Had brunch today, @ TB Croydon, only one other table was seated. The place was empty. We ordered food & cocktails. One set of cocktails arrived, had to ask about the other two. Our meals arrived, but the side didn’t, asked to cancel the side as it hadn’t arrived well into the main course. No apology. Cocktails were good once received. The veg burger, was horrid, hard, tasteless, more of a icelands type of processed serving, I was totally disappointed. My guest loved her meal. Staff stood around either on their phones or popping outside for a fag or to speak on the phone. The place was empty, so was taken back why the service was so totally rubbish. We have had so many great brunches @ TB, but this time would be our last time. Customer service was extremely poor, the waiter who brought us our first drinks, didn’t say anything. Usually the vibe is upbeat, polite & attentive. Not today. Sorry TB, one less customer giving our custom to you in future. Sat for ages to get the attention of staff so we could pay the bill, way too engrossed on their phones. A very disappointing afternoon, paying for a rubbish experience & below standard food.

Food and cocktails were nice, servers friendly (Reb was lovely!) but for the brunch all we got was a burger alone and no sides - so keep in mind!

I had an amazing dining experience thanks to our fantastic waiter. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their recommendations for food and drinks were spot on, and they even took the time to explain the specials in detail. The service was prompt, and our orders were delivered accurately. Overall, their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our meal truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially because of the exceptional service we received.

Had a 2 hour bottomless brunch at turtle bay in Croydon today, delicious food and such a fabulous range of cocktails. Reasonably priced, lovely staff, great tunes and great vibe will definitely be returning.

NATALIA !!! made our experience worth every single penny .. I come here alot as I love the unlimited brunch but on many occasions I've left unsatisfied with the staff the food and the drinks .. HOWEVER on this occasion I was more than happy and impressed we need more staff like her and the guy behind the bar with the plaits .. Natalia was very attentive to all the customers in there she actually convinced me to change my meal "I order same meal all the time" and I actually loved it and want more !! I shall be popping in to check her rota as I must come again when she's working .. THANK YOU pls acknowledge her

Had a brilliant afternoon, greeted with welcome drinks... Food was really good had burger and chips very filling and good portion size. Very filling and flavourful. Out waiter Henry was very attentive and always made sure our glasses were never empty... Definitely staggering out of here a happy customer and ardem was a fantastic mixoligist fantastic cocktails!!!!

Kornelie moved with the beauty of a Russian ballet dancer. Leaping to our every need with grace and decorum. Never seen but always there. Discreet without fault. Here professionalism was a sight to behold . Turtle bay would be a shell without here (pun intended) Also drinks and food were nice and good.

Had an amazing experience at Turtle Bay! The atmosphere was vibrant, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Rebby was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. From the flavorful dishes to the great cocktails, everything was a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back!

We were visiting from Canada and Yomi, our server, was a superstar. He was very friendly and courteous and was quick to provide alternative solutions to orders that quickly sold out. The food and atmosphere was great but Yomi’s service was even better.

Came in for a drink and a small bite to eat. I was served by the lovely Kornelia, very friendly. The food was good although an item was not available on the platter, but this was substituted. Great drinks and food overall!

Kornelia was excellent and gave a fab service on Saturday. I have noticed that the Trinni Chicken Curry has got smaller in portion. I came years ago and they had bigger bowl and roti bread. It was so tasty though. Tiny bit rushed when the waitress tried to take my friends unfinished drink but good so far! Thank you
