Really let me down I'm not mad I'm disappointed in this shop someone apparently got a fresh trim next to my chicken I hope the bald spot in ur hair was worth it orderd 5 chicken wings and only one was edible apparently someone felt bad for the chicken having no hair and was nice enough to plant there own in the chicken horrible and discussing

What a delicious lamb kebab I do travel a lot all over the country in the UK with my work And this is my favourite so far Thank you very much especially the chilli 🌶 sauce Well done 👏

Wow, this place has fast become the best takeaway Indian in the area. Now I love Mogul, which has been my go to, but I've had Spice on my last 2 orders. Wish I took pictures, but credit where it's due, the last 2 orders have been my favourite around here for a while. I'll follow up with pics on my next order. That's, what I ordered, it fed 4 of us, my wife actually thought we was given the wrong order as it was so big.

I’ve been here several times and although the food is interesting, it is absurdly expensive, ditto the wine. The staff were pleasant enough but had had ask for service. The overriding impression is of a scruffy , grubby cafe in a student town & the loo was pretty unpleasant , which is a real index of general cleanliness of a place. Doesn’t take much to sharpen up this place, won’t hurry back despite living near.

Hey viewers. I felt compelled to write this to hopefully make you think twice before visiting this restaurant. When we visited on a Sunday, there were two young female waitresses who seemed to be a combination of overly shy and perhaps hungover. They barely said a word, didn't take our order and we had to ask, and got simple things wrong. Other first impressions: dirty glasses served, and one person on the pizza oven? I had clumsily managed to spill a drink, and after I returned from the bathroom, which was absolutely vile - completely disgusting and looking as if it had not been cleaned in a month. It was honestly foul... the kitchen roll my wife had to use to clean the spillage was still left on the table, and the drink was not replaced until we asked. These are simple things one would expect when paying to dine at a restaurant. Instead the staff had stood there and watched my wife clean up. 20+ minutes in with no food, and after seeing some of the pizzas being served at other tables, we decided to leave. The pizzas looked bland, undercooked, and generally terribly presented. The couple at the table next to us also mentioned that their food was chewy and dry, and it looked significantly worse than what you would get at a kebab shop at 3 AM, despite the expensive prices (around £16+ for some pizzas on the menu). After leaving, another lady who had apparently eaten there approached us and said how bad the food was and how disgusting the female bathroom was, which pushed me to write this review. I am baffled by the good reviews from others. Perhaps they have more experience with takeaways/deliveries where service is not a factor, or it may just depend on who's in the kitchen. To close, as a family who eats out regularly in many different locations, I would consider this restaurant to be in the top 3 of the worst establishments we've visited. Good luck if you're going, and squint if you use the toilets."

Always beautiful fresh food from Indigo.

I want to be able to give this 5* as it can give you great food, however this pizzeria has a major red flag, it's consistency...You order the same thing and it can not be as good as the last time you ordered it. I don't know why this is but the company needs to figure this out. On the +Side the delivery drivers are always very polite and happy to help you out if something is wrong

We have been to this restaurant several times, but not for a couple of years. The food is as fabulous as it always has been. Beautifully cooked, beautifully presented and so, so tasty. I can’t understand why is was so empty. Great food at a reasonable price. Our young waitress was really good as well. Wonderful experience.

Tonight I ordered a half pounder with cheese and bacon as I hadn't eaten all day, the burger was OK, but charging someone .80p for a squirt of burger sauce is criminal.

Was struggling to find somewhere to eat lunch that wasn’t a coffee shop as we were leaving we drove past this restaurant and pulled over to go in and we was not disappointed. We went for the set lunch as we had a pre-booked dinner in the evening great choices and the meal sizes were more than enough waiter was amazing and looked after us from start to finish. Food was cooked fresh and an amazing quality and standard. Coffee to finish was also amazing if we are ever this way again we would definitely return. Thank you for looking after us and making our lunch very special .

Lovely cosy pint in front of the lovely open fire in this community run pub. Not a Saffron Walden local but will definitely be back to try the lovely garden/outdoor area when it warms up!

This has been taken over by new people, they have kept the menu the same, with a few additions. It always used to be spotless in here, don’t know if it was just a bad day when we visited but it was really messy. Dirty plates and cups everywhere and no sign of tables being cleared. The fridge that has all the sandwich fillings in was barely full, and what was in there looked old and dry. The guy took our order, and there was someone else waiting for their order too. It took a long time for the first order to come out and ours took about half an hour for three takeout sandwiches. They were very slow, despite not being at all busy. The food was fine, but I don’t think I’ll eat from there again if it’s as dirty as last time. I’ll just go to the chippy a few doors down!

This I thought was going to be a separate small cafe off shoot. It turns out it's going to be the take away for Goat and Grads next door. I've been told to go next door for normal cafe surface.

Why all the bad reviews just makes me wonder. First time visiting to the area and popped in for lunch. Been in many costa's, and some has been better than others. Everyone has their own opinion, but on this occasion, great service and will definitely come back 👍
