Muy buena pizza, tuve que venir aquí para llevar, ya que todos los restaurantes cerraron, llevarlo de regreso a nuestro hotel. Somos novatos cuando se trata de pizza. La joven que nos atendió fue muy útil cuando decidimos qué hacer. Buena comida, sabrosa pizza.

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen über Fast Food Ketten, aber hier wurde ich überraschend gut aufgenommen. Aus einem "single fast food dinner" wurde ein nettes Essen. Ich komme also gerne wieder.

Siamo tornati a Londra qualche giorno fa e, come l'ultima volta, abbiamo pranzato qua. Da italiana adoro questa pizza, particolarmente in questa struttura, molto friabile e leggera e per noi che non amiamo molto il cibo londinese è una grande risorsa. Il personale nel tempo è cambiato ma sempre molto cortese, quindi grazie!Every time we return to London we come to eat at you, the pizza is always very good and you are very kind, thank you!

Took a long look time to get seated with no one in the restaurant. We decided to choose the buffet and pizza was cold and they never brought anymore out for over an hour so we decided to leave.

Hemos pedido una pizza. Que maravilloso. El sabor no será demasiado salado. La pizza se ha controlado de forma perfecta. Entonces la pizza no es demasiado dura o blanda. La salsa es buena, hace que la gente quiera comer una y otra vez.El servicio es en promedio. Porque están hablando todo el tiempo.Además, incluso tienen ensalada ilimitada, pero solo con un tazón para esa opción. Tenemos 6 personas y compartimos 1 tazón de ensalada juntos, lo que me hace sentir mal.Si queremos otro plato, tenemos que agregar dinero para pedir otro.Pero la comida es maravillosa, realmente quiero probarlo de nuevo.

Mi compañero y yo visitamos Pizza Hut después de ver un espectáculo en Londres. El restaurante estaba lleno y nos aconsejaron que sería una espera de 20 minutos. Esto no fue un problema y tuvimos la suerte de estar sentado después de solo 10 minutos. La comida era fresca, encantadora y caliente. La ensalada en el carrito de ensaladas también era fresca, y consistentemente estaba siendo completada ya que era una noche de sábado concurrida. Todo el personal era acogedor y amable. La pizza sin gluten que tenía era encantadora, fresca y ni siquiera te darías cuenta de que estaba en una base sin gluten, fue fantástico. Mi compañero pidió una pizza de jamón y piña y salió como una pizza de compartidores, que fue un error, sin embargo, no nos cobraron por esto. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante para una buena comida barata, y el personal fue genial.

Dopo visita al British Museum abbiamo deciso di mangiare in questo locale. Adatto a bambini e famiglie. Possibilità di scelta insalate miste a Buffett e scelta di varie pizze e dimensioni. Carino per i bambini la scelta di Pepsi multi gusto. Pizza accettabile e prezzi decenti.

Apareció con la familia durante una visita a la cercana GOSH. ¡Pequeño pero perfectamente formado! Limpio y ordenado, buffet y carrito de ensaladas fresco y bien surtido. El personal era educado y amable. Algunos de los restaurantes más grandes de Pizza Hut podrían sacar una hoja de este libro de restaurantes. Volvería otra vez y lo recomendaría a amigos y familiares.

La mejor pizza que he probado. Pedí una pizza de banquete de carne con queso crujiente y 2 platos de acompañamiento más 2 cervezas por alrededor de 20 libras. Muy barato para tan alta calidad de pizza. Lo único que no quedó satisfecho fue el tiempo de espera. Me dijeron 10 minutos, pero esperamos 30 minutos.

The staff were very helpful, especially with information on allergies. Double checked order and offered allergy folder for us to look at. Gluten free pizza base & dairy free cheese.

Very much enjoy Pizza Hut and their food. With that being said, I was disappointed by the quality of service at this establishment. Upon arrival, there were no staff to greet us. When someone did arrive, they said we could sit wherever, gave us menus and quickly disappeared not to return for quite some time. Another staff member came after we ordered our food to ask if we wanted anything to drink. They then directed us to get the drinks ourselves from the machine.

I friend thi s pizza hut just to have an America pizza. The pizza was quite Hood and the staff was very kind.

