We went to the Ledbury for celebrating birthday. Ordered 6 courses for lunch. I have to say everything feels perfect, food, services, vibe etc. Got lovely birthday cards, birthday dessert plate, and I believe there are extra food or dessert for birthday as we definitely feel even too full after 6 courses. And the food itself is amazing as well. Creative and tasty, 10/10. We forgot to take a picture of the menu, and basically stopped the waiter for every plate to explain what it is. Thanks for the patience :))

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Ledbury. I was feeling unwell when I visited, and instead of receiving any empathy or proper service, I was met with complete indifference. The staff was rude and seemed uninterested in providing any help. The service was painfully slow, and the food was underwhelming at best. I’ve had higher quality meals at cheaper places. For a restaurant with such a high reputation, I expected far more – not just in terms of food but in customer service as well. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Absolutely disappointing, and I will never return. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Three Michelin stars, The Ledbury It was the first time I ate raw ham and it tasted so good. I used to feel nauseous when I ate raw ham. Their dishes also incorporate many Japanese elements into them, giving Western food the lightness of Japanese food. The cinnamon rolls in the meal packages are huge. of praise! So delicious! Although I won’t get three stars until 2024, I think gold will always shine! The chef often comes out to serve dishes and asks everyone about the delicacy of the dishes. The emotional value is very high. He also took us to visit the kitchen. The day of the meal was Chinese Valentine's Day. It was a very happy day!

From start to finish this was a lovely evening with my partner, the staff were amazing and the ambiance throughout the evening was extremely pleasant, the food was presented to a high standard, and the wine was extraordinary. Highly recommended and will be attending again.

Very good and excellent restaurant

Visited recently for a late lunch. I had already been a few years back when it held 2 Michelin Stars. I’m happy to say the 3rd star is very well deserved. The quality of ingredients and the skill in cooking make a meal here a relative bargain compared to some other offerings in London. Wine list is very wide ranging and still approachable. Service is knowledgeable without being overly stuffy or fussy. All things considered, it’s close to perfect.

Truly a British institution. Consistent for over 15 years. Sommelier can be curt. Head chef very friendly and interested in fossil collecting. Check out their own wines made at a very reputable French Bordeaux estate.

I did the eight course tasting menu for £250. There was also a six course menu for £200. To me, all dishes were of supreme quality, but no dish had that “wow” effect on me.

Service was impeccable. The ambience is nice. The food is excellent but lacks the additional sparkle associated 3 star Michelin (I have no powerful memory of any 1 dish).

Absolutely amazing food and service. There were pieces on the tasting menu that are mindboggingly delicious. The duck liver parfait and the langoustine-prawn cracker-lolly pop; I will be craving those for a long long time. It was a very duck heavy menu. Not something I would have normally ordered but it was fantastic. There was a flavour passing through each dish that sort of connected them all. The wine pairing was perfect and absolutely delicious. And once I'd rolled myself home the 3 sweets they send you away with... I had some tangerine jelly, which was out of this world.

Creative and outstanding cooking! One of the best 3star Michelin we had in the last 3 years. The chef Brett is quite présent in his restaurant and very closed ho his guests. Excellent wine pairing with top comment from Jan the Sommelier. We really enjoyed everything.

We had an absolutely delightful dinner last night. Food - of course was superb. But also the service. Not just informed and efficient but a delight to interact with. Very highly recommended.

Let us start by saying that this is a 3 Michelin star restaurant, so expect to pay top dollar. The Head Chef is Brett Graham who hails from Newcastle in NSW, Australia. He has brought some fusion ideas to his menu, which are very popular in Australia. This is a degustation, or "tasting" menu, so many small courses. We started with 5 different canapes, all beautifully presented and described and each one delicious. They produce the ir own charcuterie and have a mushroom room at the bottom of the stairs where they grow many different varieties. It is a sight to behold! Every plate that followed was like a work of art, beautiful, balanced and delicious. This is innovative cooking with some native ingredients and it has an excellent cocktail list and wine list, many by the glass, or you can choose the wine pairing. The restaurant itself is beautiful and calming in appearance, not too loud and tables well spaced, being not too close together. And the staff are also delightful and couldn't do enough for us. It is no wonder Mr Graham has been awarded 3 Michelin stars - we agree wholeheartedly and would visit again when in London (bookings must be made months in advance, so beware of that). Thank you for a wonderful evening, especially to Aisla who was a key member of the wait staff.

