Costa Coffee Tesco Dunmow in Uttlesford

For an in store outlet it was very good.

Always a good coffee and friendly face.

30/12/23 12:15pm, Fast and polite service during a very busy period. The cafe is open to the shopping area so its very noisy and space and seating is limited.

Coffee was fine, but the cinnamon bun was stale and dry.

Cosy Costa coffee in Tesco is perfect for grabbing a quick sandwich or muffin and a nice hot coffee, my favourite part of this Tesco's by miles!

Just a pity parents allow their kids to speed around on roller skates . Definitely gone downhill the last year or so. Despite a very nice redecoration. Not the staff. Just the customers

Never been in here as I think it's overpriced

Two of the Staff (Tom and a dark haired girl) were sarcastic and were openly making jokes about customers while they stood there waiting for their drinks. Then proceeded to pull dirty looks at people as they began to shop. Recently moved to the area. Will not use this coffee chain again. Costa is overpriced and has extremely poor service, the Dunmow branch just sealed the deal for me. The store is tiny and it’s an Anxiety nightmare if you’re trying to move past the shoppers leaving with their shopping so that you can get in the queue for Costa. Try an independent coffee shop where they know about coffee and how to tailor the blend of your drink, instead of acting like children in a playground.

It was clean and tidy, the service was friendly and professional.

Been here a few times lately initially to meet a guy from tinder dating great place to meet drinks are lovely food not bad and staff are nice

I think it’s great that their is a Costa in Tesco. I love having a coffee after I do my shopping it’s very convenient. Can’t beat a cheeky costa! Staff very friendly and helpful only thing is that it can sometimes get very busy in their as it’s popular!

Adequate but overpriced coffee establishment

Fab service to go with the quality coffee, teas & light snacks. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Great place just to pop in or to have a coffee & or food before or after your shop. Recommend.

Very helpful staff the only problem is some days the queue. Coffee and cake or sandwiches then this is the place for you.

I get mice real coffee for a change there so go with Care worker to let off steam