Non avevo mai assaggiato la pizza “stile americano” e devo dire che da napoletana, è stata buonissima. Ovviamente preferisco sempre la pizza di Napoli, infatti non ho mangiato in nessun altra pizzeria a Londra se non qui. Avevo voglia di provare un’altra tipologia di pizza e sinceramente? Mi è piaciuta. Ho assaggiato anche le patatine fritte con la paprika affumicata e il formaggio, buonissime. Provare per credere :)

Cinco de nosotros llamamos aquí el 11 de marzo después de visitar el Teatro Liceo para ver El Rey León en nuestro camino de regreso a la estación de Euston. Seis semanas antes tuve un accidente en el cual me roto el tendón de Aquiles, así que estaba confinada a una silla de ruedas para la visita. Sin embargo al llegar el personal era genial. Los locales fueron bastante atareado en la parte delantera, pero el personal hizo que yo pudiera llegar a través de determinados a nuestra mesa en la parte de atrás sin que yo salir de mi silla. Una vez instalados en el hotel nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. No tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para comida y bebidas que eran excelentes y todos disfrutamos.

This is a unwelcoming spot with excellent pizzas...so I guess you get what you paid for...it is good if you go with kids as it offers free refills and desserts, but the staff was unfriendly and tired.

Nous avons été globalement mal accueilli dans ce restaurant. C'est dommage car la formule buffet est très plaisant et rapide.

Non abbiamo volutamente provato pizzerie italiane che di solito sono fake, per cui una sera ho deciso di cenare con mia figlia di 8 anni in questo locale di passaggio nella zona di Russell Square e devo dire che il locale è abbastanza piccolo e vecchiotto con un servizio molto approssimativo e lento (nonostante non ci fosse il pienone) senza commentare la tipica pizza (pan nel nostro caso) che è di una qualità standard e per una sola volta può andare!

El lugar estaba vacío pero teníamos un tiempo limitado, así que nos fuimos de todos modos. No podía entender el servidor con habilidades de comunicación muy pobre. Nos sirvieron la inicial sin ninguna opción para lados/fuentes así que tuve que ir preguntar. El entrante y plato principal al mismo tiempo.

Fuimos el jueves a las 2:30 de la tarde, sentados enseguida, y no la oferta de buffet, que es tan buena relación calidad-precio. La única queja fue que llegamos después de un grupo grande, así que cuando las pizzas estaban rellenados que habían desaparecido casi al instante, por lo que tuvimos que esperar de nuevo! Aparte de que es justo lo que esperas!

Stopped off here on a Saturday evening late on. The service was good, the place was clean and the food very nice. All in all a typical pizza hut and would visit again.

I was in London for work and was on my own so popped in here for food, big mistake. I was put on a table facing a wall right next to the loos, i could reach out and touch the door, not a good start. Waited ten minutes for someone to take my order. What to say about the salad bar - very poor selection and the potato salad was just a squidgy mess so avoided that like the plague. Pizza was quite tasty. Had ice cream for dessert and had to ask three times for a spoon to eat it with. Before I'd even finished bill was brought to the table, how rude, I didn't ask for it, I'll leave then. Took money to till no one paid any attention so i just left it on the side and left. Rude staff who don't care and would never go here again.

Let's start with the salad bar. When the new 'fresh' salad comes out they dump it on the old salad. If you like dried out cucumber, brown lettuce then this is great. The pizza was the worst I've ever had. Hardly any topping. At buffets your meant to have food there but they keep running out. The staff didn't seem to care to much about anything. If you like poor quality pizza and salad that is going off then this is the place for you. Otherwise go to anywhere else as it will be better.