We came here on our honeymoon with much anticipation and high expectations. TLDR amazing team, great appetiser and mains. Dessert needs work. If I could I would give The Ledbury a solid 4.6/5 but unfortunately google doesn’t allow. We arrived on a Saturday night for the first seating at 6pm. We were greeted warmly at the door. Our bags stowed and coats checked away neatly. We were sat and immediately the team came up and congratulated us sincerely and surprised us with a hand written card. We were off to a great start. Polite conversation with the service staff were welcomed and you can really feel a sense of genuine character with all the team. The appetisers came out while we were selecting drinks and they were amazing! Throughout the evening pacing was great we never felt rushed nor any major gaps in service. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wine paring. As we progressed I have to say the goats milk butter was really not for me it was too strong but interesting. The different cuts of venison were really interesting and nice. Where I felt like some improvements could be made are in the desserts department. All in all still a great evening and we really enjoyed it!

Had a great time here with my friends. My friend is pescatarian and she liked the adjustments that catered to her needs too. Everything is well-presented. My main was venison and it was cooked to perfection, one of the highlights of the meal. The chocolate in the end was not very much to my likings, but my friends liked them!

The service and atmosphere were lovely, but the food wasn’t quite to my taste. I was informed that the ingredients were carefully selected by the chef, with some even being homegrown. However, the seasoning was overpowering, and the food was far too salty, making it difficult to appreciate the natural flavors of the ingredients.

The Ledbury is an excellent choice for a special occasion, like a 10th anniversary dinner in our case. This Michelin-starred restaurant in Notting Hill is known for its exceptional cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and attentive service. The menu at The Ledbury features contemporary European cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients and innovative flavors. The service is impeccable, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who are happy to guide you through the menu. The only reason for my lower rating is that at the end of our dining experience, I noticed that one of the desserts of the tasting menu was never served to me. Which was very disappointing as their excuse was that because my partner is a coeliac, they didn't want to serve it to me, so he doesn't feel he's missing out!? What poor excuse, especially that throughout the tasting menu, they have adapted some of the dishes to his dietary restrictions while I was served everything as it was described on the menu.

We visited on 5th October 2024 to celebrate our friend’s Anniversary and my Husband’s big Birthday. We were not disappointed, the service, staff, food, atmosphere were amazing. From the front of house to waiters/waitresses to owner, we received wonderful friendly service and they could not have done more to make the evening so memorable and enjoyable. We have eaten in some of the best restaurants and The Ledbury is up there with the best. The food was so tasty and well thought out and presented. The wine pairings were great accompaniments to the wonderful food. Thank you so much for a fantastic night.

Four of us had dinner here. The menu was fabulous with many ingredients and ‘course stars’ quite new to us - testament to the chef, his creativity and of course his team. The restaurant is elegant with lots of space between tables and excellent chairs (which is a good thing as we had the tasting menu peppered with several amuse bouche and spent a tickle under fours here). The service was impeccable, knowledgeable and very friendly and Brett served several of our courses, chatted in general about business and seemed pretty chuffed when we recognised the mammoth jaw fossil !!! Thoroughly recommended for a very special evening out - the work involved in retaining 3 stars is apparent here!

the best service of all the Michelin restaurants we have ever been to. Very friendly and positive staff. Excellent wine list. The food is generally really tasty and creative. It a couple of portions, in my opinion, the perfect combination of flavors was sacrificed to showiness and populism (like the dish with black caviar, which completely negated the flavor range of the other, really interesting ingredients. Overall a really cool restaurant with a good atmosphere, service, thoughtful details of dishes and interior and decent food.

