Clean your toilets not very pleasant and the top of your food cabinets when you have people sitting upstairs and have to look at all of the dust on the top that when the doors open blow about everywhere, surely after the issues with germs in dust this should be a high priority

This is a lovely coffee shop, close to Oxford Street and nice and roomy. I get a sausage breakfast bap and a cappuccino which is really enjoyable. Very helpful and friendly staff make it all the more enjoyable thanks

We came in for a coffee as we were waiting for a bus. I had a Cortado which was very pleasant and well made. I also used the disabled toilet which was very clean.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience! My partner asked to use accessible toilet and 4x was told by Evelyn that he had to use the ones upstairs we have a radar key for a reason however just forgot to bring it on our trip! Extremely disappointed in this as she doesn’t know if we suffer from disability! Lucky enough we was able to use the stairs but for someone to assume and be extremely rude is out of order However the drinks where fantastic as always

Travistock Square Lynton House, London EnglandAfter I ordered a cup of coffee and asked the staff for a cup of free water, they refused my request. I am sure that it is Starbucks policy to provide free water to customers after ordering. Really awful staff and service.

333 High HolbornPlenty of room to sit on the ground floor or mezzanine. There's a toilet. Must be busiest in the morning, and so, expect a queue then. There were quite a few people around 5.30pm, but most people had gone by 6pm. The barista was not rude and had a smile when dealing with customers. You can get all kinds of coffee (like cappuccino, latte, iced, etc.) and sweet treats (like cake, muffins or chocolate).
