Great food and very reasonable prices , dined in and had several take aways . Never disappoints. Everything freshly cooked lovely peshwari naan and the Samosas are brilliant. BYOB and they don’t even charge for corkage ! Best curry in the area , wouldn’t go anywhere else .

First visit to this restaurant! Great that you can bring your own drink but the restaurant could do with a refurb! Food was fine nothing special really

Food was good. Lovely tasty naan which was possibly the best I've had in a restaurant. Although the time we went was quiet the service was great, not sure about busy times but won't know till then. Pricing is average around £20 per person depending on drinks of course. Definitely would come back

The food is always good at Saint Martins and the chef is always happy to make a dish suitable for my husband's dietary needs. The only thing we weren't happy with was that the television was on a little too loudly.

I usually love this place but the curry was awful tonight. The chicken was chewy/rubbery and everything tasted stale :( really disappointed

They did not cater to our health concerns and ignored our allergies. Also customer service doesn't care about your health.

Went for the Monday £12.95 deal and ended up paying over £25 a head for tiny plates of food and not authentic curry. Sad to say I won’t return

Loved it . Good standard as usual.

The food is always tasty and served on warm plates. They very kindly make onion and garlic free dishes for my husband who reacts badly to these foods. Recently, they have started to charge for the accompaniments with poppadoms which adds to the cost, especially if you don't eat them.

chicken was very chewy not nice taste, completely different to last time I ordered was disappointed not worth £9..

Really lovely meal. Like it's BYOB as that makes it more affordable for people. I tried the 0% bierr moretti which was pleasant. Will definitely come back here again. Best bit. My sons treated me and their nan.

Been here a few times - menu is fine and everything we have had so far has been very tasty. Service is very good and it’s BYO wine/beer. Only one slight issue which stopped me awarding 5 stars was that the food does come up fairly swiftly between courses.

Driver very polite. Coconut rice was excellent and rest of meal was also very good. Large potions as well. Nice that they do the loyalty stamps. Definitely buy from again.

The food here is incredible! Lovely little local curry house. Made even more affordable by BYOB (Its usually approx £20pp, inc. sides etc.) I've been plenty of times with groups of 4-12 and they have always been accommodating. You definitely need to give it a try if you haven't already!

Food was really good. Service okay. Bit disappointment on the end receiving bill hand written hale english half hindu. Couldn't get what paying for but prices on the bill were not matching prices in menus. Few £ difference. Not too pricey anyway Overall a good experience and I can recommend it.

Excellent food, will order again

Our first visit since it was renamed from the Saqui, and we were pleasantly surprised. We went on spec on a Friday evening (18:30ish) and it was already fairly full. The restaurant obviously caters for families and large groups (we counted one group of 16) but it was all smooth. Staff were welcoming and the service was prompt and efficient. There was a slight mix up with our food order, but this was quickly rectified. Our meals were tasty and well presented, and we'll happily be going again. Worth noting they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own (there is an off-licence next door or the Co-op two doors away). Overall a pleasant experience and I'm happy to recommend.

Prawn Puri started good. Main course meat was tender but not spicy. Flavouring quite poor. Overpriced for type of meal we had.

I visited the Saint Martins restaurant in Carshalton beeches with my mother. We had a lamb tikka masala and Lamb Naga, they was both delicious. We also had a Sag aloo which was lovely, and a vegetable curry side dish, there was not many vegetables it this dish but it tasted great. Sometimes quality is better than quantity. The mushroom rice was good too. We arrived early and the restaurant was empty, it started to fill up as time moved on. A good experience and friendly staff made it complete. This restaurant has changed hands a few years ago. I had visited here when it was called something else and I remember it was good then.

Food was late and although we had conversations with the restaurant there was also items missing

Love this restaurant, the eat in and take away experience is always fabulous. The dishes are classic with some specials and the flavours are all different which is key!

Food was warm at best....won't be back

I visited this evening with my brother and my son. The food is excellent. The chef came out to see us after our meal. I’m vegan (the others are not). He told me about the options he could prepare. Prices are very reasonable. Nice people. Highly recommended.

Today the naan was burnt and the onion bhaji’s really weren’t nice. They tasted as if they’d been in the fryer for the whole day or left over and refried. Shame as last time it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever had. Korma was still nice.

Friendly, clean, nice relaxing environment. Food good with natural flavours, spices and herbs. Will be visiting again.

Excellent quality, tasty and good size portion

I ordered a takeaway for the first time today having heard good things from friends. The lamb dhansak was top notch: great consistency, perfectly spiced with a generous portion of meat. Will be ordering from them again and also plan to eat in the restaurant in the near future (why I couldn't comment on atmosphere today). Thank you Saint Martins!

This Indian restaurant is the best! Always delicious and full of flavour. They misread my order and although I got the correct order delivered they gave me a complimentary dish, so very kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it’s the only one I use. Thank you!

Chicken was dry and chewy. Jalfrezi sauce tasted alright, but it was lukewarm- and naan was cold. Hate throwing food away, but bin was the only place for this. First and last time ordering here.

All good, nice food, reasonable prices and friendly service. Bonus is that you now bring your own wine/beer so the whole meal is much more affordable.

Very tasty food and lovely people. First time getting takeaway from Saint Martins. Had an issue with the card payment where I was charged more than once and the owner went out of his way to resolve and keep me informed until it was all completed. Will definitely come back.

For was sublime just a little bit too much spice in it

That was the worst experience of my life , waited 25 minutes which is ok , food arrived got home , wrong order , returned with the food , no apology , just muttered 20 minutes , got home , stone cold , tandoori chicken had pockets of blood , i have been up all night with you know what , will never use this place again , a shambles .

Excellent size portions, really tasty food. We had delivery but will be dining out there in future. Food was delivered within a reasonable time considering it was Friday evening. The only negative was the guy that took the order said he’d include poppadoms but these weren’t included when the food arrived.

We have dined in twice recently now, and ordered two takeaways for delivery. We've tried a variety of dishes (me chicken, partner seafood) and have really enjoyed the meals, whether in the restaurant or as takeaways. Friendly service and great food at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is un-licensed so is BYOB. Highly recommended.

We used to use Saqui a lot, but switched across to Mohini by the station. After a few disappointing customer experiences with Mohini recently, we gave Saint Martins a try for a Take Away last night after hearing and seeing good reviews of it. Well, it certainly didn’t disappoint and we were really impressed. Delicious food with generous portions . We both had lamb dishes . we over ordered and they were kind enough to bag up the remains to take home. Good to note they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own . They have a great menu of non alcoholic options including beers & wines ,we chose mango lassi which was lovely . service was great and all were welcoming and attentive . will definitely go back .

Lamb biryani tasted bad, it was mushy and badly cooked. Tandoori wasn't much better either.

I have always stuck to the same meal from Indian takeaways, but I try different things here because all of the food is delicious and of a very high quality. Nothing artificial is used, Indian cooking at its best, every time!