Amazing wedding anniversary celebration lunch yesterday. We’ve now eaten in all the 3* restaurants in London and this was arguably the best. How anyone can say a bad word about this place is beyond me and should probably stick to their local pub, especially if you just want chicken, steak or fish banged in the oven. Of course it’s not cheap, it’s one of the best restaurants in the world!! Food was incredible, staff were amazing, laid back and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was great. The sommelier gave some recommendations for reasonably priced wine (for this level of establishment!) at ~£70. Chef came out to all tables to describe almost every dish and the staff lined up to say goodbye. It’s one of the only 3* place that the chef has actually been in the kitchen to cook our food and it made a big difference. We had the 8 course tasting menu and each dish got progressively better through the meal. Just amazing!

Ingredient selection was meticulous and elegant, and prepared beautifully. The presentation and quality of the dishes was exceptional, and the service was attentive, informative, and kind. Great value for the quality of food, service, and atmosphere.

Absolutely spectacular. If you can afford it, the food is great, the service is perfect. The desserts can be better, a bit too much on the lemony taste for me. That is a singular downside in otherwise a wonderful and memorable experience.

One of my favorite 3 stars in the world! I think the price is so good for what you get. The food tastes amazing (there’s not a single dish that I don’t like, even the substitutions due to my dietary restrictions are well thought out, composed, dishes. And they are particularly good at seafood.) The service is on the next level. The first time I was here, they noticed that I wasn’t eating the sourdough crust, and for the next serving of bread they actually only gave me the middle parts!!!!!! This time around, my Mocktail came a little late and the sommelier felt so bad that he said it was on him! I have just been so impressed with the food and the attention to detail. I truly don’t understand how this could be only a 4.7!

Amazing experience for us. The nine course tasting menu was amazing with incredible attention in presentation, service and flavors.

The service was excellent. However the interior is very chic, but more importantly, the food is terrible! All the dishes were overly salty, and the taste was unpleasant. We felt we needed to rinse our mouths after some of the courses, particularly the main course. The quality of the food is also poor. For example, they use the cheapest N25 Kaluga Caviar (China origin with antibiotics), which tastes utterly bad. Don't they have money for good ingredients?

We went for a birthday lunch and had a really nice time. The waiters were kind and attentive and the food extremely good. The slight disappointment came when we were told that the entire group had to either have the 6 or 8 course menu and that they could not allow for a mix, with some of the group to having the 6 and others the 8 course option. Kitchen challenges were cited as the reason but it was unclear why dropping some courses for some guests would present a problem. Maybe it was more convenient for them or financially better for them to have us all commit to 8 courses?! Anyway, we had a nice time despite this point.

Terrible service, found multiple hairs in my food, very hostile atmosphere, never again.

Definitely it is not worth 3 michelin stars. Having been in another restaurants with this reward (in another countries) it is far from them. You should expect and get an experience from start to finish, and you do not get that here. Reception is cold, we arrive 15min earlier and they sent us outside: you would expect that they accomodate you in a waiting room for having an appetizer instead. The food was ok but most of dishes had a background taste (maybe meat brom, and something acid, sake or lime keffir) that make them too similar and no outstanding. The ambient is ok but nothing outstanding. Although i am not fan, you would expect a visit to the kitchen or something surprising, but it never occurs. The service is kind and good though. Overall, you get a 1 michelin star experience, but no 3.

Truly one of the best fine dining establishments in London. From the first starter to the final bite of dessert, there's a great combination of flavours. The cocktails were also exceptionally well done. A special shout out to the staff, as they were professional but not stuffy.

lovely restaurant in a very nice area. i went there for my birthday. we felt welcomed from the beginning. super friendly staff with a lot knowledge. food was amazing. plating on point and super interesting flavors and techniques. i loves that they have their own farms with animals and are very close to their suppliers. i could taste the amazing quality. my wife has a bell pepper intolerance and she got a great substitute dish. the owner is super friendly and comes to the table to present some dishes. great guy. hopefully i will manage to come back one day.. i would totally recommend this restaurant and wish all the staff all the best.