The sign on the door was advertising 'all you could eat', so of course I walked right in.It was just after 1200 and it was empty. However, there were pizzas left there that were 7/8 eaten and going cold. We waited, and waited and waited. No new food. The staff promised some would come a bit later. 15 minutes later a cheese pizza came out. I felt greedy for taking more than one slice because it meant other people wouldn't get any. So me and my family had one slice and some salad. The salad became cross contaminated with some rancid potato salad type product oozing on the tomatoes and everything else.A new pizza would come out every so often and everyone would run over and take a slice and then return to their tables. It wasn't 'all you could eat'. It was take a slice and wait. It felt like a scene from Oliver Twist- the phrase 'please sir, can I have some more' comes to mind.I can see why Pizza Hut is disappearing from the high street because it is cutting corners and the customers are remembering the poor service and lack of food.RIP Pizza Hut

Always visit this restaurant when I am in London. The buffet lunch is very worth it. Plenty of choice from the pizzas and salad buffet. Unlimited drinks. The times are great and they continue serving until 3pm. The price is £6.99. The staff are very nice and polite.

Fikk bestille raskt men fikk kun velge tynn bunn. Pizzaen smakte greit men foretrekker den tykke bunnen. Betjeningen var hyggelig men virket litt stresset den dagen vi var der.

Its just like the other Pizza Huts around, except this one is in a great part of London, just around from the Museum and central to everything.

I went here at a lunchtime and the restaurant was quite full. The buffet was busy but I heard a couple of complaints from people that there weren't enough pizza's available. That said, and the ones next to me had the buffet refunded, they did leave 2 full pieces of pizza; and a full drink. My pizza was tasty but took longer than I have previously waited to come. I was beginning to think they had forgotten the order. The staff seemed well presented and friendly; just seemed the kitchen may have been a bit overwhelmed.

We went to see Peter White. My friend didn't really see him as she had a huge pillar in front of her. No price reduction or warning of restricted view. The pizza was cold. I queried this. The 'waiter'took it away. It came back having been zapped. Still cold. We were not impressed with anything.

Awesome and perfect. Restaurant not far from Southampton Row bus stop. I have cineworld unlimited card so get discount but still food here is scrumptious and most of all customer service is excellent and staff will go out their way to help you. Below you will see I love my lasagne n it really is tasty. Yum yum and I recommend ice cream sundaes too. So if near pop in. Restaurant is long and narrow but plenty of seats. Maybe busy at weekends and peak times BUT so are most places so yeah give it a go

Although there were very few customers, it took ages for anyone to show us to our table and even longer for our order to be taken. No one offered us the salad bar. The ladies' toilet was scruffy and not very clean.To be fair to the restaurant, there didn't seem to be many staff working, but at 5:30pm on a Friday, that really shouldn't be the case.Pizzas were as yummy as you'd expect from a Pizza Hut, which is why I've given it 3 stars.

The service was great. The Pizza was hot with a good amount of toppings on it. The Crust we asked to be thin and it was perfect. We got Chicken pieces and taters with our order and it was great. A good value and for sure worth a visit

I dropped in for a meal before meeting friends and was quickly offered the menu and served with my drink and sides. I chose from the vatiety of food on the free salad bar, and sat down to my meat feast pizza.The staff were attentive and asked if the food was ok and it was. I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't meeting friends. I'm not normally in the Russell Square area but if I were in future I would consider this place depending on the occassion.

Dopo aver visitato il British museum abbiamo fatto un veloce lunch in questo fast food. Piccolo, con 2 camerieri gentili abbiamo usufruito della promozione pizza, pasta, insalate e bibite a volontà al prezzo di 7,50 £ (il servizio si chiude alle 3 pm). La qualità è standard da fast food di questa tipologia : non bisogna aspettarsi molto. Ma una volta tanto va bene così.

Det er lidt synd, for jeg var lige ankommet til London og håbede på, at det ville være godt (Pizza Hut på Strøget lukkede desværre for mange år siden) - men pizzaen var forfærdeligt underbagt. Det var som at spise en varm bolle med ost og pepperoni på. Ikke godt. Til gengæld var hvidløgsbrødet godt nok. Advarsel: Jeg har spist pizza nogle gange i London, og det virker generelt bare som om de serverer pizzaerne underbagt.

