Friendly staff, Food was 10/10. Great value for money and different from any other burger I've had. Pleasantly surprised!!

Recent Friday night visit to sample the wares. Burger, plantain and macaroni for about 15 quid. Macaroni and plantain just what I wanted, burger was tasty but couldve been improved by a better bun to support the ingredients,fell apart rather easily.

Appreciate food is best cooked to order but the wait was too long. I placed my order waited 10 minutes, thinking my food was ready only to be told it had not even begun to be prepared. The assistant should have given the heads up re the waiting time. I cancelled the order.

Great atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and lively. Delicious food.

I never write reviews, usually only when really impressed but never want to be negative as don’t want to hurt someone’s business. However, I’m shocked at how terrible this food was. The swwwwweeeeetest food I’ve eaten in years… and it was a savoury dish. Wings tasted like they were boiled in Jam and chips fried in sugar. And the lemonade? Illuminate yellow - not fresh at all. Sorry guys but you need to switch this up and improve your flavours, I wouldn’t ordinarily proactively go out there and say I don’t like something, but this was horrid.

If ever you want a burger or wings with a twist this is the spot. Chilli mango is a must try and the burgers are packed with flavour. Hands down the best burger/wings in South London

FIRST TIME HAVING THEIR BURGERS! 10/10 FOOD IS EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS! PLEASE AVOID ALL THOSE OTHER FAKE BURGER PLACES THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!! REAL MEAT AND THE HONEY MUSTARD WINGS ARE TO DIE FOR!!! chips, drinks even chips dipping sauce i wanted to drink it baahaa😋😃😍😍 My husband and kids wanted patty but it was finished so we decided to try these lovely burgers!! I'm really glad we did! I was filled up on a kids meal so I'd have to be really hungry to finish the larger sizes! But will go bigger next time. We got kids meal times 4 with wings You guys are doing well! Keep it up and you have 4 new customers as we ALL LOVE YOUR burgers!!! Thank you Shay and your other lovely team members for serving us. Good customer service from a guys called James and another young lady on the desk who's name i never managed to get, overall all the staff were polite and helpful and atmosphere was really pleasant

This is the best new spot in Thornton Heath! And they’re halal! Can’t recommend enough the food tastes spectacular, the vibe of the shop is lit and the customer service is A1!! Price point is too good as well can get so much food for your money. I recommend the yardy flip I think at this point I’m addicted.

All I can say is this is the best grub you’ll ever have in your life!!!!

words cannot begin to describe how amazing this place is. Everything is delicious the portions are amazing. You need to buy the big cup because you will want more drink. Fruit punch 10/10 wings 10/10 burgers 10/10 mac and cheese... need I continue everything is 10/10. Garlic Parmasean is untouchable Gooogle needs 6 Stars. This is the one.

Absolutely fantastic meal. The don dadda burger is delicious and the wings, the wings, were sensational (all flavours). I will definitely be spending all my money here!!

Hands down the best burger in town!!! 🤩🤩I’m in love with this shop, got the Flip Mafia- a double beef burger, fries, drink and 4 huge wings for just £10.50, 2 wings were bbq and the other 2 were Garlic Parmesan which wasn’t my first choice but OMG 😱 the taste, the flavour, so amazing. Service was great and fast enough considering the food is freshly prepared right in front of you, like you can actually reach over and touch the grill it’s that close, but once you see that burger being prepared alongside the wings being tossed in their sauces, you’re sold before even tasting it. With this open kitchen, These guys don’t hide a thing and it must be bc they know it tastes so good. The burger in my opinion is bringing better than 5 guys quality to Thornton heath, there’s even outdoor seating(which I wasn’t going to try until it gets a bit warmer). Well done Whip&Flip, thank you for adding quality fine fast food dining to our neighbourhood. Forgot about the drink, homemade fruit punch so niceeeeeeeee.

I was genuinely so excited to try this place out and had eagerly been waiting for an occasion to venture out as it’s about an hour away for us! The ribs where good for the price - good flavour, could have been a little meltier/softer but still if I was closer and this was a local spot for the ribs I would probably go back. One of the major let downs was whilst the buzzer looks cool it seemed to not have worked or perhaps as we were parked a couple of mins away it was too far - although the gentleman serving us didn’t mention this. Due to the buzzer not ringing we eventually went back after about 15mins to be told food had been ready a while. By the time we tucked it was already cold although I don’t think it should have gone cold so quickly. That majorly impacted how everything tasted I guess. Chips where cold otherwise would have probably been good? the wings seemed like they would have been well Cooked otherwise although the flavouring wasn’t for us. The burger - I got the classic burger was flavourless as though it needed salt or something? And the drinks where the biggest let down - we even got a third drink to take home but they just tasted like a powder formula drink, very artificial and perfumery. Service was not the friendliest but not bad per se. Will we wback? Unlikely.

The food was fantastic. I went late when the shop was closing and the service was great despite staff winding down. Wings were off good quality and had good flavour. The burger was just a monster! Chips were really filling too we could hardly finish them. Will be back.

The BEST! I had the whole lot. The brisket rib was Smokey and tender full of flavour just kept licking my fingers! Wings were amazing not dry at all, full of sauce and flavour and they were huge! :) The classic burger is by far the best burger I have ever had. The fries were almost like home made fries.. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a little skin on them. First bite of everything was a wow factor! 100% the best and full of surprises! The fruit punch juice, I couldn’t stop drinking and the ice was making it just that little cooler. I will always be ordering my burgers from whip n flip!
