My last few orders have been late by quite a lot previous was near 2hours this one by 30, the issue with this recent order was I ordered the Sweet Caroline goat box was contacted that they forgot to take it off as didn't have the ingredients fair enough so got a diff one, so i ordered stateside fries with it & instead got bacon/frazzle bits over them so a completely different order missing what I wanted. Really disappointed as have ordered a lot, the service hasn't been there my last 3 orders.

Food was amazing, some of the best buffalo wings I’ve had in the uk. They didn’t have the drink I ordered but replaced with two different drinks which was really kind of them. Thanks all at just winging it, keep up the good work👍

The Baconator burger was delicious! Buffalo Load fries and chicken bites also really good, good kick to them. Due to delivery, was slightly cold… but overall would order again with out hesitation!!

Sadly place has gone downhill. In both taste and quality and now shows up ice cold won’t be ordering from here again. A shame as was once really good

My order was confirm at 19.47 and was scheduled to arrive at 21.05 and said it was delivered at 21.10 but I didn’t receive it until gone 10pm. The restaurant called at 21.14 to apologise and said it was 10/15 minutes away but it obviously wasn’t. When food finally arrived it was really soggy, cold and just not the usual standard. Satay sauce was like water. Staff were friendly but it wasn’t worth the wait or paying £22.

Very tasty chicken burger. Really crispy batter and very succulent meat. The portion was generous and we really enjoyed the tenders and the free chicken bites. Highly recommend.

This was first time we have ordered and received food from this restaurant. Food was hot and very well packaged to retain heat during transit. The quantity and flavour of food was very good. We shall be using this restaurant again!

Texted telling me it would be delayed. Have me new time. That wasn't met. I texted asking where it was. Texted back giving another new time. Although food in foil - was soggy, badly presented - literally looked like a dogs' dinner, leftovers, and barely warm. Was hoping to watch a particular programme with my ordered meal - but with the agitation of waiting for meal being delayed, texts etc - pretty much messed up my plans for the evening.

So Tasty! I'm ordering again tonight to treat my man. So glad I tried a few bits. This is very different to most take aways. I fully recommend your mouth will be buzzing with great flavours !

Burgers and fries were delicious and delivery time was as stated. Unfortunately the chicken tenders were not……….“tender” in-fact they were a bit chewy which was a shame for my daughter who claims to be a chicken tender expert. All in all pretty good and would order again !

Both the smashed steak and chicken thigh burgers, chicken and cauliflower wings and fries were absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. Food was delivered late, but the restaurant did keep us updated by phone (rather than just app notifications, which was refreshing!) and was still delivered 100% correct and hot. Would definitely order again and recommend.

Shrinkflation is understatement, two burgers with fries, my box had a grand total of 8 small chips..... The burger was decent, albeit again on the smaller side. £13 a pop was certainly not money for value. Will not be ordering again.

Hello. We ordered one lot of chicken bites and one set of wings with our order but unfortunately they were flavoured the wrong way round. The bites were with the BBQ sauce etc and the wings were plain but these were ordered the other way round. Just thought I should let you know.

Food arrived over 45 minutes late ( waited 2 hours for 2 portions of chips and some wings) the loaded fries were small considering the cost and were absolutely covered in sauce!!!!! I know loaded fries are supposed to be saucy but they were way over the top to the point where they were inedible. Not to mention the fact everything turned up cold. The wings are small for the cost and again absolutely covered in sauce. Had high hopes for this place as our first order and we are very disappointed. £35 for 2 portions of fries and 12 chicken wings is a joke! Thought it must be worth it for that price but definitely wasn’t. All of it ended up in the bin. Very disappointing.

Burger was of poor quality and not seasoned. Chips were of a disproportionate quantity to the size of burger! Very disappointed and will not be ordering again! Who puts frazzles in a burger???? It stated bacon Crisps, I wrongly assumed it was crispy bacon and not frazzles! Very dissatisfied and underwhelming

Food was nice bit to much sauce on chips, there signature sauce on burger is like a twist on big Mac sauce, shame everything was only warm not hot

Not arrived in the delivery time

Just ordered a home delivery from jus wingin it, Oulton Broad. Just what the Dr ordered! Satayday night chicken bites were fantastic as were the stateside loaded fries. Answered phone promptly and delivered promptly and still hot! I'll definitely use again.

Paid £8 for a box of soggy chips covered in freeze dried parmesan cheese and drowned mayo. Worst loaded fries ever. Called up to complain and was just dismissed and told to contact just eat. Wont be ordering from here again

Worst "loaded fries" I have ever had. Soggy under cooked chips covered in freeze dried Parmesan cheese and drowned in mayo., and they have the nerve to charge £8!! Called the restaurant to complain, who were very dismissive and told m3 they wouldn't issue a refund and that I'd have to take it up with Just Eat.

Despite saying it would be late due to being busy it was only about 5 minutes and wow, the burger was probably the best i have ever had and the wings 🔥🔥🔥 pricey but quality quality food.look forward to trying something else next time.

Absolutely disgusted with this dinner tonight won’t be buying from again ! . Rang up to complain and didn’t even answer phone . Cheesburger loaded chips was burnt and I just had pile of Parmesan cheese on my loaded chips . All Cold and looked like a pile of mess when it turned up

I love ordering from here, but on this occasion the wings had thicker than usual better and the chicken was pink. I went through Just Eat for a refund on that item only (the rest of the food was fab and we fully enjoyed it), only to be told that I wouldn’t get a refund as either the picture I supplied wasn’t good enough (I’m sure if I put it up on here people would agree with me that’s it’s undercooked chicken) or the item was still consumable…. Trust me, it wasn’t. It’s a shame that this is response you get to a legitimate issue, especially when you’re a repeat customer that typically enjoys the restaurant. Looks like we won’t be enjoying it anymore.
