Lovely food that is extremely good value and always nice large portions. BYOB so even cheaper.

Really lovely meal. Like it's BYOB as that makes it more affordable for people. I tried the 0% bierr moretti which was pleasant. Will definitely come back here again. Best bit. My sons treated me and their nan.

Been here a few times - menu is fine and everything we have had so far has been very tasty. Service is very good and it’s BYO wine/beer. Only one slight issue which stopped me awarding 5 stars was that the food does come up fairly swiftly between courses.

The food here is incredible! Lovely little local curry house. Made even more affordable by BYOB (Its usually approx £20pp, inc. sides etc.) I've been plenty of times with groups of 4-12 and they have always been accommodating. You definitely need to give it a try if you haven't already!

Food was really good. Service okay. Bit disappointment on the end receiving bill hand written hale english half hindu. Couldn't get what paying for but prices on the bill were not matching prices in menus. Few £ difference. Not too pricey anyway Overall a good experience and I can recommend it.

Our first visit since it was renamed from the Saqui, and we were pleasantly surprised. We went on spec on a Friday evening (18:30ish) and it was already fairly full. The restaurant obviously caters for families and large groups (we counted one group of 16) but it was all smooth. Staff were welcoming and the service was prompt and efficient. There was a slight mix up with our food order, but this was quickly rectified. Our meals were tasty and well presented, and we'll happily be going again. Worth noting they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own (there is an off-licence next door or the Co-op two doors away). Overall a pleasant experience and I'm happy to recommend.

I visited the Saint Martins restaurant in Carshalton beeches with my mother. We had a lamb tikka masala and Lamb Naga, they was both delicious. We also had a Sag aloo which was lovely, and a vegetable curry side dish, there was not many vegetables it this dish but it tasted great. Sometimes quality is better than quantity. The mushroom rice was good too. We arrived early and the restaurant was empty, it started to fill up as time moved on. A good experience and friendly staff made it complete. This restaurant has changed hands a few years ago. I had visited here when it was called something else and I remember it was good then.

Love this restaurant, the eat in and take away experience is always fabulous. The dishes are classic with some specials and the flavours are all different which is key!

I visited this evening with my brother and my son. The food is excellent. The chef came out to see us after our meal. I’m vegan (the others are not). He told me about the options he could prepare. Prices are very reasonable. Nice people. Highly recommended.

Good reasonably priced food and friendly staff

I ordered a takeaway for the first time today having heard good things from friends. The lamb dhansak was top notch: great consistency, perfectly spiced with a generous portion of meat. Will be ordering from them again and also plan to eat in the restaurant in the near future (why I couldn't comment on atmosphere today). Thank you Saint Martins!

This Indian restaurant is the best! Always delicious and full of flavour. They misread my order and although I got the correct order delivered they gave me a complimentary dish, so very kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it’s the only one I use. Thank you!

All good, nice food, reasonable prices and friendly service. Bonus is that you now bring your own wine/beer so the whole meal is much more affordable.

Had the tandoori mixed grill with a number of side orders. Food was delicious and as ever you can bring you own booze. Great price and friendly service. Will be going again soon

Very tasty food and lovely people. First time getting takeaway from Saint Martins. Had an issue with the card payment where I was charged more than once and the owner went out of his way to resolve and keep me informed until it was all completed. Will definitely come back.

That was the worst experience of my life , waited 25 minutes which is ok , food arrived got home , wrong order , returned with the food , no apology , just muttered 20 minutes , got home , stone cold , tandoori chicken had pockets of blood , i have been up all night with you know what , will never use this place again , a shambles .

Excellent size portions, really tasty food. We had delivery but will be dining out there in future. Food was delivered within a reasonable time considering it was Friday evening. The only negative was the guy that took the order said he’d include poppadoms but these weren’t included when the food arrived.

Great food, good value and friendly staff.

We have dined in twice recently now, and ordered two takeaways for delivery. We've tried a variety of dishes (me chicken, partner seafood) and have really enjoyed the meals, whether in the restaurant or as takeaways. Friendly service and great food at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is un-licensed so is BYOB. Highly recommended.

We used to use Saqui a lot, but switched across to Mohini by the station. After a few disappointing customer experiences with Mohini recently, we gave Saint Martins a try for a Take Away last night after hearing and seeing good reviews of it. Well, it certainly didn’t disappoint and we were really impressed. Delicious food with generous portions . We both had lamb dishes . we over ordered and they were kind enough to bag up the remains to take home. Good to note they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own . They have a great menu of non alcoholic options including beers & wines ,we chose mango lassi which was lovely . service was great and all were welcoming and attentive . will definitely go back .

Although the food is of a very high standard and by far the best locally and the bring your own bottle is an extra pull, the ambience needs work. No pictures on the walls. Quite dark inside. It is a little like eating in a hotel lobby. Get that sorted and they'll be laughing.

Used to be the best food around! its now under new management as of December 2021 and the food is now very average! more like a lot of other curry restaurants in the area, food tonight was bland oily smaller portions and not a patch on the old Saqui we used to love for over 30year! please being back the old food quality!

I am a HUGE curry lover! I have tried the mildest to the hottest and been in so many restaurants and had so many takeaways over the years. There is a curry house in Billingshurst and Durham City Centre that I rate very highly. Saqui in Carshalton Beeches is now up there in terms of food quality. I can not comment on dining at the restaurant as I discovered these guys during the pandemic for takeaways only. Hopefully I will get the chance very soon to visit them. I have tested several different curries there now and tonight I thought I would see if they could make something slightly different not on the menu. Instead of a standard chicken vindaloo, I asked if they could make me a chicken tikka vindaloo with a chilli naan bread. My wife shared a mild prawn biriany with her mum. Both curries were absolutely delicious! The vindaloo (if you can handle the heat) was so so good. Beautiful tender lumps of chicken tikka in a fiery dark sauce with potatoes. All of this mopped up with a gorgeous chilli naan. I tried the ladies prawn biriany and again the flavours were awesome. So many times I've been put off of prawn curry when you get chewy prawns. These were cooked to perfection and served in lovely rice with small lumps of cauliflower and accompanied with a vegetable curry sauce. Memories of their speciality jalfrezi will tempt me back to re-ordering that dish again very soon. Up to now I really can not find anything negative to say about Saqui. Very polite staff members taking phone orders to the same courtesy extended to their fast delivery service. Nothing was too much trouble. I honestly can't wait to visit their restaurant to thank them all in person for making me a very happy man throughout the pandemic. Their food is amazing and highly highly recommended! Easy 5 stars 🌟

I love this place. The best curry around (and I’ve tried most in Sutton and both in Belmont. The most meat and the best flavours.

Flavourful but had to wait 80 minutes from arriving to getting food. No apology or reason given when ordering. Not a large place so was surprised with the delay.

It's a small place and the menu is not very extensive - it's a bit of a throwback to the 80's high street tandoori to be honest, but without the flock wallpaper. Having said that, everything was tasty, well-cooked and plentiful. The aloo chat had a pleasing sourness, the onion bhajis were nice and light, the naan fluffy and garlic-ey and the dhansak was a good thick lentil consistency. Service was swift and friendly and the bill more than reasonable. Don't go there expecting innovative or modern cuisine - they don't do any fish dishes other than prawn - but if you're up for a chicken biryani or lamb bhuna-type 'Indian' meal at a good price, you won't go far wrong here.

A good range of standards and specialities though various recipes are not totally consistent from visit to visit (depends, perhaps, on how busy it is or what time of the evening). Staff are friendly and courteous when they get to know you and are polite and efficient otherwise. Normally works out to £15-£20 per head.
