Went for Mother’s Day lunch and a nice touch having a keyboard player but too loud when you having lunch …. Luckily we were slightly away from the bar area where he was playing but just too loud … needed to be toned down a few notches then maybe more acceptable. Food was ok but overpriced. The only option was three course meal set at £50 per head …. We only wanted a roast , just a main course, this was not made clear when my son booked this otherwise we would have gone else where. With drinks this made a Mother’s Day lunch at this establishment a very expensive option. Felt the service lacking also , not offered any water, which I feel is a basic and not once were we asked if everything was ok. Even when paying the bill nothing was said which I feel is very bad service, hence no tip. Also waited over half an hour for table to be ready.

Very basic very slow starters and mains brought together, junior waiting staff not a clue! Food - I’ve had a better pie in a football ground, served with cold fries and shrivelled peas, v unappetising

This place has no idea how to treat a customer, service was absolutely shocking, when I complained I was meet with nothing but aggressiveness and would not let my dog eat here

This restarraunt is absolutely terrible they keep the lights full on bright there's no music the staff are beyond rude to everyone they just don't know how to welcome.anyone. The food was shambolic ,tasteless cold rubbish ,not nice at all horrible mango chutney no mangoes in it just orange floppy slop ,the chicken in the tikka masala was processed chunks not real chicken my partner's chicken korma was yellow and bland the poppadoms were shop bought not made or hot . All of the staff were just absolutely awful a lot of people commented on bad atmosphere no one seemed to be enjoying their food and no one asked us if our dinner was ok I would never return it was an awful experience.