Wir besuchten das Lokal um kurz am Mittag etwas zu essen.Über Mittag besteht die Möglichkeit für einen fixen Preis sich am all-you-can-eat Buffet zu bedienen. Dort gibt es als Vorspeise u.a. ein Salatbuffet und danach kann man sich an den diversen Pizzen bedienen.Wir entschieden uns für eine Supreme-Pizza sowie einem Menusalat, den man dazu erhielt und am Buffet zusammengestellt werden konnte.Die Pizza war so wie man sie von Pizza Hut auf der ganzen Welt kennt und auch erwartet. Eine Pizza "American-Style". Dies kann sicher nicht mit einer italienischen Pizzeria verglichen werden, aber dies weiss man ja wenn man in einen Pizza Hut geht.Für dieses Segment war das Essen gut und auch preiswert. Für einen kleinen Imbiss ganz OK.** Diese Bewertung basiert auf meinem persönlichen Empfinden nach dem Besuch dieses Restaurants **

Booked for 12 people on Monday but when getting to the Pizza Hut they had ignored the booking. They tried to seat us but we were split around the restaurant. I wouldn't have minded but the best thing in the place was the strawberry Pepsi! Pizza was cooked on top but the base wasn't. I don't expect a lot from a Pizza Hut hut this was horrid....I suggest if you are in this area and want pizza, go to the cafe in Russell Square and have a pizza there.

My partner and i came here last week for a pre film pizza , there were two people serving , both apparently were in training , i ordered a Cola , when it came it was flat and clearly from the dregs ,so asked for a fresh one, we ordered , then five minutes later , we were served potato wedges , which we hadnt ordered , they went back and waited for our starters and pizza ...and waited ...and waited ....my partner and i were getting jittery about the time as we had to time the food with the time the film started , when my partner (after still waiting 40 minutes) stood up to question to find out what was happening and wasnt too happy , the two waitresses looked at each other and giggled , that in turn got me annoyed , no customer expectataion , my partner asked for the manager and the manager came and aplogised profuseley , and gave us our meals for free , she then told the waitresses off and was correcting them (rightfully so) she was a perfect example of how to handle customers , her charges however were not ! The experience left a bad taste in my mouth , luckily , the pizza didnt

When I reviewed this last time I said I would give it another go, so I did, but I will not be going again. It was fairly busy when we went in but we were seated quick and when our order had been taken we went to the salad bar where we found only about 6/7 bowls...and most of them were dirty like they'd not been washed and half an abandoned pizza! We did find two clean bowls so we did get our salad and in hindsight I should of mentioned it to the waitress but I didn't. The pizza was good I can't fault that the service was good too, but the place just seems to be going downhill so I won't be returning.

La pizza era buona ma faceva molto freddo all'interno del locale. Cameriere abbastanza cordiali, anche se parlavano molto in fretta senza permetterci di capire ciò che dicevano.

The staff here used to be happy and helpful, but it seems that this pizza hut has got rid of them and sent in people who ignore people waiting to come in and those already in are left to their own devices, infact to the point where you show yourself in and sit down...that is then when the guy (who I assume is on his phone behind the counter) comes out and moves you to a smaller table and then goes back to his phone!!I can't fault the food, the service was poor this time but I will give it another go as everyone deserves a second change...so watch this review!

Popped in here Saturday 27th Feb, first impressions, tatty, searing, chairs, wallpaper. Ordered a half and half pizza and some fries. In the meantime, 3 other couples arrived 5-10 minutes after us. Our fries arrived, then the 3 couples pizzas, we asked where our pizza was, waitress kept saying 5 minutes, tried to refill our drinks, machine was broken. Pizza finally arrived,,it was cold, we had already complained about time and drinks, so felt we should just eat up. I had 2 slices, my friend picked all the cold chicken off her pizza. Asked for bill twice, waiter was far too busy texting under the counter so asked another waiter. Paid and left. Started being very ill in the night, this has put me off Pizza Hut for ever, I would never return.

Ordered nacho starters, side orders and pizza. The starter, sides and mains came out together so pizza and sides were cold after eating starter. Did question it with the waiter but not much sense back. Ruined meal as there was so much food on the table at once. Service was average and no refund on starter offered but we luckily had a discount voucher.

Visited Pizza Hut on Southhampton Row one Sunday evening. Service was good and very prompt, with a free Salad Bar and free drinks refills. It is a good place to socialise as the place is not crowded since it is far from the madding crowd of central London. The only drawback is that the place needs to be refurbished as it is quite old now. Having said that, I would still go there again.

