What abismal service. I cannot believe I am writing these words. Yet to have food arrive which was ordered at approx 7pm, I am certain it will not arrive for obvious reasons (now 10:30, operating hours end at 10pm). Was informed multiple times it was '3 orders in' 'the next order' or 'with the driver' but that refunds don't normally go through because 'the company we use don't like sending them'. At no point was it suggested that maybe we could arrange our own collection, or that a refund would be issued and could we agree to cancel the almost £100 order. Line was 'busy' for the last half hour before closing time and other sites gave very differing information when asked for more direct contact information regarding a higher office, beyond the seemingly inappropriate social media email given on the webpage. Would absolutely recommend you avoid with every ounce of energy you can muster. I am open to editing this review IF I can believe the business is no longer operating fraudulently. If operations are failing, let customers know, lies are the most unacceptable form of interaction from a business. Posting on as many platforms as possible as people deserve the right to know how this is operating!!

Hey viewers. I felt compelled to write this to hopefully make you think twice before visiting this restaurant. When we visited on a Sunday, there were two young female waitresses who seemed to be a combination of overly shy and perhaps hungover. They barely said a word, didn't take our order and we had to ask, and got simple things wrong. Other first impressions: dirty glasses served, and one person on the pizza oven? I had clumsily managed to spill a drink, and after I returned from the bathroom, which was absolutely vile - completely disgusting and looking as if it had not been cleaned in a month. It was honestly foul... the kitchen roll my wife had to use to clean the spillage was still left on the table, and the drink was not replaced until we asked. These are simple things one would expect when paying to dine at a restaurant. Instead the staff had stood there and watched my wife clean up. 20+ minutes in with no food, and after seeing some of the pizzas being served at other tables, we decided to leave. The pizzas looked bland, undercooked, and generally terribly presented. The couple at the table next to us also mentioned that their food was chewy and dry, and it looked significantly worse than what you would get at a kebab shop at 3 AM, despite the expensive prices (around £16+ for some pizzas on the menu). After leaving, another lady who had apparently eaten there approached us and said how bad the food was and how disgusting the female bathroom was, which pushed me to write this review. I am baffled by the good reviews from others. Perhaps they have more experience with takeaways/deliveries where service is not a factor, or it may just depend on who's in the kitchen. To close, as a family who eats out regularly in many different locations, I would consider this restaurant to be in the top 3 of the worst establishments we've visited. Good luck if you're going, and squint if you use the toilets."

Visited Dough & Co for a quick Saturday lunch this week - delicious food (I very much recommend the 'Very Spicy One'!). Great, friendly and efficient service from a young waiter and waitress, sorry I didn't catch their names! Will definitely be back again soon.

Had a chorizo and prawn calzone to deliver. It was tepid when it arrived late, and was literally just bread and cheese with about 4 prawns and bit of chorizo. No tomato sauce inside. There was a tiny dipping pot of tomato pizza base sauce which was nice, but no way near enough to flavour the whole calzone, and would have been nice to have it inside really. I called the restaurant who were very apologetic and offered a gift card which was good. They explained they don't put the sauce in the pizza because it's wood fired so it could leak. That makes sense I guess, but therefore there needs to be a much bigger pot for the ratio of the bread. It just wasnt enjoyable and am disappointed.

Awful. Had no wine. Warm beer. Not nice pizza. Dirty. Something badly wrong here. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered food online at 18.40. Got a confirmation email stating that the food would be delivered in less than an hour. Phoned them at 20.10 and was told that the order was less than Five minutes away and if the food was not delivered that time I should phone them again. Ended up driving to the restaurant to collect the food. Once there I was told that I would not be given the food that I had bought and paid for as I was being aggressive, (Fact I was asking where my order was and not getting an answer). Told that a refund would take 3 to 5 working days. Threatened by the manager and his staff and told to leave the premises. I have asked for a copy of the companies complaints procedure to be issued to me and was told it’s not available. I also requested contact details of the owners of the company so that I could formally lodge a complaint with them. Was told that this information was also not available to customers. Wonder if the owners of the company/restaurant would like to make contact with me to discuss this further

