I accidentally forgot to get my food delivered to my home address. The delivery man was fabulous, he had it delivered to my address after. Thank you for a excellent service. Food as always great and tasty.

Very welcoming staff, the fried spring roll with freshly picked herbs were very crispy and hot.Pho soup was tasty and the portion was very large.Must try the Vietnamese coffee , these are the reasons I will come again

Pleasantly surprised! Loved the coconut drink with red bean, beef bun noodles was amazing (better if next time the noodles was cold, not warm). Authentic Vietnamese flavours and good portions 👍🏻

Lovely food and staff. Can be a bit busy on a Saturday night but cannot fault the quality and standard of the food. Bun bo hue is a favourite if you like it a bit spicy.

Lovely little find and good that its so local. Menu is extensive and we ordered the banh coun, fried chicken wings with a delicious sauce and then beef pho and prawn pho. Has loads of other authentic dishes and will try next time. Service is friendly and will definitely come back

I have always had a pleasant experience however today the pot of bun bo hue broth broke and spilt everywhere. I salvaged half a pot of broth but this isn’t acceptable. A better way of transporting the broth needs to be found.

Food was really good and they accommodated and gave us confidence with my son's allergy. I definitely will come back.

This was by far the most delicious food I’ve had in a very long time. So tasty and fresh, wonderfully seasoned. I really enjoyed it all- thank you! Very well packaged too which helped with the pho dish! :-)

The best service and food around

An authentic Vietnamese experience. I would recommend the classic: vietnamese pho dac biet (it's the special) with summer rolls as a starter; coffee if you're drinking in the afternoon! Good for solo eats, with a solid ambience for a small gathering if you were looking to have a good bite for din.

YUM, YUM, YUM, YUM!! We ordered a takeaway from here and it was so delicious! Although I found a couple of things a little pricey for the size of the portions received (e.g spring rolls). But it was all delicious and was delivered super quick. We will definitely be visiting the restaurant to try more dishes!

A lovely Vietnamese restaurant, The staff are very friendly, communicative and helpful, the food is delicious, the portions are bigger than average, price is reasonable, They also offer a 20% discount for August, I would definitely come back to try other dishes, and won't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone

Visited for lunch. Wasn't too busy. Dishes were tasty. Having a starter and a main was a bit much for me. We shared the pepper and salt squids and the chicken wings. My husband had one beef soups and I had a pork main #24. They are having a promotion in August... which we didn't know so got a 20% discount , yeah! The menu is a reasonable size so you don't feel overwhelmed with choice. My waitress showed me how to best combine my dish to make it tasty. Would recommend.

The place was quiet when we went. Generally clean. The food wasn't as great as expected. The sauce was sticky around the bottle where I had to wipe my hand every time I touched it. Friendly staff.

The delivery process was shockingly bad. The app was showing that the driver was waiting at the restaurant which wasn’t true. I phoned the restaurant, the lady told me my food was ready not no collection, and the lady ended up having to wait long after her restaurant had closed, ringing and ringing JE, to come and get my food. From my side, there was no obvious real-time way for me to contact JE, making your service absolutely unhelpful at a time of need. Your competitors offer this! Very very disappointing delivery, but the food, despite being cold by this stage, still tasted good. And a big thank you to the lady that tried hard to get my food picked up.

Fantastic food and service. Authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommend ordering the appetizers and the drinks! Comparatively, this place has better Vietnam Vermicelli (without soup) than pho.

Came to eat here last week and already ordered again via Uber eats as it was so good! Fantastic value (long time since I've seen mains for under a tenner) and the owners are absolutely lovely. New-ish business so definitely worth supporting.

We just collected a £90 order from Pho Palace and at first we were really enjoying the food. However, as we started to tuck into the Pork Bun (vermicelli) dish, we found a dead green bottle fly within the noodles. This completely put us off the rest of our meal, and everything was swiftly tossed out. What a total waste of money and a very disappointing first experience. Having rang to inform the restaurant they simply offered to replace the dish if we’d be willing to drive another 30mins to collect it! We weren’t offered a refund or for the food to be delivered - which would have been the least they could have done. They did offer a credit for the price of the dish for “next time”, but let’s face it, we won’t be returning!

Good quality, fairly sized portions and tasted great!

My family love Vietnamese food, therefore so happy this restaurant has opened up in Welling. The portions are big and the food ingredients used seem very fresh. Will recommend the Banh Cuon, Bo La Lot and the Phos. Will add to our frequent visit restaurant list as long as the quality remains the same.

Ordered for delivery via deliveroo Bun Bo hue - pretty good came with a lot of meat. Soup was leaking out of the container... (See photo) Think they should change the container. Banh cuon - bit light on flavour. Not enough salt for me. Also the sauce is quite sweet not salty enough compared to others. Noodles with spring rolls - haven't tried yet

We’ve been twice so far and loved it, the food is fantastic, the best pho I’ve had outside of Vietnam, rich yet light at the same time. Can’t wait to be back!

