Costa Coffee - New Oxford Street in Camden

Clean your toilets not very pleasant and the top of your food cabinets when you have people sitting upstairs and have to look at all of the dust on the top that when the doors open blow about everywhere, surely after the issues with germs in dust this should be a high priority

This is a lovely coffee shop, close to Oxford Street and nice and roomy. I get a sausage breakfast bap and a cappuccino which is really enjoyable. Very helpful and friendly staff make it all the more enjoyable thanks

We came in for a coffee as we were waiting for a bus. I had a Cortado which was very pleasant and well made. I also used the disabled toilet which was very clean.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience! My partner asked to use accessible toilet and 4x was told by Evelyn that he had to use the ones upstairs we have a radar key for a reason however just forgot to bring it on our trip! Extremely disappointed in this as she doesn’t know if we suffer from disability! Lucky enough we was able to use the stairs but for someone to assume and be extremely rude is out of order However the drinks where fantastic as always

Quick stop off whilst shopping in London. Ordered Americano and frappacino. Quick service, seating area was clean and nice to use