Wait staff were lovely, vibe was good but the food was poor. Pizzas were flavourless

Fantastic experience on a busy night and would definitely pay another visit. Some fantastic dough but felt there was a lack of cheese for a pizza but plenty of rocket to hide most of the pizza too. Portion sizes ok for the money in current climate. Overall good value and would return. Found the place to be clean and tidy including bathrooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic and service was very fast. Specific requests were met to the best of the staff's ability which only elevated the experience

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent - highly recommended

The service was polite and the pizzas were good, however the staff needed to be more apologetic regarding the items they didn’t have which really let down the experience, the missing items were - - No ice, so no chance for a summer cocktail - No Dough & Co beer or ale - No Doughnut Desserts - Only 1 ice cream flavour So all in had they had the above in stock it would have been a better experience. I’d rate it as a takeaway, but on this experience wouldn’t recommend.

We popped in for a pizza lunch. The pizzas were lovely, very light and freshly prepared in fact the best pizzas I have had. The waiters and waitress were very welcoming and advised how spicy the dishes were. It was a very enjoyable meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

We simply can't get enough of this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make us feel at home. The pizzas are delicious, perfectly cooked, and always hit the spot. Plus, the kids absolutely love it here!

Macaroni cheese was like orange soup with a bit of pasta, flavourless and no breadcrumbs as stated (looked like it had come from a ready made packet). The haloumi in breadcrumbs wasn’t cooked properly and was soggy. While we were there two of the waiting staff kept going outside to chat to a friend and petting their large dog (including being licked repeatedly on the hands by it) and then went back in and continued to serve food and drinks without washing their hands. Dreadful experience

Ordered a pizza and some sides through Uber eats . Really nice food and fast delivery , even got a free drink ! Would re order again definitely 👍

Great food but honestly this place is filthy. And not in any good way. The hand rails up the stairs are covered in hand marks and obviously haven’t been cleaned for weeks. The ladies toilet was a hazard in my opinion. Sorry - no excuse for dirt of this degree.

Wow, that Za was fine! I ordered, it came early. A friendly guy phoned to say one of my toppings wasn't available, but they put on another that I chose. And the delivery guy was really, super friendly! I'd give five stars, but WOW it was expensive. I guess you get what you pay for! I will order again.

We had a very pleasant experience and our server Tom was very attentive. The food was exquisite and the facilities were all of a high standard. Will hopefully be returning again soon!

Visited on Easter Sunday, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. Staff all very friendly when we entered and sat us upstairs which looked lovely. Took my eldest to the toilet and it was vile, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. If it had just been me and my partner I would have left but the kids were starving and it was late. To be fair the food was tasty, kids demolished pizza. The restaurant was out of stock of beer so opted for a glass of red, very mediocre. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. However this restaurant is in desperate need of a deep clean - cobwebs all over windows, dirty windowsills, smears on all the mirrors, there was a service station behind us which again looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. All a shame as the food was quite good but after my visit to the toilet I was on the edge of my seat throughout the meal ready to go. Would expect better standards from a chain restaurant.

I usually go for big chain pizza takeaways but this place makes truly authentic pizzas that are both filling and tasty. I get extra cheese with mine and the pizzas are cooked to perfection! Beats all the others by miles and I can assure you once you try this place you won't go anywhere else. I'm extremely picky about my pizzas (and food as a whole) but this place truly ticks every box. I highly recommend the high protein one and my partners main go to is a margarita. The sauces are lovely and I would suggest getting the pizza base sauce, blue cheese and garlic & herb. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and proffesional so be sure to treat them the same way. Can't fault this place and although it may seem a little expensive in comparison to dominoes, pizza hut, papa johns etc, I can assure you it's not going to disappoint. My pictures don't really do the justice this food deserves so I'll probably update them in better lighting in the future! ORDER HERE A****

Excellent restaurant with friendly staff especially our young server. Pizzas were extra tasty utilising Woodfired ovens. Plenty of space over a couple of floors.

