lavender iced latte didn't taste like lavender really sweet to be honest and the dragonfruite and guava refresher had a slice of lemon in it which ruined the drink as comparing a similer refresher from somewhere else this one was really sour these drinks are not worth the money
Just had a Sunday lunch which I have to say was exceptional - cooked nicely and very tasty - it’s actually restored my faith in eating out as so many times I have been disappointed in restaurants .
In new hands - Manager Kostas who is very helpful and friendly
We went to The Bank House midweek and took advantage of the half price drinks. I ordered 2 cosmopolitans which were delicious. We shared some tapas style starters and ordered the chicken burgers for mains. Really filling and very tasty. Loved the decor and the background music. Would totally recommend.
I sometimes struggle to give an example of a service I’m really impressed with - but not now! Super courteous staff, gorgeous food that was presented in a way that you could just tell the chef put every ounce of effort into! Simple food done exceptionally well - very very high standards!! Thank you Rubys cafe - Chris
The shop has all the same phone numbers and is identical inside, but the quality of both the fish and the chips has plummeted. It was brilliant but now the chips are greasy and not as crisp, while the batter on the fish gives you indigestion. Previously the best in SE London now not worth having. I will not be using them again.
Lovely food freshly cooked. Had the unlimited buffet lots of choice and can order from the buffet menu.Staff very helpful sat in quiet area as requested and wasn’t rushed arrived at 6 and left at 9.30. Will definitely go back, thank you for a lovely evening.
