Love this little cafe. I can phone ahead when I'm on deliveries and Lesley will have my breakfast roll waiting for me. If I eat in and on a diet Lesley will also do a ‘synfree’ meal for me. Really friendly and clean, perfect in every way

Just had takeaway , extremely disappointed. Iskender was very dry, shredded chicken . Barbecue onion ordered as extra portion , had no spice no molasses , were fridge cold and basically raw . The response to the complaint not the greatest , normally brilliant today poor

The Quays Café Visit: 10th July 2024 What a lovely Café with a fabulous view over Oulton Broad. We had Brie and Black Forrest ham toasties and a paninie. They were so good as was the coffee. There are nearby Lois. Staff are friendly and efficient. Thank you, Micah.

Had a family emergency making us unable to attend the booking and was charged £20 per person cancellation fee. Disgusting in this economy. Conveniently the notice telling you of the £20pp fee is conveniently down the bottom of a huge T&Cs list Edit - Have been now and changed review as food was really nice! However service was not and head manager quite rude and snappy, put a damper on our night. Not surprised really from the passive aggressive undertone of the reply on my previous review insinuating that I did not have a family emergency. Place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside - has an adjoining room with extra seating too.

A lovely meal we had at the Third Crossing. Would like the vegetables not boiled, but pan fried as mentioned on the menu. However, was lovely and would come back again.

Another amazing celebration cake from No. 142 Cafe. Lovely light sponge and beautifully decorated with fresh strawberries dipped in gold. Thank you.

The best in take away in Oulton broad

Coffee here is perfect, the home made food is delicious but sadly whenever I go in, which is quite a lot for a coffee when walking my dog. The staff are not the most welcoming. Usually, you are lucky to get a smile, there is no small talk whilst you wait for your order. If I didn't like their coffee and food so much I wouldn't go in. They just need to learn to smile and be welcoming to customers. I know many people who have said the same.

I tried the food at a event for the first time tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken strips meal box with bbq sauce and I enjoyed it so much. The food is so tasy and full of flavour. Looking forward to buying from you in the future 🙂

We attended the Festive Fun Lunch at The Wherry, the food was hot and there was lots to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed ourselves, it felt like a proper Christmas party.

The occasion was an awards night for the local powerboat racing club, The Lowestoft and Oulton Broad Motor Boat Club. It was a very busy night for the two ladies behind the bar and they were working very hard indeed. (I know because I've done it !). Their service was efficient and friendly and I would recommend this pub without hesitation.

What a cracking little place to eat, don’t be deceived with the exterior inside a very smart establishment. Prompt and very friendly service. The lasagna was immense and so tasty whilst the burgers weren’t your average burger, there was meat in there. We were in Oulton B-road with a day boat and found this place after been in the park. Go try you won’t be disappointed.