I love Pizza Hut, the free salad bar, the bottomless soft drinks and the lovely staff are all big draws for me, as is the Ultimate Thin Pizza. This branch does have a lot going for it, but to be honest it has gone down hill a lot since I first went here in November. The staff are nice, its always easy to get a table, it is usually warm and it isn't loud as some of the branches - but the toilet hasn't been properly bolted to the floor for weeks and the seat is broken off and has to be balanced on. The salad bar has been more limited than other branches for weeks, items keep being off. To be fair it has been over Christmas some of the time and people can run out, but the other branches have kept up with demand. I do eat here when I'm the area, but it isn't as good as the Strand.

Si l'accueil de ce petit restaurant Pizza Hut est avenant, la qualité des mets servis au buffet à volonté est franchement à revoir... peu de choix de pizzas, des ingrédients pas appétissants depuis le buffet de crudités jusqu'aux sauces quasi liquides... quant aux sodas à la pompe, disons qu'ils ont au mieux un goût de médicament qui ne donne pas envie de se resservir du tout... et on a évité sciemment les pâtes, le point rédhibitoirement faible de la chaine qui n'a jamais su comment faire cuire des pâtes al dente... bref, un rapport qualité/prix médiocre : 20 livres à 2 pour de la pizza très bas de gamme dans un environnement assez terne, pour ne pas dire bizarrement entretenu, en témoignent des espèces de plaques de scotch au sol pour marquer quelque passage de câble... A choisir, mieux vaut éviter l'endroit !

La pizza è buona, ovviamente molto diversa (per non dire che non ha niente a che fare) con la pizza italiana, ma la curiosità di andare da Pizza Hut mi ha portato ad assaggiare la pizza con il bordo ripieno di formaggio e di prendere quella gigante... Davvero grande!

As saladas são frescas e saborosas, os sucos bem concentrados e grandes, as pizzas são "normal" porém bastante suculentas! Valeu a pena almoçar umas 3 vezes por semana depois que saia da aula! hehehe =)

Pizza Hut, as a chain, promises reliability, and this PH delivers on that. Reasonably nice interior (like the booths) but rather intrusive music is a bit annoying. Food is fine and the £14.99 offer is good value. Service is very pleasant and prompt. Overall, ideal as a good value pizza place, largely in line with other similar chains.

Love the four cheese pasta and when they ran out of a pizza I particularly liked. They were super quick it making another one. Great service and really tasty. Awesome service and nice and cosy. Fantastic price for buffet too!!

Endroit parfait pour manger une pizza après avoir visité le British Museum. Le buffet n'est pas immense mais suffisant pour que chacun y trouve son compte. La machine à glace à la disposition des enfants a été la cerise sur le gâteau!La serveuse était souriante et peu intrusive. Juste comme j'aime.

The Pizza Hut in Russell Square is quite small but the pizza is just as nice. The staff are helpful and there isn't much a wait because it is only a small Pizza Hut.

As a chain restaurant we knew the menu would be to our liking. As it was a Sunday evening it didn't seem too busy but we got served promptly by a helpful member of staff. A plate from the salad bar is always a useful way to wait for the main dish.

This is a nice Pizza Hut. Everything one expects from the hut was there. Our food was delicious and the staff were welcoming. It was lunchtime when we visited and it was not overly busy.

Good pizza even if is not the Italian Original type, the service is very well organised and the prices are not very affordable.

Nos sirvieron muy bien y rápido, la variedad de las ensaladas era libre, y las gaseosas en general, a partir de 2.55 libras podías servirte cuantas veces quieras. Recomiendo este lugar para una cena rápida y económica en pleno Londres.

Usual standard pizza hut nothing otustanding substancial good pizza with decent service and attentive staff no issue here

Una buona soluzione solo a pranzo quando ci sono offerte come il salad bar illimitato con pizza e pasta.Altrimenti i prezzi non sono così bassi e negli anni ho riscontrato un peggioramento.

Small restaurant but friendly, regular Pizza Hut menu but nothing too much trouble and pizzas were lovely

This is located just next to Imperial Hotel. Very Good Buffet option with lot of Salads and choice for vegetarian pizza. Liked it a lot.
