese pull or anything. Do not come here it is terrible staff was also rude and didn’t mention anything about how some stuff was out of stock which is why they changed what was on the pizza.

So insanely behind on orders. Waited OVER AN HOUR to get a small pizza, and they didn’t even get the toppings right. And they let it burn in the oven. They also forgot several other customer’s orders, and one person had been waiting on a delivery for over 2 hours. The atmosphere felt very unsafe and not welcoming, and the kitchen was very dirty. Do not eat here if you can help it.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago and still no delivery. Have called 4 times and spoken to 4 different people, all said they would “get back to me” and never did, and now calls are going straight to a generic voicemail. Stole my money? Scam.

I placed an order through just eats app my order number was 409987149 placed the order from 4 delivery said 4:30 to 4:50 it didn’t arrive so I waited got a new delivery estimate for 5:10 it didn’t come still so I waited 8 minutes before calling the shop a man answered and made me wait 26 minutes for an update just for him to say a female carrier said she delivered my food and then I said she’s lying then he goes on some rant talking about how do I know your not lying and I’m like I still have the cash I was suppose to pay with you plum if you didn’t receive the money then surely you know something went wrong and then he tells me not call again this shop is so unprofessional

Very disappointed, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, there was literally only one pepperoni in each slice, why so few when it was mentioned Double pepperoni, the crust was really bad and rough. Definitely not ordering from here again. Prices are not fair (when considering the quality), i had much better pizzas that are cheaper. Highly not recommend.

Pizza is decent - but customer service can be improved

Zayn-took my call and handled it professionally, He is such a humble honest guy. Uber delivered my food late even though the instractions were very clear. After receiving the order I was devastated to see my entire order all ruined. I called the store and this man Zayn was so kind enough to go out of his own pocket and redo the whole order and personally came down to deliver it on time. I have never recived such service before expecially now adays crisis people and businesses going through. Best experience, best service, good quality tasty food!

Very bad experience and pizza. I ask for chicken hot pizza with half spicy and they didn’t do claim to them and wait for another 30 min for expect one pizza that we didn’t order because the taste was barbecue one thing that I’m allergic and not good at all very bad service and pizza not recommended at all.

Do not bother ordering through their website, it's a waste of time. Over 2.5 hours for our pizza to arrive after 3 phone calls and at the 2 hour point we just cancelled. Another 2 hours for the manager to call us. Food is great, service is absolutely horrendous!

Good pizza, however spoilt by the horrendous wait and terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to even be spoken too, phone constantly ringing and is never picked up despite the staff standing at the back on their mobile phones. The question being asked is, why behave so terribly to your customers when there's a much speedier place right next door? A thoroughly unpleasant place to wait for your order due to the incessant ringing of multiple phones.

Tried to phone but wouldn’t pick up so went into the shop to order. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 30 minutes for our pizza to be made. During this time the phone kept ringing constantly but was answered by no one. 50 minutes of this was a little grating. When I asked the worker why it took so long he apologised and said he didn’t work there. So I’m not really sure what kind of business is being run here. To top it all off he had forgotten to make half our order so we had to wait even longer. When we finally ate the pizza it tasted of oil and nothing else. The pizza place next to it is far better, nicer, and pick up the phone.

For those contemplating delivery, I would highly recommend dining in to truly savor the flavors. Upon arrival, I ordered my usual favorites, and I was pleased to find the food just as fresh and hot as always. The consistency in the quality of the dishes is commendable. However, the waiting time was a significant downside. Despite being given an estimated waiting time, I received my meal after a delay that was double what was initially communicated. This is an area where the restaurant could certainly improve. The restaurant itself is well-maintained and exudes cleanliness. It’s evident that hygiene is a priority here, which is reassuring for diners. That said, I noticed the absence of hand sanitizers or hand washing facilities, which would be a valuable addition, especially in the current health climate. Overall, GO GO PIZZA delivers on taste and quality, making it a great spot for a delicious meal. A bit of attention to the waiting times and the addition of hand hygiene facilities would elevate the dining experience even further. I look forward to returning and hope to see these improvements implemented.

Pizza don’t go. Slow, it’s not ‘fast food’ if you’re waiting 45 mins for a pizza

It used to super great and i used to visit twice in a week until that one day where they served me half cooked pizza . Never went again then and forgot to mention about the only lady who works there, something is wrong with her attitude.

The worst pizza ever ordered through Uber I ordered a deep pan i was given the opposite very disappointed in that the pizza was bland and cold,It also gave a bad stomach when I raised this issue to Uber I was offered an insult in compensation,I will not accept this offer what i will do is never order from you again or Uber for the foreseeable future,Pizza Hut is mostly on point your pizzas are terrible. I would give zero stars but it wont let me.

Extremely rude service by the lady working here. I asked for the napkins and she refused while i could clearly see them at till/counter. Really disappointed with this behavior. Food was barely eatable as well. Kindly educate your staff specifically that lady please.

I want to inform you that the lady working here is CONSISTENTLY & EXTREMELY RUDE. This is not an isolated incident, as she has been consistently unfriendly during my visits. Despite being a paying customer, her behaviour makes me feel like I am inconveniencing her. I have been a regular visitor, but her recent behaviour has been so unacceptable that I am considering not returning to this place.

Food is pretty much what you would expect from a cheaper pizza place. Its got bread cheese and its hot what more do ya need? Wings are great as well staff are pretty friendly, got the wrong pizza but it was £10 for a large so I'm not complaining too much.