The food was salty and did not taste authentic Vietnamese. The sauce was really salty, no pickled carrots (barely any carrots really) and the packaging is non recyclable.

This restaurant’s starters and main are delicious! I’ve visited here a few times now as its local to me and I’ll definitely be going back! It’s affordable and very wholesome meal to have on a gloomy day. The staff are attentive and friendly. My personal favourite are the mango prawn salad(peanuts served separately), bảnh cuốn, and pho đặc biệt!

Love this place I've visited 3 times already, its only been open 5 days. Healthy original Vietnamese food. Can't recommend enough. I love the beef pho, on my return I'm loving the new additions to the menu. I can't stay away from this restaurant. I had lunch there again today just as good as ever.

We ordered pho beef and bun bo hue, plus betal leaf beef. All were tasty and the portion sizes were reasonable. We would happily come back.

This Pho has amazed me, I’ve to say the best I had around this area. The soup was hot enough to pull in my rare beef flat noodles. The size of the noodles was right match to goes with all (texture). The steamed rice roll was handled perfectly, rice roll in thin layer which is a skill to do & in the traditional way in Vietnam. Presentation was good & the bag was secure so nothing will spelt out. Definitely will visit again especially wanted to experience in restaurant for dine in.

There are very few authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the South East past Greenwich and Deptford. So this small restaurant is an absolute gem further towards Bexley and Dartford. The food is superb, and you can tell the ingredients used are of high standards. The portions, particularly the Pho were very generous, and we went home pretty stuffed. I brought my 2 year old and her grandparents, who also all enjoyed the food. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. There was a table next to us who were also complementary about the food and service. Warm welcome, warm goodbyes and see you soons. . Highly recommended.

Had a bit of problem but the manager and staff are very nice and polite. Anyone can make a mistake as we are humans after all. It won’t stop me from ordering from there again as food always great. Thank you for your service and I’ll be back!

food came broken and poorly packaged, soup in the bag as the container was completely broken, summer rolls out of their box in the soup in the bag, absolute state and not edible at all! very unhappy

Four of us came and had dinner here after getting a flyer through the door and trying a take away a couple of weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious - so fresh tasting. The owner Michael was very friendly and explained all the dishes to us and recommended what was eaten with what. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend!

Ordered from Just eat for first wine and only ordered Pho Tom. The broth alone was so so flavorful. I'm ill and this is definitely a nice thing to have right now. Only 4/5 stars as it's only one item from entire menu but I loved it!

So I thought I’d check it out and I ordered the prawn and mango salad along with pho. I was mostly looking forward to the salad which was so nicely presented with the prawns on top. When I served the salad, I quickly discovered that the original six prawns I could see, were in fact half prawns. So only three whole prawns in this salad which took up an entire container. Total disappointment.

Best restaurant on welling high street for food and service

We ordered 3 dishes for lunch today: a bowl of Pho, a chargrilled pork rice and a plate of steamed rice rolls. We were absolutely delighted with the taste of its food. Authentically Vietnamese. The serving portions were generous and the waitress, Huong, who served us, was friendly and attentive. Strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for tasty authentic Vietnamese food.

Lovely new addition to the high street! I love Vietnamese food and was impressed by Pho Palace, their Banh Cuon starter was especially nice. I want to try some more dishes next time! The staff were also very friendly and attentive and the restaurant decor was nice. Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant, super happy to have this open up. A bonus is that they close quite late too!

I’ve lived in london since 2016- eaten Vietnamese in the east north central’s nd south london. This is the best by far. Incredibly fresh and authentic. We will be travelling back here from Peckham without a doubt.

Wow. What a gem of a place. Such a great addition to the local area. Reminds me of my Vietnamese friend’s mums cooking. Was in a group of 5, we started with the fried spring rolls, grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves, pork mince rice rolls, summer rolls and pancakes. Definitely as authentic as the ones sold in the famous Vietnamese restaurants on the kingsland road and deptford area. Was really excited for the three bowls of pho we ordered. The Broth was so flavoursome. Bravo to the chefs for their hard work. I am sure they must put in so much effort to produce such amazing food. Also, had the three colour dessert which was my first time trying it. The kind waitress offered some guidance on how to eat it. You have to use the spoon to eat the red beans and jelly instead of just drinking it like a normal drink. It was so warming to have someone giving advice in a very friendly way. Will definitely be back. Great food. Great service.

I popped into the Pho Palace for an afterwork meal last night. Delicious food! Fresh, authentic, original flavours, all nicely presented. The restaurant has an easy, welcoming vibe, the staff friendly and attentive; I particularly liked the art mural on the walls. Welcome to Welling Pho Palace - I'll be back.....
