i had my 18th party at the loyal toast and i highly recommend as it was the most amazing night and i could not have asked for anything better, the buffet was amazing, the dj was outstanding and as a whole the night was out of this world thankyou so much Loyal toast - Moods at the Loyal🩷

Great place, staff great, food great, good location for my business trip.

If you want to set yourself up for the day, pré-book breakfast. You are shown to your table and asked if you wanted tea or coffee - I asked for a double espresso which was no trouble or extra cost. I then had some berries and yogurt followed by a full English. You can keep going back for more and for a small extra fee, they do specials like scrambled eggs nd smoked salmon or pancakes,

Booked for new years eve 8pm, got a phone call the day before to say kitchen closes 9pm bar 10pm can you come earlier so changed to 7.30pm. When we arrived there was a notice on the door to say due to supply of food some things are off the menu, so why wasn't l told this when they phoned me. We looked at the menu quite a bit had been crossed off. We had starters of prawns and cheesy potatoe wedges. I had sirloin stake with chips cold peas and one burnt tomato nothing to replace the mushrooms, My husband had the mixed grill that wasn't very nice they forgot the chicken it come out on a separate plate and was very watery. We've been to this Beefeater several times and it's been fine. Won't bother going back after this experience.

Lovely environment, good service but food an absolute let down. Arrived at 4 as per booking and starters arrived within 5 minutes. My mozzarella arrive straight from the fridge and was very cold and wet with soggy tomato slices. The salmon main was not what I expected. Overcooked or left under heat lamps, certainly was not freshly cooked, and covered in a yellow looking sauce. The 3 brussel sprouts were lukewarm and undercooked , mash potatoes, exp3cted new potatoes, were green in colour and tasteless. My partners meal was exactly the same. Size of the deserts were very small compared to price paid. Christmas pudding 2x3 inches and half inch thick at best with a very small amount of what I think was custard and raspberry sauce?? Poured over it. Not what I was expecting for the price paid. I reiterate service and surroundings were good

I placed an online order through there app at 19 41 at night after waiting an hour I decided to call them but it just kept cutting off I spent 45 minutes doing that just incase it was engaged so here I am at 21 44 no food they have took my money and I can't get ahold of anyone very disappointed and pretty peed off

Fine for a drive through but poor for delivery. Had missing items, unable to contact store, had to reorder item and pay double delivery. Left message but call never returned.

Nice food and service, but I will no longer visit this restaurant due to the way they've outsourced their car park to an aggressive parking company who clearly make a fortune from scamming unaware customers.

Always great food! Fast delivery. Some items were missing but this was rectified and re delivered within 6 mins! Really great service!

I never Do reviews but this place is truly dreadful , attitude from Mr Tattoo’d pierced who should NEVER been in a public facing job , half a cup of piss week coffee , filthy tables, loud and dare I say expensive , surprising for Tesco £3.20 for a latte is a quid dearer than Costa ! They need to get some Eastern European’s in here , these English kids clearly dint like work and have no idea how to work in the service industry! Won’t be returning, I need to update this as I have just returned as it was done up WOW what a difference food much better had the chorizo TWO eggs sourdough rocket chorizo ( much better value but still not cheap ) so nice latte was excellent daughter had maple bacon waffle also good , service pretty good too MUCH IMPROVED well done H&H I’ll Improve the stars

Ordered a takeaway I had a chicken strips 6-inch bread, and they really should have toasted the bread. Unfortunately my bread was untoasted, which was a real shame. I was expecting at least warm toasted bread. Won't be ordering here again, unfortunately, just because the bread wasn't toasted and I had to eat it cold while I finished work. There weren't any options on the app to choose if I wanted it toasted or not.
