Placed an order very clear in What I was ordering, then when it arrived was missing a pizza, they then expected me to pay again, even thought it was there mistake. Having been a long standing customer, won’t be ordering again, absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

Ordered a gluten free pizza, which was NOT gluten free! This restaurant cannot guarantee gluten free option! This is a serious health risk to highly sensitive coeliacs!!!!

One of the best deals I've had so late at night! I went to buy a car and the guy called the deal off and this deal kept me going for 16 hours straight!

Delicious pizza!! Never a long wait for delivery, and when I pick up, the staff are so lovely! The food is impeccable and is the best takeaway in Saffron Walden

I had been reccomended this place by my colleagues. Thought why not give it a try, firstly the shop was spotlessly clean the staff serving was very polite. The pizzas was out of this world, so tasty and unique!! And very reasonably priced. Will certainly be back for more 👍🍕

Prices are good but your get a substandard product. The base is not fresh, it's chewy at best. Not enough sauce either. Mozz dippers were stone cold. Tried again after a not great experience 3years or so ago. Try to support local business but wasn't worth it again.

Thought would give it a try considering its got a 4.1, but unfortunately for the £24.65 of my hard earned money i was served up dry tastless pizza if there was tomato sauce base must of been a serving the size of pea smeared over the base. Not the worst pizza ive ever had but seriously not value for more and spend a little more on products that taste of something. Dont think i will be a returning customer.

Was working late, new to the area and hadn't had dinner, was one of the quickest delivery options on the justeat app so went for it! Generous portion and super tasty! Very impressed and definitely ordering again

Been a customer for a couple of years making use of the buy one get one free option. Same order placed everytime with 2 pizzas with stuffed crust, for collection to make use of the offer. Normally order is placed by phone. However, tonight my partner rang to place the order and was told the BOGOF offer does not apply to stuffed crust pizzas. My partner proceeded to explain we have been customers for a while and have never had this issue, we just pay the extra on top of the BOGOF offer for the stuffed crust. The telephone handler was sure we couldnt make use of this offer with what we wanted so we withdrew the order. My partner then used the website to place our order of 2 stuffed crust pizzas for collection and we qualified for the BOGOF offer! The information on the website and that of the telephone handler needs to match and be consistent. What's the difference in how you place the order to qualify for the deal? Sam

I wish I try then earlier. The pizza is really good. Like the fact they have different styles of them. Italian risotto is my favourite.

Just ordered on just eat. Never use app in saffron Walden don't bother vile food just have beans on toast. Some of these take aways need to up their game rarely have one certainly will never use this lot again

Simply the worst take away I have ever had. Overdone Calzone with so called meat and a pizza that was put together by a three year old. Disgusting.

Poor quality food, stingy with toppings.

The food took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive. When it did eventually arrive, it was cold and not very nice. No apology or compensation offered. We were attempting to try an alternative to Dominos but would always stick with them in future.

Disgusting ordered a gluten free pizza. Being gluten free i have low expectations but this was disgusting. Had to scrape the topoings off so i had something to eat....

Ordered last night and they told me 30 - 45 min delivery although they turned up within 15 mins, excellent ingredients and overall better than any other place I have ordered from very filling and just perfwcttt 😍😍

Absolutely the best pizza and calzone I have ever tasted without doubt... If you love cheese then you must try their Quattro Formaggi Calzone it truly is exceptional... The staff are friendly and the food is lovely, what more could you want? If you like a stuffed crust pizza then you really must try Calzones as it is out of this world..... I'm pretty sure you will never have tasted better 🙂

Hidden gem in Saffron Walden, although this place is only a small takeaway the quality of their pizzas is exceptional, I've been a customer here for 5 years and througout the consistently has been impeccable. Always fresh, always cooked perfect, always delicious. If you like your pizza, then please do yourself a favour and walk past the tasteless plastic Domino's next door and treat yourself to a proper Italian pizza.

Still very loyal to this place, even though their website sucks. Forget their vegetarian pizza but their Calzone special is good, as is the tropical. Staff always friendly and delivery is usually pretty quick. I've bought many pizzas from them over many years, they are not the best, but they have trooped on, even though a multi national pizza rival was allowed right next door!

Tiniest piece of pecan pie ever....what a rip off. 4 bites for 3.25....tasted good but not worth the money!!

A fail safe for pizza takeaway! Lovely fresh ingredients, always piping hot, friendly staff, prompt delivery, great pasta dishes, Lasagna is the best I've ever tasted! Well done! Highly recommend!

worst pizza company in saffron Walden ordered a £18 15" pizza with stuffed crust, sausage, spicy meat and meat balls. received order and no stuffed crust and no sausage and to top it all off it was badly burned... do not buy for there
