I ordered lamb chops. That was not a lamb but an old animal. No lemon for the salad, just bottled lemon juice. The ordered bread never arrived. Fish n chips was I believe frozen. The waitress brought the beers without glasses. Overall I regret going there.

Crazy Salad has certainly got the ‘crazy’ right! Crazy 1: An exorbitant £5.48 ‘eat-in’ charge in a regularly sit-down restaurant!!! (Is there an ‘eat-out’ charge?) Crazy 2: Fish and chips that were dripping with grease and totally tasteless! Crazy 3: Harbouring the illusion - or more correctly, the delusion - that frequent visitors to London, such as myself, would ever return to this place!!

This restaurant is quite expensive And the customer service is very bad. I do not recommend this place because of the poor food variety And if it wasn’t enough they refused to serve le a breakfast because it was 6pm !! I am never coming back !!

I don't mind a salad but it's not food that would tempt me to eat somewhere but as I had time on my hands I went to check out their menu out of curiosity......turns out they have a full menu and a licence - who knew? I ate here twice, once for breakfast and once for brunch and had an omelette on both occassions - despie being very tempted by their other cooked breakfast offerrings. Service was excellent and all the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty, the portion size good and the price nice - considering it's London. Yes the chairs could do with a fresh cover on them but the place was clean and busy without being overly rammed, and had I been staying longer I would have come back for an evening meal. I was served with a smile, not pressured to be quick with my choosing and everything about the place made me feel comfortable. Solo travellers, couples, friends, families and work colleagues all appeared to be coming and going so this is an eatery for all. I'm trying to think of other positive things to say....but ultimately it was just great :)

Really bad customer service. From we entered the shop extremely dismissive and blamed it on a busy shop however the shop was quite empty. Still tried to give it a minute and see if demeanour and attitude would change however it did not. Clearly just did not want to tend to us. I don’t know if it was a colour thing but whatever mood they were in got taken out on us. So we ended up saving our money. It’s not just about the food. It’s about the customer service too. Was quite excited as we came to banquet. but seeing the other reviews also. SAVE YOUR COINS.

Good place to eat at a reasonable price. It has a varied menu with different options. We decided on a stuffed potato and a "crazy burger". The service is fast and friendly. I will definitely repeat when I return to London. The plates are large and have a good amount of food. I recommend it if you are in the area and don't know where to eat.

Amazing fresh salad. I wanted a healthy lunch so went here. There is a massive salad bar with so much choice there is something for everyone. The portions are large and filled me up. I had a beef salad, which ultimately was a stir friend steak. Lots of other things on the menu if you don’t want to as healthy as I was feeling that day.

Just a short walk from Euston station, good and filling food for a decent price. The staff are so friendly as well.

Just had a horrifying experience – found DEAD BUGS in my vinaigrette! 😱 We told the waitress with RED FINGERNAIL, but NO apology. She even GRABBED my phone, DELETE the pics by herself, WITHOUT PERMISSION! She also threatened me not to leave the restaurant!

I have never experienced such in London. There were small flies in the bottle of vinaigrette, while we have already added it to our food. From we noticed the problem and told to the staff to when we left the restaurant , nobody even apologized to us. The only action they took was starting collecting vinaigrette bottles served in every table. This is an absolute evidence that they were not confident with their food safety. When I said the problem to the woman standing in the counter, she even expressed kind of contempt and doubt. Even though we didn’t need to pay for the meal, we didn’t eat much as well. And the whole process was so agonizing. What’s even worse is that we tried to take photos of the bottle as our proof, but one of waitresses wrenched the phone away directly to delete those photos and threatened us she would call the police if we didn’t delete them. Come on, so many photos uploaded here, and she said it’s not allowed？You just don’t allow bad photos, do you? We had classes afternoon, and we met this kind of situation for the first time, so we stupidly let them use our phone to delete them. Now, we are really upset with what we experienced this noon. I can still remember the scene that flies dying in the bottle and the staff’s attitude, which really ruin my whole day.

Fair selection on the menu reasonable prices. One gripe ask for pint of Stella shandy. No lemonade so had a Sprite and half of Stella. Cost £8,40. Pint of Stella would have been £6.90. Shall not return.

A great selection for vegetarians and fussy meat eaters. Enormous portions and the perfect variety of breakfasts to set us up for a day’s sightseeing. Cheaper and better than the breakfasts offered by the hotels

Called in for breakfast while in London and waiting for a train home, avoiding the bland chains in Euston. Full english very acceptable and coffee was also fairly good considering the menu is pretty extensive. Staff were pleasant too

Absolutely terrible experience. Came in to get a snack and coffee, went to use the toilet before ordering- within 2 mins the owner was literally hammering on the toilet door shouting and swearing at me to open the door otherwise he will smash it down. When I came out he squared up to me, shouting in my face saying ‘who the f*** do you think you are using this as a public toilet’ and to ‘f*** off’. I tried to calmly explain that I was about to order my food but needed the toilet first but he was completely unreasonable and very aggressive and verbally/physically threatening. Even the customers eating heard this and couldn’t believe it. Will never consider giving someone like this my business. Absolutely hideous.

Really fresh and tasty food with lovely service and all well priced. Had a full English breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife had a vegetarian omelette which was so big she couldn’t finish it. Definitely heading back there next time we are in the vicinity. Definitely recommend.

Always have breakfast here when staying at Euston Travelodge. Their cooked breakfasts are big, well-cooked and arrive quickly. The salads look good too.