Just had a delicious spontaneous dinner here this evening. The service was impeccable, the food was hot and delicious, and the general ambience was very good - will definitely be returning!

If you like pizza served luke warm, in a place that is trying to save money by not employing enough waiting staff, with as little toppings as possible on that can just about pass as acceptable then you'll love this place. And all for loads of money! I'll take my trade to Bella or one of the others thanks

Wasn't sure what to expect when we first walked in as it wasn't very busy, but were seated by a very friendly helpful server. We shared a platter as a starter which we both devoured it was fantastic my main course was a calzone, this was bloomin marvelous hubby had pizza, said it was one of the best he'd ever had. Altogether a really great experience, food was amazing service too, thanks very much.

The food is what you expect it to be. Tasty, full of flavour and well presented Italian food. Would highly recommend. Great for a date or for a family gathering.

Excellent pizzas, very warm and friendly service. Too much, we had to take boxes home and will en enjoy rest of the food.

Let me start off by saying the food here is great, unfortunately it's servery let down by the service. We had a short wait once we entered before being seated but after a good 10 minutes, in what was a very hot day, we had to request a drinks menu. We were totally parched and very much needed a drink, this seemed to be the general case while we were here. People entering were left for long periods of time before being welcomed and shown to a table. I also heard multiple tables request a drinks menu, as once seated you were almost forgotten about. I think it's a simple fix to have a drinks menu already at your table as the food menu is already there. The young staff seemed inexperienced and totally overwhelmed during a moderately busy lunch time. Food was left sat in the window, with a visibly disgruntled chef ringing his bell, to try and get a staff members attention to deliver his food. The food was nice once we got it but my wife and I were left with a sour taste in our mouths after such a poor showing from Dough&Co. As we were leaving the table next to us commented that they wouldn't be leaving a tip. We agreed that the service was atrocious and I question wether I'd even bother going back. Sorry Dough&Co you've lost a customer today.

Excellent pizza, simple and tasty.

I had a really pleasant experience. The pizza was great, the price was great and Christine (Scarlett) our waitress provided very good service.

Very nice and cozy restaurant. The wood fired pizza is delicious and it has a good size. We had the triangles for starters which were very nice with rocket, balsamic vinegar and a sauce of choice. Then pizza margherita with black olives and a nice vanilla ice cream for dessert. If you are in the area and want some italian pizza this is definitely the place to go to.

Friendly service, but pizza was bland. Should of offered pepper, salt or spice it needed some umff! Door left open on a windy evening, would of been more cosy with it shut! Wrong water delivered, we ordered Pellegrini, but was served up some welsh water Specifically asked for no veg on kids pizza, but it came with greens! We did not want to kick up a fuss. Not a good sight seeing chefs smoking outside across the road.

Ordered pizza at 7pm, was told an hour. Ring at 8:20pm to be told it’s in the car and I can’t come and collect it. 45 minutes later and I can’t get back to them as there are so many people calling the voicemail is full. It’s one thing to not be able to deliver the product I wanted, but it’s another to lie to your customer. Really hacked off and hungry, and to top it off - this is a Monday night and I’ll cook myself dinner. Thanks for literally nothing.

Had to wait 2 hours for a delivery and mushroom on pizza were not wild at all. I think they should be more organised and more honest with costumers. But overall the dough wasn't too bad.

Ordered mushroom veggie burger. No field mushroom, only 8 small sauted mushrooms! Did not add halloumi that paid for! Compare mypicture to that on the website - no comparison. Will go elsewhere in future. Very very disappointed as premium priced. PS Chips not brilliant either.
