Visited the Grill this evening ,friendly,quick service with a smile. Food delicious,with really good portions. Thank you we will be using your take away again.

The only place i would go to for a kebab or pizza all food is amazing quality that you can taste unlike other establishments. Everything is priced very well & staff are very polite if you're in the area i would highly recommend here !

Won’t be using these again. Last 3 orders we had they got wrong and come on a large lamb shish with 3 cubes of lamb at £11.10!

Vile customer service will never order from them again when they mess up your order and tell you it was wrong your end but it was correct our end!!

Wow ! The most PERFECT döner kebab i have ever had - meat so delicious, not greasy, perfect chilli sauce, just the right amount of salad, everything super fresh, lovely succulent banana chillis, and all served in a recycle-able PP5 carton that goes into your recycling bin. Super impressed :)

Very poor standard of food. Ordered a Chicken Sheesh Kebab from here a while back - the chicken was burnt and so dry you could hardly swallow it. Thought I'd give it another go and ordered a pizza and a burger and chips. The burger bun was rock hard as if it had been left in the oven. The pizza was awful - cleary frozen bought-in pizza bases that are doughy and tasteless. For a place that supposedly specialises in Kebabs, Burgers and Pizza they can't seem to get any of it right.

Complained twice as they made a mistake by not putting sauce on kebabs so had 2 dry kebabs , they refunded us and we are now banned from ordering food from there , I rang from a different number and was confronted in there with my address whist picking food up and was told they don’t want to cook for me , I’ve rang up and politely asked if I could order and was told no .

The best donner place in town The mixed donner was very tasty and delicious as always. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but mainly the manager he is the best he looks after me and take care of me always. My go to place for donner.

Food is absolutely beautiful. Only thing that let it down was the guy with awfull customer service skills. He needs to calm down abit.

Vegetarian Hot 🍕 pizza! How boring was this! Should be renamed Black Olive Pizza, smothered I Olives, Only one thin slice of red pepper. I personally hate olives and was looking forward too mushroom, peppers, sweetcorn, Onions, chilli, tomatoes, courgette but got black olives with chilli . Would not bother again. Very boring and bland.

Great kebabs and burgers could not talk about pizza as I don't eat them but everything else is finger licking good 👍👍👍

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I hate leaving bad reviews but that was terrible. Factory bought pizza base. Very little topping. The garlic bread pizza was like a hockey Puck which I don't think even the British Olympic skeet team couldn't destroy with a shotgun. Hope McDonald's is open 😩

Always nice. You don't wait long for delivery. Friendly staff. Lots of options to choose from. We have been ordering once a week for a treat for about 10 months so it must be good.

First time I’ve ordered and can say it was absolutely delicious. The wedges were nice a crispy and the pizzas were hot with plenty of cheese. Delivery was on time, well actually earlier than expected and the delivery driver very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again

Wasn't expecting it to be this good. Delivery was fast and efficient. Food was hot and really succulent. Salad was fresh and tasty. The best food I've had from here for a long time.

Simply Incredible, isolating atm so have had this two days in a row, first day ordered the chicken sheish wrap (my regular order) and was impressed. today ordered the chicken Kebab and was amazed by the amount of well cooked chicken breast and the quality of the veg

£8 mixed shish was half packed with burnt lamb and dry chicken. The chicken fillet burger was totally dry chicken breast, even bun was burnt. So disappointed

Asked for a kebab good 3 bus of chicken with loads of salad!!! If I'd have wanted a salad kebab I would ask for one

Amazing doner kebab! I came all the way from London specially to Saffron Walden to try their doner kebab. It was amazing. Brilliant service too, one of the most less greasiest lamb doner I have ever had!!

The best lamb shish & doner in walden. I used to go to your previous shop - ABC in George St. So to find the boys in the grill was music to my ears 👂 I'll be back for more. Gary

Kebabs are lovely, especially a donna for me, it’s nice to have a kebab that not dripping in grease. My partner also loves the chicken kebabs!! He says it the best tasting kebabs he’s ever had :) The burgers are also very fresh and not fatty or gristly. I would also highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese which is heavenly. Thank you for your always great service and quality products

Where do I even start fantastic food Fantastic prices and reasonable waiting times. I got the second deal 2 12" Pizzas, Garlic bread, Large Chips and a bottle of drink and it was far more than value for my money it was absolutely amazing me and my partner ate every single bit of it we'll be definitely ordering more from this place Better pizzas than Dominoes by miles.

Always worth ordering one extra in case something gets missed off the order. If everything is included then you have tomorrow's lunch!

We love this place and the food. However, today we had the rudest person answer the phone. We were ordering our food and the person was just rude and not interested in taking order. Very disappointed!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service tonight. Said an hour online and I called after a hour and the woman was very rude and said it’s now 2 hours. Won’t be ordering from them again!

The food from the Grill was delivered on time. The food was nicely presented, fresh and very tasty with a very generous portiions.I would definatley recommend this take away to my friends .

I was really impressed with how quick our food arrived and how hot and fresh it still was. Price was very reasonable too and the lady on the phone was lovely and friendly and offered us free drinks as part of a deal on the menu which we didn’t know about. Felt like a valued customer and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just got a Kebab burger and chips from The Grill . Absolutely epic , the BEST Kebab Ive ever had, turned up rapped in paper , all clean and safe from the virus , they are going out their way for safety ....keep them afloat or we will be left with ABC 😞

Fantastic food and staff. Really helped us out on our Rainbow and Brownie sleepover. They delivered 8 yummy pizzas. The girls loved them and loved they fact they got takeout. Great price for a voluntary group. The leaders ordered later on, food was fab! Great addition to Saffron Walden. Would definitely recommend!!!

Absolute joke of a place ordered at 6.45 and it's currently 8.40pm and still no sign of food. Rang to chase it up and the lady hung up on me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The food is really dry, chicken donnor was over cooked, I've had worse. I've had way better.

Oh man that was so good! House special, Doner, jalapeno bites, mozzarella sticks..... Someone below put that theirs was dry but I did not find this at all. It was really delicious and good size portions too. Have a feeling this will be a regular takeaway for us!

The food was fresh and was full of flavour, the only thing I was disappointed with was the chilli sauce! It could have been more spicy and there needs to be more sauce added on to the wraps/kebabs I found it was very little, overall lovely food.
