Fantastic concept and burgers are number 1 (10/10).
Although the bun was burnt last time.
Always seems understaffed
There should be 2 people there you would benefits great on the service.
Also maybe open as scheduled as Iv been twice driver there and it’s closed
Could see this being a franchise all over
Great authentic food at very reasonable prices. The injera is particularly good unlike most sold in London restaurants. Multi vegetarian dish was very tasty. The spicy food can be very spicy. The owner is your waiter and is not reluctant to give good advice.
It can be regarded as a standard three-star restaurant. There is nothing to be picky about the food; it borrows some Asian food elements (sashimi/British mustard/Hong Kong pastries/Asian seasonings), but it lacks a bit of surprise for Taiwanese people.
The desserts were better than expected; if I had to fault it, the distance between tables was too short and it was a bit crowded.

Book your time in advance and skip the long queue. The inside is a must-see for history back to 1050 when they started building it. Pictures don't do it justice.

I expected good service and a traditional English tea on our recent visit, what we received went far beyond expectations. I read several reviews of tea at the Ritz, quite a few of these were quite disparaging. This is a shame as our experience was wonderful.
